Thread-puller extraordinaire
Of course, it occurs to me that Homero's reply is actually referring to the claim in the OP saying there would be a "Seized by . . ." page in place as a result of being under investigation by the SEC and DoJ.

So, hey, he's telling the truth this time! Trouble is, he is doing so only by wording it in such a way as his flock think he's talking about the CCN article contents.

no XPY are not accepted,sorry

Hehehe.... went to link and at first say PayPal and mind went PayCoin....

For those not familiar, Brawndo was the energy drink that was killing all the plants in the movie Idiocracy ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Idiocracy )

But Brawndo's got what plants crave. It's got electrolytes.

well at least he doesnt have to pay for followers now...  Grin

It will be interesting to see how many followers his new minerorigin account gathers at hashtalk. That should be a good proxy for how many hashtards are left hanging on. Unless of course he adds more shill/sockpuppet followers there also.

Homero's @gawceo twitter account has taken one for the team. Hopefully his new hashtalk alt will sate my thirst for stupidly quotable but horribly misspelled aphorisms:

or perhaps 'it' fears prosecution and wants to stash some $ away & move operations outside US to continue this fraud as long as possible
or perhaps 'it' went insane
or maybe talking like this is stupid as hell

classic Mr. Gonzo. of course hes solipsistic, makes perfect sense now  Grin nothing can be known!

I am starting to think that Josh Garza is working on his next-level psychology thesis and all this is just just a massive case study in human behaviour, manipulation and mind control.

The mind boggling fact that he still have a ton of supporters albeit a large portion simply being shills is mind blowing to say the least.

At this point I feel anyone still involved in anything tainted by Josh would be fairgame to get cheated. They simply had more than enough time and evidence to distance themself but choose not to, Digital Darwinism at work.

Yes Homero, after reviewing incontrovertible blockchain evidence and reviewing hundreds of pages of your own leaked emails, I can state beyond a shadow of a doubt that I KNOW you are a piece of shit scammer.

Also, I am highly amused that Josh's new alt account is referring to GAW in the 3rd person as if he is not the person pulling the strings.

I'm glad you enjoyed my PSA, Josh.

So, they're trying to buy more hashstakers or something over there... ( https://hashtalk.org/topic/35693/hashmarket-on-zencloud/6 )

They can't get BTC to move around, interface is giving an error instead of actual BTC values...
They can't get past a captcha challenge that's broke, so someone posted the work around (that I hope is really a joke, but involves disconnecting from internet at one point)
They can't make their purchases
They can't withdraw XPY from one platform unless they use lower values
The site is going online / offline several times over the course of a single day
This shoddy performance seems 'normal' to them as they have work arounds and tell war stories of 'the last it was doing this...'

THIS is all from the company that was going to innovate the new banking system for the internet to revolutionize global finance?  If even half this stuff happened on a commercial bank site for even a day... it would be headline news for weeks and customers would leave in droves. Yet, these people are storing BTC on that site. I can see storing XPY there... but BTC actually has real value and they're paying BTC for hashstakers?  This is starting to feel like watching some sort of super, complex, Commedy Central level hoax about fiscal Darwinism... I swear, if a site selling Brawndo for XPY only pops up... i'll probably pee myself laughing.

does he have to put his children into every damn pic  Huh

Being the sociopath that he is, his children are just a convenient prop for him.

You know... that really is probably very close to reality. Kids are also a very common prop for grifters because they cause the viewer to subconciously like and trust the person who is 'caring for' the kid. So, it wouldn't be surprising if he is doing that intentionally. Notice that he doesn't include the wife as often (would make females feel he's unavailable), but when she is included, it's only when she's completely done up and displayed in front of something expensive (makes guys think he's good provider that landed a hottie).

It would be really interesting to see the demo of the people who are still bought into his scam. Wonder if you could get that data from the SEC or who ever busts him. I would think they would at least make an attempt to identify the victims.

seedtrue: this will go on for quite some time. even if some agency puts the hammer down on Mr. Gonzo

someone who buys in right now, that person is not promised anything
soon (at least in name) there is no corporate entity backing xpy, team xpy is non approved non-profit. GAW is only liable for the past at that point
its loosely organized people around broken ppc clone. with 0 serious devs. nothing that first brought in people is in place, except bunch of rumors of huge backing & the old promises that never happend

this is why you will see their(Mr. Gorzos) 'new' services accept btc (mineral and conscam). if xpy dies they can say they tried to support it but oh well

now starts the real hunt for new bag holders. anyone invested in knows its worth nothing

I really cannot believe this is still going on. It's like a villain in a movie that you keep thinking is about to die but gets away at last second.....instead its josh, blatantly dumping all his worthless coin on people...

Suchmoon: has there been any official statement about XPY from Bittrex or Cryptsy?  At what point will they de-list them?  These two exchanges would have most of the answers if they were to divulge them.

I'm not aware of Cryptsy delisting any scamcoin, but then again - I'm not following the altcoin "scene" all that closely. I don't think there ever was any statement from either of those exchanges and my best guess is that they will let it run until it dies on its own. Unless some kind of agency slaps them with an injunction.

Cryptsy has delisted a few shit coins in the past. IIRC, they haven't really added that many scamcoins either, so there wasn't the need to delist.

Quote
" i am being served to provide evidence against gawminers at court however received countless threats from gawminers in relation to this i am heading to police to ask for protection until the court time is up."
Is anybody else seeing a very clear pattern here?  We had coinfire yesterday outlining all the serious threats they have been receiving.  We had Jonah Dorman posting about threats and being followed by suspicious cars a week ago, and now this. (If authentic).

Well, if you look back at that email exchange with joe mordica (sp?) garza sounded pretty paranoid and bitchy... he had access to a heck of a lot of funds and the charming personality of a coke addict... remember the body guards in FL?  it would fit the movie plot if he was hiring 'private investigators' to harass people that had pissed him off. Guess it'll have to be jessica that sells the book and movie rights since josh won't be eligible to profit from his crimes. At this rate, maybe we should start a betting pool for when they try a TV series: "SVU-CryptoCrimes" I'm thinking Fall 2016.
I dunno. I doubt Garza has done anything outside of work like what happened in Wolf of Wall Street.
