I suspected that might be the case, Mr Felt, thanks. Probably a way around the somewhat restrictive transference of share in an LLC.

It is really shocking to see the total non-understanding of what is going on with the average HT member. They do not have the foggiest what is going on with the market. Except for those working them over of course. Example:

Member Unicorn  does not understand that this is a Pump of the price to cash in by selling cheaper (or FREE) coins to people putting up buy bids. In order for a Pump to succeed, it requires Buy Bids to be placed at a certain level in a certain quantity. In order to entice people to place those orders, the manipulators need to purchase coins from people listing them for sale. The heavier the sell listings, the more expensive it is for those Pumping the price to achieve a higher list price, and entice Buyers to put bids up chasing the price. Therefore removing Sell orders enables the price to be manipulated upward more easily. These idiots are all convinced that the correct action here is to place Buy Orders, which is simply going to put their BTC in the pumpers pockets, and in this case you have the added angle of the people who have unlimited supplies of coin they paid zero for. Assholes like Jaxtor are working the naivety of these fools to get them to do what is good for him and bad for them.

The HTr's are (mostly) convinced that this is an actual upward market movement, when in reality it is a simple manipulation designed to con them into buying more coins. When they have been separated from their BTC the price will then plummet, usually farther than the pre-pump price. In other words what they think will fundamentally raise the price of the coin actually lowers it.

How do I reach these keeeds!?!?

The promise of $20 per XPY is not one we believe you can support from you (sic) own funds ...
and elsewhere in the same thread:

Guaranteed returns should also be seen as a red flag on any "investment" site, ...

Ironic that this was written on the HT site, where guaranteed returns and promises of $20 per XPY without the funds to make it possible were the main things that suckered in the investors.

Hashtard pre-announcement speculation...

Can you even list an LLC on a stock exchange? I thought it had to be an actual C Corporation to have (easily) exchangeable shares. This may vary from state to state, but from what I know an LLC requires actual registered legal transference of any share (stock ) in the corporation, which would make "stock sales" as we commonly think of them pretty much unworkable.

You absolutely can list an LLC on a stock exchange.  Check out Fortress Investment Group, LLC (one of the main investors in Panterra) .

Interesting then that a winner of the auctioned BTC is in Delaware.... allegedly a mining company too... who'd have thunk it eh?!

hint: it isn't JG but funny how Delaware loves bitcoin

Let me rephrase that for you  Grin

Anyone who wants to register a cheap LLC online loves Delaware.

Been away "on business" for a week but have been reading the thread as time has allowed. In regards to the BTC domain talk a few pages back, see below. Likewise, someone was asking about a few of the LLC filings and that info is below too.

Lastly, the following is the overpriced detailed view of the GAW Miners LLC listing, which shows there was no company stock reported at filing. http://gawgate.com/pdf/Division%20of%20Corporations%20-%20Online%20Services.pdf

Therefore, any logical businessperson could conclude all this % talk of company equity in the form of stock or otherwise by Garza in any dealings is rubbish. It will be interesting to see *if* the LLC is renewed next month and if any tax or stock data is reported then.

Well you had better accept XPY because they have spent their life savings accumulating shitcoin.

And if you accept payment in XPY, you'll be very happy once the 20 USD per coin insurance will be paid out.

Wait.

Mr Coins has officially out stupided Bitcoin Bar and the rest of the blatant XPY pumpers:

When in doubt, zoom out, you say? OK, here is the 2 hour XPY chart zoomed out:

There has been a lot of funny WTF moments in this OP but this one made me spit water through my nose. This is single-handily the most fucking retarded gibberish I have ever seen from these #hashtards.

Have you heard anything about what company it will be that gaw is supposed to be giving the vouchers for hashlet end of life compensation?
There were some rumors on hashtalk that it could be genesis-mining, but it would be too good if true...
Or they could restart mining since btc is going up, but i guess they don't even bother about this low roi mining since paycoin is doing so well and is so profitable they have all their focus on that  Grin Grin Grin

btw, did homero win his bet on the world's most profitable miner? Cheesy
Well, in my opinion, Genesis-Mining is a "slo-mo' SCAM in the making. I have been testing them since September, 2014. US$1700 was invested and it has yielded less than $300 to date ==> nothing representative of what they should have paid if an accurate market analysis is considered - even with the outrageous fees. After approx. (45), they had a systematic reduction in payouts that averaged up to 5%/week.

In other words, GAW and G-M are a match made in heaven now that G-M even has their own blog to control the information from their side.

So much comes full circle and never really changes... BUT... I could be wrong (see below).
