These emails have been out for awhile. Its a pattern that appears to be true and so emails verify the pattern. If it were the other way then maybe some doubt could be placed on emails.

They literally have no argument or answer for the accusations. It's insane, I just get lame responses that cause them to talk in circles. I think they are posing those questions somewhat incorrectly, although they're constrained by the banhammer, I'll give them that.

They're making it sound as if it's a question to passive stakeholders. And let's face it, stakeholders/shareholders are rarely if ever held responsible for the actions of the company (i.e. executives etc).

The questions should be about actively promoting fraud, not merely tolerating/ignoring it.
