Never fear Homero, your chump Cybersnake is taking care of all of those "nasty questions" for you.

Check out that signature. Really explains a lot. If you talk about the things in that book or quote it, you miss the whole point completely.

It is already for sale since 13 October, he obviously planned to move to a bigger house more in line with his standing. LOL
I'll make Josh deal to make PayCoin 100% legit:  I will buy his house with PayCoin (valued at $20 each).

This way, everyone knows that he and GAW serious about the coin.

This would be the best way to make GAW GAWsome!  Grin
Holy shit , was this you?

You can always start telling lies and start stealing if you also want to be "rich".

Cute to see Homero finally surface after nearly 24 hours. His radar must have been beeping on full alert of that former employee posted. LOL.

If stupid people get as rich as him I want to be stupid Smiley
I consider my parents smart and they never could afford a house worth $900k, Garza had that at the age of 20.

Smart people don't buy houses that expensive Wink I could afford a Ferrari, nice house and nice everything too if I ever decided to be a scumbag, but money is nothing. It's ink on paper that some people early in the pyramid scheme print and pocket however they want.

I know the voices in my head aren't real.
Ya know what, stop me if I'm getting out of hand, but here's my scoop after think big pictures. Homero said payouts were partially coming from day trading. Zencloud used to offer a program where if you would just KEEP money in there, you would be paid a % of that in HashPoints. That makes sense now that you think about it right? I used to trade stocks, and the more money you have, even if the market is going against your position, you get more bulletproof as you have more money to take your average price down. This is where things get interesting.  Bitcoin goes tits up. Homero, who has been trading Bitcoin to enable payouts, gets absolutely hosed. He has to cancel Hashlet payouts. His mining farm from Bitmain he was buying or renting is absolute garbage now. He liquidates the mining farm. He said on twitter he was selling his "farms" right when the Bitmain Christmas deal went up for 1.9 ph/s and then he deleted his twitter post about it. A company needs money. Selling the farm gave him some breathing room to come up with another plan to save this "business". Insert Paycoin2 scam here. Instead of getting no returns mining 1 satoshi for 24 hours, you can mine this "store credit HashPoints". The only thing HashPoints could be used for is Paycoin2 (code name Hash Coin). Gaw buys some more time, meanwhile probably making back some money he lost in the market by being an idiot. The HashStakers are a great sell to noobs and idiots who think they can buy them and then resell them for more like they did with Hashlets early on. They cost nothing. Uh oh, some looming lawsuits are coming from all the fraud I've been committing lately hyping this paycoin2 shit. Need to liquidate more money to pay for expensive good lawyers who tell me to scrub all the evidence of my stupid mouth off the internet. Meanwhile, GAW has employees that need to be paid. Eric and Joe knew that this was coming down fast and they all knew of the investigation coming. They jump ship. Too bad the captain can't. I'm sure I missed something but that is a pretty good speculation.

All of that is accurate, except for about 95% of it... Shame though, because you were really onto something.

I will say the following, to address your statement at the end. One thing I am comfortably saying publicly, is that nobody in the company had all the pieces to the puzzle except the one who envisioned it all. It's as if that was the intention all along, only share the bare minimum with whom and of what was needed to build it. Even those of us in the "upper echelon" were totally in the dark on many of the "finer details". I am prepared to show any authority who asks, it was immediately upon learning those finer details that moved my hand on resigning. The only regret I carry is how long it took me to see the big picture.

My leaving had nothing to do with rumors of pending investigations as I had already resigned before that was even a topic. I am not a fool, if there is an investigation underway, my leaving doesn't waive my past involvement. I also know that I can confidently answer to anyone who asks that I always stood by what I felt was right.

Hope you guys are having an awesome week.

That's exactly what Madoff did, even with his sons. Or so they say.

Either way completely calculated and intentional. Same way saying he is on his media tour in New York and it is going so well and lots more to do, then uploading a picture of Time Inc.

tbh who would put their kids in danger if you can avoid it? better to take all the blame

Don't you people get it? He is a crook. Nothing more nothing less. He spelt out his intentions in KNC's forums, his eureka moment. Rope them in with good service, give back a lot at first to rope in even more, then you got them. And then hit them where it hurts.

How many times does it all need to be explained.

Yes we get it Wink
when you do something thats against current moral mores its better to centralize sensitive knowledge just to minimize risk

in madoffs case also to shield your kids

Okay. Well in Homero's case then, he is a stupid crook.

Nice to see you here Eric.  I used to have a good feeling about you when you were working on the old hosting system.  Hopefully, you are telling the truth and had nothing to do with this ... How about this for my edit to Wafflemaster's speculation:

Ya know what, stop me if I'm getting out of hand, but here's my scoop after think big pictures. Homero said "Scrypt is my house" and he had a plan to corner the market on scrypt mining.  He cut a deal with Zeus, Bitmain and maybe others to be the exclusive distributor of what he thought would be 90-100% of the scrypt asic miner market.  GAW sold Hashlets in order to come up with the funds to purchase the exclusive supply with Zeus, Bitmain and possibly Gridseed who were all selling pre-order scrypt mining at $5-10/mhs for December - January delivery; and Hashlets were being sold at $49/mhs so all that needed to happen was one company succeeds and delivers as promised.  If it had worked as Josh had planned, GAW would have controlled a high percentage of virtually all scrypt mining by December, at a much lower cost than anyone else, and could easily have paid out a market topping rate of return on Hashlets.

But then Zeus's ASICs sucked energy like a two bit whore and had all kinds of reliability and QC issues.  Zeus exited the market, and then Bitmain gave up.  Maybe as a consolation prize, Bitmain offered GAW a 4 Ph SHA256 mining farm instead.

GAW was in a bind having sold literally petahashes of cloud based scrypt mining that it could not realistically provide.  At the time (October), LTC mining was still more profitable than BTC mining per dollar invested.  And all that GAW had was a boatload of SHA256 miners and a smattering of horribly inefficient and unreliable Zeus machines.  Worse, people over here had noticed that he sold more scrypt hash power than exists in the known universe.

GAW moved to day trading, coin ICOs, anything that Josh could think of to generate money to hide the mess he was in then tried to pretend it was all part of the plan.  But bitcoin prices were sinking and even LTC mining was starting to level off in profitability.  I think this is when Josh hatched the Paycoin idea.
payouts were partially coming from day trading. Zencloud used to offer a program where if you would just KEEP money in there, you would be paid a % of that in HashPoints. That makes sense now that you think about it right? There were no, or very few relative to Hashlet sold scrypt power, Zeus miners.  Returns on the SHA256 farm (if it even existed in October) were decreasing.  I used to trade stocks, and the more money you have, even if the market is going against your position, you get more bulletproof as you have more money to take your average price down. This is where things get interesting.[/b]  Bitcoin goes tits up. Homero, who has been trading Bitcoin to enable payouts, gets absolutely hosed. He has to cancel Hashlet payouts. Well if you look at his mother's facebook page if it is still there, deep in the photos is a reference to her 5 sons, with one name Joshia or something like that. Black hair black eyes olice skin, like the rest of the siblings. The mother is blond and blue eyed. Some weird shit going on there for sure. Unless Homero dyes his hair blond and wears blue contacts. I think I archived it at the time.

Not going to argue the truth or falsity of eric's statement.  I do want to highlight something he said though: "One thing I am comfortably saying publicly, is that nobody in the company had all the pieces to the puzzle except the one who envisioned it all. This is the exact same excuse all the Moolah employees gave when the co when tits up. Think about it.  The people that state this type of thing have to be in one of two camps: they're lying or not lying about what the knew.  If they are not lying, then they are extremely gullible and overly trusting to a major fault, to put it nicely.  Not a good situation either way.

That is pretty impressive.

Good lawyers wouldn't tell him to try to scrub the evidence off the internet.

Based on what I have seen, he either does not now have (nor ever had) "good lawyers", or he does not now (nor ever did) take their advice.

Right.  Google "Spoliation of evidence" and/or "duty to preserve."

Pretty clear to me he has no money. Nor long term plans for this. The day he launches his scam he lists his house?

If he has no money why not sell the cars first? They are worth as much as the house. I'd move too if the pictures of my house were added to some hate mail. His new house will be most likely registered to another family member for safety.

A few weeks ago when asked, he claimed he had sold them a while ago to finance his virtual money makers. Personally I don't believe he owned them rather leasing them along with the audi. Looks like a collection of borrowed cars for a used exotic car lot. very common to stick a few dollars in a shitty car co. and help yourself to an exotic once a month.

Well he better go into hiding if he is stealing everyone's money. If he is doing good business his front door should be wide open and his happy customers invited to drop by any time they want.

WaffleMaster, all you need now is to make 20 more posts with all sorts of speculations and at 5% each we'll have this figured out.

Seriously though, thanks Eric for some insight, this doesn't seem to contradict some of the opinion here that most of the "plan" is being made up on the fly.
