Guys our work here is done. It was a good fight and we have prevailed. Hodl, Bitcoin only.
Not just yet but we are almost there. Most everyone here has been absolutely fucking relentless in pursuit of exposing and dismantling GAW. Let us not quit or even ease up until we at least know for sure that serious charges have been filed by 3 letter agencies and Josh and everyone he has paid are brought to justice. Then it will be up to the judicial system to properly deal with them. That we have no control over. We must not let anything slide by. Sometimes the most simplest of details, later turn out to be extremely consequential. So let us continue our due diligence in putting a final stop to all things GAW.
Just to put a finer point on that ... SEC investigations can take months or even years before charges are brought. More troubling, a good legal team could yet save GAW if they cooperate, provide "victims" with their money back, and enter into a cease and desist ... that is the way a lot of legit companies that have screwed up end up avoiding trial, fines, jail.
Of course that would require Josh to admit he was wrong .. pay restitution ... promise not to do it again. And the SEC probably wouldn't go that route if they believe that serious intentional wrongdoing was involved.
So there is a lot more ground to cover and a lot of it is out of our control.
It's Josh though. I am sure he will screw anything up that is humanly possible. It is not like crypto just got the better of him--the guy is incompetent. I can see him shooting his legal defense in the foot if he ever got the opportunity to open his mouth.
I don't want the show to end, so I selfishly hope he takes $100,000 out of his BTC stash and pays off the first month of the buyback program. Then the price of XPY will rise dramatically, Josh will dump into it to get more than that $100,000 back, and the show will go on with the victims sticking their fingers in their ears and chanting "I told you so."
It would all be worth it though, because then we would quite literally and indisputably be watching a ponzi that instead of being "CryptoDouble" would be "CryptoDecem" (or whatever).
That seems more Josh style.
