Not sure about the $20 floor, well it was there for a second like you say, but then evaporated.

However, I can confirm that you can buy a paycoin through paybase using bitcoin. I'll give the selling portion a shot in a bit....

Underneath Amazon, it says "Active" in green, but it doesn't do anything yet or link to anywhere. If you go into Amazon and checkout, there's no paybase option either.

Did you install the plugin? I have no idea where to get it from though.

ZenCloud is refusing to transfer my piddly 4 XPY to Paybase, maybe the hot wallet has been emptied already. So I can't even test the selling part.
