Look closely at the wording - the second motion is to seal the first one, it's not a second extension. Not sure if that's standard procedure or maybe they filed a regular extension and later (well, the same day anyway) decided to seal it.

I think the lawyer has to be licensed in CT no matter if they're filing their paperwork remotely or not, that's why that other lawyer was the one filing everything up to this point and now I guess they both can do it.

IANAL of course, just trying to make sense of it. Garza or not, a federal case should make more sense than hashlets.

Its usual garza shenanigans. Say something then try to delete it or cover up hide later... e.g. say target then delete posts and later say i never said target. I remember his post about coming out of the movies and having big wig ceos angry at him about announcing the partnership.

Same with his sealed records... submit something realise everyone in the community will laugh at him and pull it to bits and inform the prosecutors of his lies... so he seals it later realising we can't have the fudders see things.

If it is Cantor Fitz themselves, isn't that an admission they were involved in some serious fuckery with Homero, if so, why wouldn't the SEC be after them as well.
