One has to watch closely know, how these things are worded.

"on" and "with"

What does that mean exactly? Does he not expect anyone to check into what it all entails?

Under co-branding 1. Visa is not the issuer of cards, 2. you need to plead your case with a financial instituion and 3. the most important one, it takes up to 6 months for anything to happen. Yes non of this GAW nonsense even existed 6 months ago.

So we can strike out that this is a co-branded Visa card enabling you to buy anything anywhere using paycoins as was originally advertised.

Rather and more likely a shitty pre-paid CC or debit card with loyalty points in the form of paycoins or whatever other hashpoint nextpoint thing materializes in his head on any given day. With a picture of his ugly mug and CEO_GAW emblazoned on it.

So you spend real money to buy a gift card that pays stores in real money with their logo on it, and for every 1 dollar spent you get a stupid paycoin or paypoint as a reward in your make believe paybase account.
