After reading what the SEC accountant wrote, one thing I did not see was anything about the hashlets that were not "sold" but rather what was "converted" hardware into hashlets. Did I miss it or is it not there. Because that would change a lot of the numbers.

So this is obviously a slam dunk for them, noted they state both operations are dormant but still legally registered and still need to be prosecuted. Even noted that the account of Zen miner contains all of 28 dollars. So these two companies now owe 10 million. What if Homero faces some serious prison time and the only way to lessen this is to come up with the 10 million dollars? His buddy Stuart Fraser of Cantor Fitzgerald steps in and provides him with the $$$ for whatever reason and gets him off the hook. Is Stuart even worth 10 million? I was just thinking about the what if scenarios.
The 10 million and the criminal charges/jail would be 2 separate things.
Look to Pirate, first the SEC went after him and he was ordered to pay 40 million, then the FBI went after him and he plead guilty and was sentenced to jail.
