Link the people that were harmed with this filth (I'm not sure what filth you are referring to btw) the sections that harmed them and how. As far as I am aware Josh Garza's paycoin and zencloud is what harmed those families out of money etc which caused issues. Whether Paul or Suchmoon or others posted or not is unimportant... the outcome still is that they lost money, life savings etc... unless you are stating that some posts in a forum was what caused paycoin to flop? Is that what you are indeed stating?

You also say they have lied and covered lies with lies... you've published one yes 1 paragraph... if you are to take your post as fact and truth then that constitutes but 1 lie. Where are the other ones and the lies that cover these up?

And yes validity is important and I still think you are off topic for this. The topic is GAW miners always make money exposing the paycoin scam. If you disagree that paycoin is a scam then yes this is the place to voice that. If you have a particular issue with the truth of a statement you combat that statement.

Simply stating we found 1 thing which we believe counters this argument does not mean that all comments they make can then be nulled out as lies as well. If that's the case then I sure hope you have never told a lie or misinformation in your life because that now means that what you state here must also be a lie right because you've been discredited?

Your counters here aren't on topic because they have "nothing" to do with paycoin you just said that yourself you don't care what happens to josh or paycoin or whatever you are going on about paul and suchmoons personal credibility.

This requires a topic completely on that unless you have particular stuff that counters their points... if so please post it.

And as to courts seeing things it won't matter anyway as they would be called as witnesses should they be required which I doubt because nobody cares about a forum comment when the lawsuit is about unregistered securities and scamming people.. unless of course paul and suchmoon somehow took money.

I do not care about Garza.  I care about the crimes against humanity that Suchmoon and Paul Revere promote.  If you do to think that is true then read back through the 2000 pages of this thread and read about all the people they have harmed.  I am not talking about Josh or his brother etc,  I am talking about the people that were brought into this fiasco.  A lot of people have been unnecessarily harmed by their filth and with complete disregard for the well being of those peoples families.

Sorry, Suchmoon and Paul Reveres credibility is an issue on this thread.  Yes, they are asses on other threads.  None of that takes away the simple fact that they post on this thread and I want to raise concerns about their methods of obtaining information, the lies they state and the way they misdirect and misrepresent the facts.  If the courts see this, well sorry. 

I along with others are tired of them and their methods.  I see that others are starting to join the "Movement" that wheellock and I started earlier today.  I hope it continues and we become as strong as the "Anti GAW" crew.  If it happens to cause issues with the court then you can blame the ring leader.

Left his computer on? Didn't the dickhead run mail through that google mail service and incorrectly set his permissions so it was public so I fail to see how that is illegally obtaining. Its like me putting pictures and documents up on my own ftp and setting permissions to public and not expecting someone to see it.

i just looked at 'services' suchmoon has been critical of:
Paycoin (ponzi), BTCLend (incompetence, co-mingling funds, false promises), Scrypt.cc (ponzi) and StakeMiners (ponzi)
all scams. seems like a good track record so far?


i guess bitstone is the next huge scam building up (funnily enough forking ponzicoin. eeh i mean paycoin ) since this spam started when they got some limelight

You mention that your aim is to show that he is not credible... I am now sure this is being done now in the run up to the court case in an attempt to mess with the evidence. Others in this topic need to be aware of this now. If you were actually serious about discrediting suchmoon you would be doing it in a separate topic and provide a link from here so that your topic focuses entirely on suchmoon. I'm not suggesting you are incorrect but you "are" focusing only on the paycoin element when you suggest both he and paul do this for a number of other people and services so your accusation should be its own topic and be on all of his posts not limited to just paycoin.

You are simply trying to muddy the waters for a jury to attempt to give reasonable doubt.

Maybe you guys need to think about that, I hope they look into Suchmoon and Companies actions on this thread and take appropriate action.  Josh is already fried, he has no hope of getting off (thank god), but the way suchmoon et al are hellbent on attacking and harassing people is uncalled for and is a crime of humanity.
 
Not to mention the numerous laws broken on this thread, I am certain Josh's lawyer will have a field day with that, I only hope they do not eliminate the evidence that was posted in an illegal way.

I will be happy to show legal precedence that shows that posting stolen emails is illegal and punishable by law.  I read the claims that the emails were obtained because good ol homero left his computer on, but that doesn't negate the fact that the emails were stolen.  If a person leaves their door open, it does not mean you can walk in and steal their shit.
