I do your returns and you do not meet the second requirement. Also I have a USAA statement in your file and that account had a value of $33,000 at 12/31/2013. We have to get to $1,000,000 "Liquid Net Worth" so, you need other investments in order to get to that critieria. Your house and autos do not qualify as "Liquid" net worth.
