WOW, the spelling is abysmal by that Stuart guy, lots of Capitalisation where there need be None Smiley

In fact, having read that mail a couple of times now...

I can see why this has caused so much trouble.

So much stupidity and belief in fools and charlatans. Making stuff up to suit the sales pitch is one thing but epic misrepresentation is another. Mr Fraser falls into the "Sharp as a hammer" category from here on in.

Quote
GAWMiners is totally above board and we only want to do it "Right"

EL OH FUCKING EL

If that's Cantor's idea of "above board" I think the agencies might have a great time looking into their fiat business too.

More Cantor'ing horseshit. It is indeed absolutely shocking the amount of resources, money and time wasted on this hare-brain scheme of Homeros. Not once does anyone including the privileged brat Fraser who's uncle set him up for life in his job, ask the simple question. Will Amazon, Walmart and Target accept crypto currency directly or not. In principle,. regardless of 100 million marketing effort behind it. No one asks the obvious question, they all clamber aboard Homero's choo choo train blissfully unaware that the light at the end of the tunnel........is another train. Thousands spent on lawyers, meetings, introductions, paperwork, company formation, staff everything except: what is it about, and can it be done period.

Shocking stupidity on display all round.

Good evening Ken,

My apology for the late response. We released our new coin on Friday and
are releasing our payment processing platform on Monday. Consequently, it
has been difficult to gain sign-off on this document.

Attached is a business brief which outlines our current business. As you
are aware, the business (s) will continue to evolve however I think this is
a good starting place.

Thank you for your patience, and please feel free to call or email with any
questions or comments.

Regards,

Dan

If you've got PayCoin, better to sell now...

At 0.0009 currently

Once Hashtalk realizes they've all been lied to the whole thing is going to come crashing down.

This is going to take 2-3 days before it fully filters out and will be at 1/10th the price in very short order.

The question I have is why is it even at 90000 satoshi?

90k satoshi? That´s 89 satoshi too much - for sure.

has anyone digging through the emails found any sort of business plan?

All I've ever seen from GAW was them come up with ways to collect money, nothing to ever make their customers money or actually earn money.

did you expect something else?

Don't really expect anything, but just wanted to point it out so that all the people turning on Josh now don't get to skip the line to sainthood.

Even if you're leaking everything now and/or responsible for fucking over Josh/GAW, if none of your emails show an actual business you are just as complicit.

Joe, the way you respond to issues sometime is out of this world. This part
of what I wanted to talk to you about.

Why would your email to John not first start with an apology? The guy is
clearly upset and our company dropped the ball. The then ask him why
someone moved him? Think about how unprofessional that sounds. Why would we
not know this?

CTOs see technology issues and failures as their own failure, and that's
they way they interact. They feel bad and show remorse. When we have a
major technology problem you get defensive and cop and attitude. Honestly,
I have never seen it before. We need to talk today.

Some of my favorites are whenever someone responds to a job search, Josh is always like, "Let's be less formal. We're excited about bringing you on. Yada Yada." until the prospective employee asks something about who's backing the company. Then he's, "The way you communicate, frankly, makes me uncomfortable."

Jim,

I have been working with my Friend Josh Garza for the last several years
on Internet related businesses.  Currently, we're started GAW.com and
GAWMiners.com, whol is a very big player in the Virtual Coinage
Business/Bitcoin. We are one of the largest sellers of Mining Power and
even have our "members" buying and selling their "power" to each other. We
also facilitate a couple of Thousand "Bitcoin" exchanges within our system.
Josh is also in the Middle of creating a new Coin and has several investors
willing to put up millions.

I would appreciate you talking to Josh, letting him explain things
better to you and then ANY Advise you can give him on how to move forward
with Financials, Settlements/Clearing, Rules and Regs and maybe someone at
the SEC we can have an "opem dialouge with, as we figure out the best way
forward.

GAWMiners is totally above board and we only want to do it "Right". We
have plans for a ICO and need to make sure we're set up right before it
gets too crazy!

Let me know if your up to this and a good time to set up a call between
you and Josh.

Thanks again Jim!!  My best to your Family, stu

Not for much longer
