GAW was a young entrepreneurial company that was working to define itself and grow. I was introduced to this company about 5 years into their start-up. Starting as a tech support employee, I worked my way up to COO /CTO of three of the companies that were started and maintained over the 5 years of my employment. When working in a small start-up the managers wear many hats and have many responsibilities. The work is complicated and plentiful and the term "this is not my job..." does not exist. It is very rewarding to work in a small, tight group of employees with friends around every corner. I had many titles, so the titles that I maintained were not as important as being successful. I worked in every department using abilities that I had learned over the years in business to help the company keep stable and operating. My strengths of organization, financial and technology was extremely helpful and influential in the success of the company.
