I purchased a War Machine, 54Mhash, on 8/1.  When I was researching and ordering, I saw on the product page where you click "add to cart" the following statement:

 "Are you ready to take delivery?  Just tell us where to ship it, and we will ship it to you!"

I opened a ticket this morning and asked if they could provide shipping information, ie what they need to get the process started and this was the response:

Good Afternoon,

I have for order number xxxxx its a HOSTED War Machine, You will not receive the actual hardware

I replied, pasting the statement above in the ticket about delivery.  I hope my experience is better than yours.

I remember someone saying that the reason that all the pre-orders are shipped so late is because they test all their miners when it us still profitable to use them. Then when the profits decrease,they sell the product off to the consumers. It is quite possible that some of them may have got damaged in their testing stage. As recommended,file a complaint with their consumer service. With so much competition,I doubt they will want a PR nightmare.

they have a little bit problem with their market , i think next launch will be oke .
let see what will they do .

These people are the worst!!! I ordered a fury miner 1.3mhash from them for 70 usd..They charged my credit card a total of 160 usd and would not return my phone calls or emails.. I am STILL waiting for them to call back and in the mean time me and a few other people that have been ripped off by GAWminers are opening up a bulk ticket with shitsenders.com to give back to GAWminers what they are putting on the general public.

I suggest Zighash for ordering from in the meantime - they are a GAW reseller and I haven't had any  issues and their customer support actually responds!

EDIT:
I looked on other forum posts and found her email. A lot of complaints I also found, tbh I had 1 problem with them after purchasing 7 items and they did fix it right away.

If you paid with a credit card, you always have buyers protection.

Call your CC company and tell them you didn't get what you ordered. They will remove it from your statement immediately.

Take pictures and keep all the proof just in case.

Agree with you its probably the best thing to do.

I had a prob with Gawminers in the past and got quite concerned when my ticket wasn't responded to right away.   They were slow to respond - about 12 hours - but when they did, they made it right

I've had a decent experience with them, they just aren't the fastest in responding.


I think if your only concern was lack of instant reply from them it can be accepted in my opinion. If they were unable to help you or ignore your ticket it would be disqualifying for them. There will be problems with any kind of miner I suppose the only difference is how companies handle these problems.

I want to buy from them their new miner Vaultbreaker, but after reading your story I will stop and watch situation here. Are you sure their customer service is unhelpful? It says "WE DO REFUNDS" all over their site after all.

i had 0 issues with them and got a few miners, so hard for me to say. but i also may have unusual treating as i have some community behind mysel

try to not get full refund if the machien works but ie some store credit.

It doesn't work at all. Machine starts and keeps resetting. It never hashes and never list a hash rate. Power supply has green light but I think it is the power supply. But the condition I got it in is really bad. The top is dented in. A capacitor fell out. Some dead bugs and really bad dust is covering it.

UPDATE: I reached out to Amber and let see what happens.

Post up pics of the cardboard box and the actual miner with the pieces falling off.
I believe you, but others without the pictures. Plus it will make a nice warning to others.
