I arranged for auction to end on Thursday so to allow buyers to escrow or send payment on Friday. I had all hardware boxed and read to ship as I was leaving for the weekend.  Payment never materialized from one bidder, and another bidder bidder backed out of auction and decided he doesn't have to pay now.

The second buyer has agreed to buy three miners for 22 BTC  and I am waiting for  payment  to send.

#1 miner I have to sell yet

#3 is still at Cointerrra  I received this email on the April 11th

Sir-

I just checked and the unit had been sitting in customs. I am getting it fixed and on the way to us now.

so he takes our money, claims the units are his...trys to sell them after he recouped his money and is now just leaving them offline cause nobody bought them...ya i think i'll seek legal action now too

If I had any opportunities here in Germany, I would also seek information about my options. Please let me know if you start someting. Maybe it's possible to act as some kind of foreign plaintiff.

This looks like a disaster lol.

So the miners are not even mining now?  I'm guessing they are just not for us.

I'm talking about for the second ( I have shares in this ),
it would seem not, from 09 / april

Let me tell you this terraminer is a power hungry noisy beast. It requires two full circuits to run.  It's noisy like hell (unlike KncMiner Jupiter and Saturn)..

Okay, even I'm annoyed now. I have supported you all the time soniq but you won't make it easy for the people to trust you any more.

- Two of five miners are sold
What happens to the others? Will they go back online soon?

- No news about TM #3
What is the status here? Is it at CT? Did they say almost ANYTHING to you what will happen next? What will you do when you get #3 back? Will it return to colo for mining?

What about the overpaid BTC? Will you at least pay back THIS money???

Please soniq talk to us! Tell us what you're going to do! Tell us what you do at this moment! People invested lots of money and trusted you und it really seems like LittleD will have the right to say "I told you all!!".
Don't make this happen!

actually only 1 sold...i backed out...and the other person sounded like he was getting cold feet too

at present you are trying to sell them for 8 btc  X $440 usd= $3520  ---- ie very cheap  --- on ebay maybe u will get about $7000

even with paying tax it still better

I do not want them sold as we all will lose to much and IMO we should find another colo

have you tried to host at  cointerra ?
http://cointerra.com/cointerra-announces-hosting-partnership-terramine-hosting/

also miner #3 - I believe is at cointerra for repair -- why not host there -- will save on transport

as for votes you got  16 yes - 5 nos  = 21 votes out of 150  --- no even close to 25%

and you do not want to publish the result of the vote

If you did not want to run this GB ---- you should have got the money back from cointerra before they shipped

and not make us lose even more money because you are too busy and lost interest

I presume you have 0 shares in this GB

Soniq, why not sell on ebay??

They are going for a much higher price
http://www.ebay.ca/sch/Computer-Components-Parts-/175673/i.html?_from=R40&LH_Complete=1&LH_Sold=1&_nkw=terraminer

$7000, $10000....
I sold my old Avalon ASIC on there and had no issues

Because I cannot receive payment in BTC

Are you willing to just give the mining to the GB share holders ...? Maybe some one trustworthy can take over the miner in each GB Huh

The price for the auction  in BTC is lower than these Terraminers are selling on ebay.  If anyone thinks managing these GB's are easy, then  buy one and sell shares.

IF you can find someone that every member unanimously  votes for I would hand this over in an instant. But getting a 100% unanimous vote will be just about impossible and improbable, because a lot of the members are willing to sell at this point.  And  I would not transfer this GB  to anyone else unless there was a 100% consensus.

i don't see why your having such a hard time with this...your the one that is making it complaicated with the math stuff in your other KB GB...the only reason this is hard...not really hard but time consuming...is the hardware isn't the best...but i'm sure they will come out with better FW to fix it...eventually...Well I'd take over GB #4 or #5 heck idk...i'm in both i think...considering i still could just buy it for 8 btc but rather not cause of the escrow deal...I have trust but i doubt the other ppl in GB would go 100% on it...cause everyone would want to run it lol...oh well

ya it may be lower but your not offering the buyer any protection from shipping damages...and we all know that it happens alot..i've had packages lost/damage both sending n receiving...

and finally soniq..ya didn't answer my ? bout what happens if ya don't sell it in auction? and how would there be tax? you would have cash for btc....you haven't gained anything from it since its the shareholders money right?

you just buy the btc then Tongue setup a coinbase account...cause the way the auction going i doubt anyone will buy them...which is good cause i really don't think anyone but you wants to sell...and what happens if nobody buys them off auction?

Soon as the BTC is converted to cash there is tax implications that  I would rather avoid

And this is not about me wanting to sell the Terraminers, colo terminated contract because of operating issues.

I would continue to manage the Terraminers, but moving to another colo is not going to solve the problem. Unless I send to a dedicated miner host, which might happen if the miners dont  sell at auction.

I can find other colo for the miners, but from what I have seen so far, it makes more sense to sell at this time.

And the vote is overwhelmingly in favor of selling the miners.

Im sorry, but not all investments are positive.  With high risk comes high rewards and some losers. Cointerra defiantly did not over deliver here.

All proceeds  from auction  will be distributed on a per share basis.

Cheers
