The code is law. If the results are not random then how does the smart contract make the determination?

It’s an autonomous process and the results are transparent and mathematically verifiable, are they not?

Hello sir, after doing some investigating on your issue, the reason why the transaction failed is that the withdrawal address that you indicated was a newly generated address and did not have any transaction history. The way that smart contracts are executed on the tron network often make it difficult to send funds from automated smart contract to newly generated address with no transaction history.  We ask that you make some transfer of a small amount to one of your other addresses OR if you need assistance with this, I will personally try to arrange a small transfer so that the network will recognize your new address and you can resubmit the withdrawal request and now that you will have some transaction history the smart contract will execute the transfer as it attempted to do so 12 hours ago when you made the request.

I have answered you at least 3 dozen times Humberto. You have been calling me on my phone via telegram, talking over PM on telegram, talking in the Telegram chatroom, and you also sent an email to our technical team around 3 hours ago. They have not responded yet and I informed you of the potential reasons why they have not.

The most obvious explanation is that we operate on different time zones. Technical team is in Europe where the time is 7:18AM right now. I informed you at numerous times the status of the situation and have repeatedly asked for some patience which you have instead responded to me with insults, threats, misrepresenting the situation, and have been combative to during our extensive encounters spread over numerous platforms.
