Fantastic pool well over 100% luck average since inception

Did you read what OP said? He's asking if he should start one.

And imo i don't know. You can try, but it would be hard to beat a boot like Kano, because its hard to do any better and the pool's fee is super low.

Was basically thinking the same really. Honesty is appreciated.

It all depend on you  first, analyze your capacity compare it with the present day challenge in the cryptocurrency industry. secondly, take fear out of your way,  for the fact that there  are already big players in the system did not conclude that others will not join the system; but you must do your homework first.  Thirdly, if you eventually want to delve into the system you MUST be totally transparent,   coupled with creativity the sky will not only be your limit but a starting point. Just believe in yourself and remain original. GOODLUCK

I notice there are many pools which hold "most" of the power, Is this a good or bad thing?

I have been in the community since 2010 and have experience with mining and running pools (not bitcoin) but was wondering whether to start one as I have a few powerful dedi servers.

Would it be worth it?
Would people even touch it?
What extra could you offer for people to choose you?
Surely everyone goes for higher hash rate so they get more blocks?
