I think this should be due to increase in bitcoin mining difficulty and Price dump.
Now my contract closed i think so no payout.

They didnt increase the maintenance fee...I have contracts from that time period myself and it says in my contracts 0.02 USD per 10GH/s per day which is eqv to 2 USD per 1TH/s.

they suddenly reduced payout and totally stopped.

No scam at all...Maintenance fees are higher than the payouts..
Go look on a Bitcoin calculator...
For example average payout with 1TH/s is less than 2USD .....Contracts from GM before end of January 2015, eqv to 2 USD per TH/s per day.
Payout for 1TH/s on average of around 1.96 USD a day.....Fee ....2 USD...total... - 4 Cents....That is why your payouts are zero...
This takes me 2 minutes to work out...

Genesis always seems to have hashing power at 200th ? Genesis doesnt show how much hashing power is being used .

If you are considering buying cloud mining best to wait until October 10 when S7 hashing starts trading on Hashnest. Antminer S7 hashing power at Hashnest will cost about $0.40 per GH/s and daily fees will be half that charged by Genesis Mining. You can buy S7 to hash now but you will have to buy a full miner (4860 GH/s) for $1923. Once trading starts you can buy smaller amount of GH/s on the Hashnest exchange.

Well GM has no buying and selling (trading) of hashpower.
But one thing you can do with GM which you can not do with Hashnest is get payout in other coins.
So you can have your BTC payout traded for you automatically to Litecoin, Dogecoin, Dash and BitcoinDark and paid out in those coins.
UNO and Zetacaoin are mined using SHA 256.
Also automatic daily withdrawals to wallets without any withdrawal fees (GM pays transaction fees themselves at each payout)
Advantage of that is that if you have small hashpower, less than 10GH/s you can still get a payout as other providers charge a withdrawal fee sometimes more than what you could get as a payout in a week mining with 10GH/s.
