when will genesis-mining start to sell x11 ? any news on that? they promise it since... dont even remember since when it says ''soon'' on acc dashboard.i remember them mentioning they have a farm of video cards or smth, so guess they ARE mining x11, it would be a waist to just keep it unoperational, and they showed an intent to sell that hashpower, so why they dont

So, why is the payout falling you think ? With the BTC stable to rising it´s difficult to understand the 10%+ drop since mining day 4th March.
Well do not forget they are mining it, so perhaps where they are mining it is not doing so well with finding blocks at the moment...Not sure really.
Theres another difficulty rise coming so payouts will go down a little more too, well unless you put more hashpower in...
Some tough luck. BTC is up by 15% since 2/19, payout down 16%. That´s down 100 satoshi per GH, 600 to 500. Where´s the guy that´s investing hundreds of thousands of dollars ? Would love to see his take on this.

Well, I didn´t add any hash yet. Sure, the price is getting more attractive with the rising BTC price but the payouts aren´t really anything to write home about.

But why cancel because of the wrong amount of hashrate? You can add all the hashrate you want to your account. You will have separate contracts for each order but you can manage all associated hashrate as if it were one.

Awwww, why GM on recovery? The quality of our service has never changed. The amount of payout depends a lot on external factors such as Bitcoin value, difficulty, luck, etcetera. Obviously we do not have control over those. But we do have control over the mining part, and we do a very good job at that, which is the service we offer. No payouts for me either but as theres a few hours left in the day yet, it is not late just yet.
Their payouts are in UTC time I believe and it is just 7:14pm UTC as I am writing this out.

The payout decreased by like 10% for mining days 4 and 5th March. Wonder what that´s about. BTC was pretty stable so it can´t be that.

i recently bought .25 Terrahash but want to cancel the order since it was the wrong amount and for other personal reasons. I've opened support tickets but received no response from you. I read that a 10 dollar processing fee will be deducted and etc which I'm fine with but haven't received a response from you guys at all. is there a better way to get in contact with you or get this sorted?
