I noticed you guys have a Hong Kong address! Smiley Can I drop by your Hong Kong office to buy hashing power using cash? It's 3 hours flight away from my location. Smiley Will drop by during vacation.

O yeh your right!, they changed address, last year i send them a Christmas card to Hamilton HM 08, Bermuda.  But i guess the card got lost..



In their mailing list, GM listed a Hong Kong address. I assuming it is there to liaise with the China BTC market. It will be good if GM accepts walk in customers in their HK office. I could drop by buy some hashing power using cash when i fly over to HK for vacation.

I don't believe in using coins to buy hashing power. Unfortunately, GM regards credit card paying customers in non-US/non-EU region as scammers. Shame on them in this aspect.

Yeah but your answers are a non-sense.

There is not reason not to show to your customers : your total hash power / the blocks you mined / the pools you used

The ROI is another problem because no one can ROI with GM. And if you complain they delete your posts & don't answer support tickets.

With current Bitcoin Price and a new Conract with 0.0012 Fee, the ROI is 218 Days

Don't know why they don't show the mined Blocks. Security Reasons i guess.

I'll correct you : it's 218 days if you think difficulty will always stay the same.

Fact is : in 200 days, difficulty will probably increase of at least 100%. You will win less and less, and someday you will not win enough to cover the fee and GM will cancel your contract before you ROI.


+ There is no security reason which can justify not to show the mined blocks. PB mining was saying just the same in the past : we all know what was the real reason behind this secrety...



I am reading your posts now for a long time. All your regular/permanent posts regarding Genesis Mining are negative. What is your problem with GM? Do you have a contract with them and you dont get payouts?

I have multiple contracts bought in the last year and everything works fine. I dont get why are people like you complaining all the time. Since the BTC price rose in the last couple of days the payouts got much higher also. Its satisfying to see more BTCs coming in.

Mining is a risky thing, we all know that - but there is nothing to blame GM for from my point of view. They deliver what they promise.

I do no think 100%, thats a lot of extra mining equipment that need to be turned on.

The same with every other cloud mining / normal mining. The risk is always there. Not only at GM.
So if you know that it is not worthwhile to invest there, don't do it. What's the problem?
Not the fault of GM If people do not inform properly.

Cmon, you can not compare GM to PB.
The people behind GM are well known. You can see the miner per webcam.
You can even meet with the CEO.



If you want to suggest that GM is somehow cheating, I have to disappoint you.

Is there any way to bypass the 2 factor authentication since I have lost my phone and am unable to login to my account! Can I request for it's cancellation through my email? I have also lost the authentication code too through which I could have manually activate on my new phone! Please help! Huh

What's up with GM support?
Opened a ticket 3 days ago and still got no response...

Maybe someone here can help me: I purchased an X11 contract with a credit card about 5 weeks ago. 1 week ago I started receiving daily payments to my btc address. But all my daily payments from the first month are still held by GM ("pending balance of credit card payments").

From the GM faq:

Once the month has passed, the full amount will be released to your wallet, and from then on you will receive a daily payout.
