Actually there is no problem if any club doing business, of course they are here to do some business there is no wrong. Leipzig made a good amount of money in this season and they had a good performance in the last season when they got third place in the league because they didn't spend lots of money but they got the Champions League ticket and the third place in the table which is a lot for this team.
But they didn't buy and famous or expensive player so far, but since they are going to race in the Champions League they need more players

It seems that Bayern Munich is confident enough that they already booked medical for Harry Kane, and they are surely confident enough that Tottenham will provide a great response to their request in recruiting Harry Kane and he will be the most expensive deal Bayern Munich has made so it got to be worth it, surely Bayern Munich can not back down now because they already make an all in card on Harry Kane so they can surely get him this season, it would likely become a great offer for sure because we all know what Harry Kane can really do,

There is still no certainty whether Bayern Munich will succeed in recruiting Kane or fail again because for the time being Levy has not given an answer regarding the 3rd bid from Bayern Munich for Harry Kane.
