Bayern Munich are really keen on bringing Harry Kane. Their first offer was found inadequate by Tottenham so they are preparing a much more improved offer. Harry Kane is really everything for Tottenham now. Even though they didn't have a good season the last time Kane still performed in a wonderful way by completing the season with 30 goals.

Hence the chairman Levy has never been willing to sell him unless there is an irrevocable offer. Bayern Munich are preparing to make that kind of offer for now.
