For sure that is a very nice and good loan for Leipzig , saddly there no buy option clause in that contract.
Even its only a year that Xavi Simons will be playing for Leipzig but it is a reinforcement for the team.

This signing is very important for Leipzig considering that two of its players have joined this summer, namely Nkunku and Szoboszlai. But Leipzig also benefited greatly from the sale of this player and maybe they don't have much time to target other players this summer so they are better off going on loan to Xavi Simons from PSG.

Apart from that, Leipzig also managed to bring in Lois Openda previously from Lens and the duration of the contract will last very long until 2028. I think Leipzig has done a pretty good transfer job by bringing in these two players to strengthen the depth of its squad for next season's competition.

No, Kane's transfer to Bayern Munich looks very serious and as far as I can see, Bayern Munich and Harry Kane himself are maximally disposed to make this transfer happen. Your last two sentences sound like a good reason why he should leave Tottenham though in my opinion. Also the last news that i heard about that possible transfer of Harry Kane to Munich was that interview of Uli Hoeneß in which he said that Kane and his agents have said, that he wants to come to Bayern Munich. So i really doubt that the Team around Kane is just using Bayern Munich to be in a better position to negotiate a new contract with Tottenham. This would mean that Kane and his agents have straight up lied to the officials of Bayern Munich and i just can not imagine that they would do that kind of stuff.

These Harry Kane issue is becoming irritating, because he's the one who knows what to do and I think he's just there to make the headline without making any reasonable decision. Everyone is waiting for him to decide weather he'd leave the Spurs team or not, like we all know nothing celebrating has come out of Tottenham only goals and individual awards no trophy to cheer about.

as fans sometimes we can ambiguously view these rumors. even though we know that Harry Kane still has 1 year at Tottenham and it is not certain that Spurs will sell their best players to other teams but we always speculate without any basis of truth.
just imagine if these rumors are not real and will only make us disappointed when we expect Bayern Munich to sign this star player.

Bayern Munich bought Kim Min-Jae and Manchester United will have to look for another central defender to replace Maguire who will be sold soon. Kim is not an alternative for Lucas Hernandez because he is not a wing back.

Moving to Bundesliga is a good choice because many Asian players from Japan and Korea succeeded in the league.
