Union Berlin since last season has started to show very good changes in player performance and always looks good so that it can occupy 4th place and even be able to compete with Leverkusen.

If i would be in charge of Bayern Munich. I would probably go for Kolo Muani because Napoli simply wants to much money for Osimhen (120M€ +). Yes Kolo Muani is still young and maybe a club like Bayern would be to big for him, but he would cost less than Kane and he is still way younger. Harry Kane is a less risky transfer, but 80 Million€ or more for a player that you probably can not resell anymore in a few years because of his age, is a lot of money.

When it comes to Kolo Muani he is certainly a great striker. Actually his age is still great for a striker. Because it is said that the most productive era for a striker becomes usually between the ages of 25 and 29. He is about to become 25 in this December. Plus he has already been perfoming really impressively. Last season was the one in which we watched his best performance so far - 23 goals, 17 assists in all tournaments.

But the important point is his market value is 80 million euros now. As he has 4 more years to go at Frankfurt too I would expect them to ask for a sum higher than his market value probably.

I don't think hiring Yann Sommer from Monchengladbach means Bayern Munich is going to stop working with Manuel Neuer they know Manuel Neuer is a goalkeeper who was playing in Bayern Munich for years and even if Sommer starts working with Bayern Munich I think the first goalkeeper of Bayern Munich is still Manuel Neuer.
Especially after Tuchel joined this team and he doesn't have with the managers we expect to see Neuer playing in the next season instead of other goalkeepers they got.

Last season, Union Berlin played exceptionally well, finishing in fourth place in the Bundesliga. It's much simpler to get to the top of the mountain than it is to stay there. Counting on them to be title contenders year after year is like betting on a donkey to take home the Kentucky Derby

They have, in fact, been quite active in the player transfer market. But do they routinely have the firepower to beat the big guns? Not in my opinion. This season could serve as a rude awakening for them, especially if they fail to live up to expectations in the Champions League. Moreover, past experience teaches us that the year following a particularly good season is typically a nightmare. They may be more concerned about staying up than winning the championship

Union berlin is a club with no much fund to sign in talented players, this will really affect their performance next season, champions league will be a little bit difficult for them because the Champions League is the most competitive and the hardest league.

The scenario is that if Inter Milan agree to what Manchester United are proposing with the goalkeeper they have it will open up the opportunity for Yan Sommer to move to Serie A, as you said.
But I haven't heard anything about Bayern Munich's plans with their goalkeeper. They brought Yan Sommer in to replace Manuel Neuer who was injured and had to rest.
But in terms of age, I actually favor Yann Sommer, he is 34 years old, while Neuer is 37 years old. Bayern Munich will be able to work with Yann Sommer longer than Neuer, it's an option they should consider.

It makes sense considering that with the return of Manuel Neuer to the Bayern Munich main squad, he will begin to fill the starting position for the main goalkeeper. There was no doubt that when Manuel Neuer will be coming back that he will be getting the Number 1 again.
If i would be Sommer i will be be watching for a new Club and if its possible with 34 years to get to Inter Milan then he should be doing it.

Bayern Munich managed to sign Yann Sommer in the winter of 2023 with a contract duration until the summer of 2025
I'm not sure Bayern Munich will pave the way for Inter Milan to sign Yann Sommer because basically Sommer was prepare as an alternative option to replace Manuel Neuer, with his experience the club has hopes for the 34-year-old goalkeeper.
