I disagree, he is still a great striker with a great talent to score goals and there is absolutely no way that he lost any of that talent. The problem could be money and maybe he doesn't worth as much as Spurs wants for him, I can definitely agree to that part but that doesn't make him "bad" at all, he still is a level of talent that can play in all the best teams and he has been like that for like 5+ years now, so the talent to play is there but money could be questionable.

This is why the part I agree with would be finding either cheaper or even better talents, either you find someone better than Kane, or you find someone that is cheaper and close to his talents. Osimhen is the same, he definitely is a great striker, but not 180 million euro worth at all.

I agree that Kane is still an amazing scorer. He is more than a scorer though. He is one of the best complete forwards in even football history in my opinion. He can perform superbly even for Tottenham which struggle to have an achievement. This season was horrible for them but Kane still finished near Haaland in top scorer table - 30 goals vs 36 goals.

I'm very confident that Kane can be this much productive for at least 4 or 5 more years. But definitely the problem is money now. Levy is so obstinate about keeping him at the team unless he gets the amount he would like for him. That amount is a really huge one for a striker at this age.

I don't think Bayern Munich would be willing to pay 100+ million euros to sign him while there are cheaper and good alternatives such as Vlahovic.

Kane is a proven goalscorer every season. And he did it in a team like Tottenham. Everyone wonders what he can do in a bigger team. Those who doubt that Kane is a star striker do not watch many games. We all agree that the problem is money. But if they want success in the champions league, they should sign Kane.

I disagree with you about cheaper and less capable games. The Munich forward should always be a star player.

I remember Romelu Lukaku being a great striker too until he moved to Chelsea.... After that his performance got worse... Even now that he's playing at Inter, he can't get back to his best past results... It could also happen to Kane if he changes teams and leagues... I guess it's all about habit and age... If you're not young, it's harder for you to change your familiar surroundings...

Harry Kane's prolificity in front of goal can never be underestimated. He's the best complete striker in the English Premier League for over the last 6 years and that's to show his consistency in what he does.
Bayern Munich knows his worth and knows the kind of quality values he's gonna bring to their attack if they finally signs him. Tottenham are very reluctant in letting him go because they know how poor their team is gonna look without his presence but I think Bayern Munich's advantage in this pursuit for the heavily talked-about striker is the fact that he already wants to leave. Bayern will be a team to beat if they finally bring Kane to Allianz Arena

Is it Tottenham wanting 180 million for Kane? I haven’t seen such information anywhere, but it’s definitely a lot, if you believe the news, Mbappe will go to Real for that kind of money, but I think Mbappe’s level is much higher than Kane. Tottenham don't want to let go of Kane and that's why they're asking him for too much money, and it seems that Kane is just as comfortable at this club, so for many years nothing has changed.
It is very unlikely that Bayern Munich will agree to such an offer and I think even if there is a valid source who says this, then it is clear that Bayern Munich will choose to look for another striker in the summer. The 180 million euro fee is inappropriate for a player who wants to be 30 years old and Harry Kane is more deserving of around 80 million euros.

Spurs are very good at taking advantage of the current situation and Spurs seem to benefit greatly from the two options available, for example Harry Kane will stay profitable because he has a top-class striker and even if he is sold he will still be profitable in terms of the money he gets.

On the first matchday of the new season, there is a topmatch: Eintracht Frankfurt vs. Darmstadt 98. They are two clubs that are only 30 minutes away from each other by car, so it will be a derby. The last match between the two clubs was on February 7 in the German Cup. There were 6 goals, Frankfurt won 4:2. An now the game starts on 19 August and the tickets now currently sold out. In Frankfurt there are about 8,500 new seats due to the reconstruction in the stadium, and 7,000 of them are already sold for the whole season.

Undoubtedly, Harry Kane's striking prowess in front of the goal makes him a perfect match to fill in the vacuum that's was created  by the departure of the lethal Robert Lewandowski.
Harry Kane's days as a hot striker is nearing the end and if he fails to force a move away from Tottenham this summer, he might play for them through the rest of his career
I know Harry Kane is a good player but I find it a little bit exaggerated to see him as the unique choice that many teams are chasing starting from EPL teams to La Liga (Real Madrid) and Bundesliga (Bayern Munich) ones.
Kane literally ruined his career when he agreed to extend his contract with Spurs and there is many players who require more attention

Despite selling Nkunku for a really nice amount Leipzig still have four strikers in the squad. Benjamin Sesko is their new signing who arrived at the team yesterday. They signed him for 24 million euros and he can be another player to shine in this league to draw the attention of bigger teams later. His performance with Salzburg was really decent despite his young age (20).

However with Sorloth's returning to the team as well after his loan spell ended there are 4 strikers. I wonder how Leipzig are going to handle the situation. Maybe Sorloth can be loaned again. But if I were in their place I would have got rid of Poulsen instead. I don't think he is good enough to be here now.

When a great team like Bayern Munich needs a player like Harry Kane, I think it doesn't matter how much they have to pay for him or how they want to provide this money.
We know Kane is a good striker and on the other hand, Bayern Munich needs a forward for the next season, however, since this player is very much loyal to Tottenham, this can be very hard to hire this player for any team.
Bayern Munich have everything except a striker, which is a detrimental confirmation. The Bundesliga behemoth will not relent until they have signed their ultimate objective this summer, and their pursuit of a striker is becoming more apparent. Furthermore, Tottenham Hotspur smashed a high price value for the Englishman, because he's worth every single importance, even if he has yet to win a trophy. Harry Kane will fit in as Bayern Munich's top striker since he possesses all of the characteristics that a striker should have in common.
after Tottenham found out that Bayern Munich really wanted Harry Kane, Tottenham set a very high price. even though the price offered is very high, Bayern Munich could have paid it, but Munich prefers to wait, not to be hasty in spending its money to get just one player because Bayern Munich also needs other players in midfield.
and also Bayern Munich is not alone but there are also other teams eyeing Harry Kane so Tottenham will only let go if any team confirms a suitable price or otherwise Harry Kane will just stay with Tottenham and continue his career by extending his contract at Tottenham.

Cole Palmer rumours have started to spread around recently. According to these rumours Dortmund are seriously interested in signing him from Manchester City. After selling Bellingham for a really satisfying level of fee Dortmund must be searching for their next target to bring to the team and help him grow his skills to shine here.

Palmer is a strong candidate for that as it seems. He is still 21 years old which is a quite young age and open to development. However he has a contract until 2026 now. I feel like Manchester City would only loan him to them as they might also have plans for him in the future. His market value is really low though so I wonder how negotiations will go.
21 years old Englishman having good bright future with Manchester City and here I have to be agreed with you about this most chances Manchester City will be not done any trade just giving on loan is also good for them because they also know how important is this player for them in near future and playing in Dortmund is surely going to help him for having good experience and better growth because it is best nursery for the youths as well.

After sell of Jude Bellingham and now having good competition in Bundesliga things looking not good for them and they are desperately trying their best for having any suitable recovery which helps them for having better end of their next season while now few other teams are also doing their best for having strong squads.

Bayern Munich has announced the signing of Kim min-jae, who I liked very much and was once known with Fenerbahçe.Min-Jae, a defender who did wonders with his performance in Fenerbahçe, managed to transfer to Napoli after a year.Min-Jae, who had a good season in Napoli by improving his performance, will now continue as the stopper of the German giant Bayern Munich. He is a really good defender and I can easily say that he is one of the strangest defenders of recent times. I must say that he has a very strange understanding of football compared to other defenders.

I believe Bayern Munich are keen to sign Harry Kane as they will not turn their backs to other alternatives after their first offer was turned down. I think well that Tottenham will consider strongly enough for them to make a lot of money from selling Harry Kane because if they insist on rejecting the second offer it could be that they will lose Kane next season for nothing if Kane doesn't want to extend the contract.

Well he is a pretty perfect signing or target for Bayern Munich if they manage to get him. Because Harry Kane is very influential in the front line for the team because he is able to score goals when needed and his skill in finishing will make him a suitable replacement for Lewandowski departure last season.
Even first offer is rejected by Tottenham, but Bayern Munich is still front-runner for this transfer because they are desperately looking for the player like Harry Kane with Real Madrid and Manchester Untied are also runner for this deal but most chances no one will go for the nine figures because if David Levy insisted about this most chances Harry Kane will stay here and then club lost him as free agent in next season right now Bayern Munich is trying their best for the second offer with most chances things will be suitable for them and other party as well.

After Robert Lewandowski they are looking for the number 9 which is surely going to fill even we have few other top players as well but mostly are having tag of nine figures which is surely not acceptable for them, but this is going to have better chance.

Cole Palmer is skillful player he was good to holding ball and good accuracy to passing and to shooting i think this is could be good purchase for Dortmund if this rumour is true and his game of style looks similar just like Bellingham and maybe Palmer is the right choice as the replacement of Bellingham and at Manchester City his status as substitution player but not impossible Guardiola will giving him more chances to play next season If he is not sold

Dortmund has been frustrate to chasing Edson Alvarez this because their bid 30 millions for this player has been rejected by Ajax so that's why he looking for other players and the option is two Morten Hjulmand and Cole Palmer and according to transfermakt both players has a value 15 millions and it's not expensive price if we see from their quality but for Cole Palmer maybe if Dortmund serious he can considering the offers from them because at Manchester City he didn't gets any place in starting line up so if Dortmund can guarantee to playing him regularly probably Palmer is willing to moved

I'm not the one who made that post, it is @hahay. It seems like you have quoted the wrong person.  Smiley

I wonder what Bayern Munich's plans are about signing a centre-forward these days. They made their first offer for Kane but it was way lower than the amount Levy wanted for him. Considering that the first offer was around 75 million euros or so it doesn't seem like Bayern Munich are keen on spending 100 million or above for Kane.

Honestly I started to think that they won't pay that much for him and instead they will go for cheaper alternatives.
100m is a big valuation for Kane, regardless of the  contribution he can bring to the team and also based on his age.. It would have been cool 3years ago!!  but right now, 70-80m in total is not bad!!! 100m is a bit overpriced

Choupo-Moting was not their plan initially but even his sudden shine could not save Bayern Munich in the past season. He is not a striker who can play well in big matches and we saw that weakness in World Cup 2022 with Cameroon and with Bayern Munich in Champions League.

I think that Choupo Moting is a very good player and i am surprised that he never really made it into the starting eleven for a very big club in his career. He has everything that a player needs to be a great striker and in addition to that he also has a very smooth technique in my opinion. When Lewandowski was injured two seasons ago Choupo Moting showed a really great performance. Sadly he was injured during large parts of the second round of the Bundesliga in the last season so he could not really show his capabilities there.
That being said, he is already 33 years old so Bayern definitely needs a new number 9 now that really had the potential to replace Lewandowski over a whole season.
For me, the only person who can replace Lewandowski's position is Harry Kane, but if Bayern Munich manages to take over Harry Kane, it's because there are so many people who are after this reliable player, even at a very high price.
Bayern Munich have made offers to Harry Kane several times, but until now there has been no recent news from there whether Harry Kane has accepted the offer or indeed Bayern Munich must look for other reliable players again.
If you look at some of this news, Bayern Munich is really busy looking for the best players, but there is no certainty about this news.
Undoubtedly, Harry Kane's striking prowess in front of the goal makes him a perfect match to fill in the vacuum that's was created  by the departure of the lethal Robert Lewandowski.
