Most times clubs put themselves in bad situation in the process of finding remedy to their problems and sometimes they create the problems themselves. For the cade of Bayern Munich, I believe the management created the problems they are facing themselves by sacking Nagelsmann who was doing good in Bayern Munich.
When he was sacked, I was asking for the reasons for his sack but I didn't see any or no one told me anything. He was not performing poor. Even though he started poorly, he turned everything around for better. And assuming he led the club to the Champions League match against Manchester City, the result would have been different.
Now Bayern is not gonna win the Bundesliga title.

Yes, if they fire Tuchel, it will only be an admission that they made a mistake with the dismissal of Nagelsmann and the appointment of Tuchel. Therefore, at least until the middle of next season, Tuchel has time. Kahn and Salihamidzic will soon be busy just to shield themselves. It's really unfortunate that such a situation has arisen in one of the pillars of European football and it looks like Bayern will be in a fever for a season or two until they find their "golden" formula again. But as I wrote earlier, it will be difficult for them to change because they deny changing realities and do not want to pay top money for top players, while other clubs do it.

I think they made a huge mistake because Kahn and Salihadmidzic could only lose when they decided to sack Nagelsmann and appoint Tuchel. It was a huge gamble because they were hoping it works out and everybody would think they have a crystal ball at home. But even if it worked out, you would never be able to prove that it wouldn't have worked out with Nagelsmann as well. That's only assumptions, but with the positive end that it worked out.

In this scenario it didn't work out and everyone asks them why they changed the coach. Their answer is one they can't prove. It is because they "assumed" that it won't work out. Now the burden is onto them because it failed and questions get asked. If you succeed, nobody will be asking for long. But if you fail, you are in trouble. The potential downside of that action was much bigger than the potential upside. It was strategically stupid because they put their jobs on the line for nothing. If they failed with Nagelsmann, nobody would be talking about Kahn the way they do now.

precisely the big mistake that happened this season was caused by the director of the club who changed coaches at the wrong time, look at what happened when Tauchel just coached Bayern, they were knocked out of 2 championships at the same time as DBF Pokat and UCL and now they are threatened with not being able to win the Bundesliga title after a poor performance in a few weeks and their first position has been taken over by Dortmund.
in the remaining 5 matches of this season Bayern can only hope that Dortmund will drop points and they can win all the games to be able to take back the top of the standings.
this is a very painful hope by hoping the other team falls.

I didn't think that this season was the worst season for Bayern after they were able to dominate the Bundesliga for almost 10 years.

If you consider for how long Bayern now has been winning this domestic title, I think the whole soccer world would be fine with finally seeing someone else succeed and end the reign of Bayern Munich. I think it's boring when one club can dominate for such a long time. I know that all Bayern fans see it differently and they say it is the result of hard work and that's ok, but it is no surprise that the Premier League is the better product internationally because there is much more excitement at least between two teams per season. Such a dominance as that of Bayern will damage the product Bundesliga at some point and I think it already has.

Im still prefer to take dortmund at this moment. So many people blame oliver kahn for sacking naglesmann right now. Bayern is always getting bad result in all of competitionrs. It seems like that bookies are still seeing the history of bundesliga but to be honest, if the next matches that will be faced by dortmund is far easy compared with bayern. Im not sure if bayern will be able to win all of remaining matches at this moment. Leverkusen are six points away from top four now while there are five more weeks to go in the season. They are really unstoppable these days thanks to Xabi Alonso's really good management.

He has left a really positive affect on the team honestly. They are incredible in not only the Bundesliga but also the Europa League. I know that their chance of qualifying for top four isn't too big but the point gap is still not that huge on one hand. They will need to keep this up and hope for the front duo to make serious mistakes. But even if one of them keeps a bad form the other one would secure top four in my opinion.

I'm really not surprised at these odds. I think Borussia Dortmund are not a good enough team to win the Bundesliga. Bayern Munich are bad this season, but Borussia Dortmund are in a worse situation than them. They too are close to experiencing Arsenal's disappointment. Actually, their match fixtures look comfortable, but it doesn't look to me like they can win all of their remaining matches. I think they will make more mistakes than Bayern Munich. I think that it will be better to be patient about Tuchel. I understand Bayern Munich fans for having a much worse season compared to the previous ones now. But they have no other choice than giving Tuchel some time to see what changes. It is still too early to judge a manager. Tuchel is even one of the special managers and he is a winner one at the same time. If I'm not wrong he won the Champions League title with Chelsea in his first season with the team already.

That success really drew the attention to himself back then. Chelsea owner Boehly rushed things about sacking him and the reason wasn't exactly the results. It was related to some financial condition. Anyway he is back in the Bundesliga again with a different team this time. Making the right transfers in the summer can change everything for them again. Top priority must be a solid striker.

What Dortmund needs now is consistency in the attack which is mostly on point and the midfield balance has been something of an issue, particularly in the opening stage of the season

It would be the worst thing to do to sack Tuchel already truthfully. There is no reason to take such action for a manager who has just arrived at the team. He had a big responsibility to take after Nagelsmann's departure. He needed to do a good work in not only the Bundesliga but also the Champions League. But we have witnessed them losing to Manchester City in the Champions League and losing the lead to Dortmund here.

But Tuchel had a really short time to adapt and build a solid game plan for Bayern Munich also. He shouldn't be blamed for these results harshly. Most probably they were going to face a similar situation with Nagelsmann also. I think the main problem isn't the management right now either. I think they need a top striker like Lewandowski to get their consistency back again. Because Lewandowski's impact on the team was really huge.
