As the host, Augsburg will ensure this victory to get full points at home, even though in H2H they always lose when they are seeded, but if a win with a narrow score will take their position to a much better place.

For Koln with the advantage in the last few meetings against Augsburg I think they will continue to apply pressure throughout the match and even if they can steal points in this game it will certainly be an advantage worth fighting for. First of all I agree and I think that Dortmund is going to win this game. I assume that Dortmund's management went nuts after the game against Leipzig in the DFB Pokal and probably even threatened the players with consequences. I have heard something like that. But interestingly, what we have seen in the DFB Pokal was a disastrously weak Union Berlin against Frankfurt, I have never seen Union Berlin play so bad. But Dortmund was the same case! If somebody didn't know who Dortmund was and they were to watch the game against Leipzig, they would have thought that Dortmund can't be 1. Bundesliga. The same was the case for Union Berlin. In summary, this means that we are going to see two teams playing for very important points in the Bundesliga, but who both have to make up for embarrassingly bad performances in the DFB Pokal. Both can now destroy their season. Both got kicked out of the international competitions, both lost in the DFB Pokal, and both can throw away their target result in the Bundesliga. Union is relatively safe even if they lose because they are four points ahead of Freiburg, who are going to play against Bayern though.

The opportunities that Bayern Munich have when they face Freiburg in tomorrow match will require hard work to win. Im thinking about if dortmund will be benched bellingham again and that's gonna be very hard for the club to win against berlin. The performance of dortmund is actually declining. Bundesliga is the only chance for dortmund to get trophy. If union berlin will win the game and dortmund has no chance anymore to compete with bayern to get trophy. two points gap looks so easy for dortmund to comeback. I hope that edin will not try to take a decision that will put dortmund at disadvantage like when dortmund was against leipzig.

A bit surprised to know why terzic was putting bellingham on the bench against leipzig that is technically a strong team in the bundesliga too.

In Bayern Munich's case I'm really not surprised.  Reason being that they have Manchester City to deal with in UEFA champion League next week and the also have tough fixtures in the Bundesliga, for that there were some reservations while playing in the DFB.  My problem is more with Borrusia Dortmund who are already out from Europe competitions and has little to fight in the Bundesliga but still perform  sluggishly In a match that seems to be their only hope for a trophy this season. I was so disappointed at Durtmond's DFB match results

But in the DFB league, Bayern Munich lost against Freiburg. Maybe Bayern Munich is not focused on that league and only wants to win in the Bundesliga, but at least Tuchel must be able to make Bayern Munich win in every league they participate in, so that Bayern Munich's name gets bigger, and of course, that alone will make Tuchel very proud because he has succeeded in making Bayern Munich the best football team.

The match ended up being pretty irritating for me in this regard.
90 Minutes Dortmund were only able to create two chances, 1 in the first half and 1 more in the second half.

Dortmund - Union Berlin game can be a quite interesting one honestly. Union Berlin beat them in the league before first of all. There is only a two-point gap between these teams currently. However I doubt Union Berlin can even get a point against them this time. Dortmund have been in a pretty solid shape especially in terms of attacking these days.

Their performance against Bayern Munich wasn't much impressive though. But this can't be a reference to the general look of their season. I don't think they would let their opponent resist them in Signal Iduna Park. I expect satisfying performances for the win.

Both Dortmund and Bayern were unlucky in this DFB quarter-final, they suffered a defeat and were eliminated. But indeed their opponents are also not a weak club, they can sometimes give a strong breakthrough against big clubs. Or is it possible that Bayern are not as focused on this DFB as they are more focused on the Bundesliga and also the UCL?
