I don't think the odds are strange and the two teams are indeed equal in this match. Even though Dortmund is the host, it doesn't mean that Leipzig is a bad opponent for them. Certainly these two teams can be said to be balanced and both of them have a chance to win. But indeed I will bet on Dortmund because they have a target to compete with Bayern Munich at the top of the standings and that certainly made Dortmund appear determined from the start to win the match.

Seeing their condition, it can be said that they can still be the favorites, especially when looking at the conditions in the last 5 matches, of course Dortmund are still very superior where they have managed to continue to gain points, especially now playing at home.
It would be great indeed if Adayemi's absence in this match did not have a big impact but still something like this is unpredictable because Adayemi is one of the most important figures for Dortmund at the moment.

Brusia Dortmund is also improving its appearance so far because considering they are still in two different competitions and still have a chance to get the title, although I'm not so sure that Brusia Dortmund can get the title in two competitions this season easily. The odds between them are very close, 2.30 for Dortmund, 2.95 for Leipzig, and 3.75 draws. I am not sure why the odds is leaning toward to Leipzig even have played on Dortmund at home?. maybe the bookie thinks Dortmund performance is still unpredictable and not sore sure to put them as a favorite, but I am really sure there is something surprising if we bet on a draw, It decent 3x multiple win.

Union berlin is always having horrible results against bayern since a long time ago. idk what's wrong with union berlin but it seems like berlin's players mentality was declining when it was facing bayern. The fact that bayern is also pretty much the same as berlin this season.

It's now dortmund has become the potential competitor for bayern to take the trophy but i can't deny that berlin will also be able to go back again anytime. The performance from bayern is not so good at this moment caused by so many inconsistency is still happening with the club.

It feels like not only Bayern Munich and Dortmund will leave Union Berlin behind in the standings. I expect the same from Leipzig to do as well. Union Berlin aren't a very durable team to tell the truth. They can be a quite fragile team in some time periods. We have seen it in their match against Bayern Munich recently as well. I don't expect to see them in the title race after a point. They don't seem to have the motivation and strength for going until the end.

To do so they might need to have a better squad. Of course not always teams with great squads become the champions. There is a great Leicester example in front of us. But this isn't a thing which is seen very often either.

I want to appreciate the good performance done by Dortmund in the 5 matches they played where they managed to climb to 1st place even though it was only temporary but it is proof they can make it difficult for Bayern Munich if they fail to consistently maintain their performance .

Actually, I don't understand why they should have hoped to be in the top teams of the league at the end of the season, they were playing pretty well so far during this season, and they could even be the first team in Germany even if they didn't invest enough like Bayern Munich or other great teams but losing some single match can't disappoint this team.
