According to a few news pages and articles the wish to get Yann Sommer to Bayern Munich i guess is dover and wont be happen.
Because Gladbachs sporting director said that they dont let him go and have planned with him.
So i guess we will see Sven Ulreich in the future there and that Munich try to get young player .

I also read in several sports media which reported that, Borrusia Mochengladbach confirmed that they would not let Yann Sommer go to Bayern Munich However, there is one media that reports the opposite.

I will quote a bit from the news, yesterday we got the news that Gladbach will not let Yann Sommer join Bayern Munich this winter. it should be over, but now there's a new twist. according to the very reliable Florian Plettenberg, the goalkeeper himself is working hard to get his transfer completed quickly this season.

IMO, actually Bayern could give Bayern Munich's second goalkeeper Sven Ulreich a chance. Bayern doesn't need to work hard just to find an ideal replacement, after all there are many choices other than Yann Sommers who is still young like the Croatian goalkeeper who performed quite brilliantly at the Qatar world cup yesterday. but I don't understand, what exactly are the criteria as a candidate to replace Neuer.

I don't think Bayern Munich will need to add a high-priced goalkeeper at this time. A professional club would fill their team's need for a qualified goalkeeper. The rest of their team is in great form, and the whole team is going great.

Everyone is discussing how much Bayern is richer and stronger than all the other clubs in the Bundesliga. I think the words of Oliver Kahn, who spoke yesterday about Juventus and their financial frauds, are very suitable for this topic. The club should not spend more than it earns - a simple recipe that will cure football of both oil clubs and scammers. I hope that his words will be heeded and the rules for conducting financial affairs for clubs will be tightened.
You are right the words of Oliver Khan are indeed wise words that every wise board of directors should listen to, I mean why in the world will a club opt to spend more than they earn every year, what kind of outcome will they be expecting if not incurring loses every year. Bayern Munich have been dealing wisely in recent windows, instead of spending money on big names who will not even guarantee top performance when they join, they rather wait and sign free players who have proven themselves on international level and are sure will perform well as soon as they join.

It's good that Bayern Munich can use the wealth they have to build the formidable team we see today. Not all rich teams can do it well, but Bayern Munich can do it well. Indeed, a team that is not solid cannot be separated from the finances of a good team, it supports every move they make, especially if it has something to do with nominal money. They don't have problems with financial difficulties that we often hear about in a team.
Bayern Munich manages finances very well and continues for days on end, so far bayer Munchen is still a very strong team in the bundesliga, good management has, we hope that several clubs in the bundesliga are also able to master it, you can be sure that the bundesliga will return to being competitive.
with Bayer Munchen players who are injured, they should have replaced several empty team slots to maintain the stability of the team, which remains good and consistent.

So far, financial stability has remained good at Bayer Munich with very good and precise performance and management, Bayer Munich is still listed as one of the teams that has the money to use it.

I do not think Sommer is the right fit for our team like Bayern Munich. Sommer has aged a lot and I do not think it is the perfect fit for them because we are seeing that Manuel Neuer has not been playing that well after turning 32 or 33. I heard a rumor that Bayern is interested in the Croatian goalkeeper Livakovic, maybe he is the best fit for them.

I don't think Gladbach will be able to hold the player for long time because as you know there is no competition in the bundesliga and any player who want to earn trophies should absolutely play for Bayern Munich and that what happened for many players especially who played for Dortmund, let's see what will happen with sommer

something that is even funny about it is that, for example, in my country, the laws in sport do not allow a person to buy a team or a club, they also prohibit companies from owning teams, but recently an association of businessmen acquired a club , I don't know how they circumvented the laws and are loyal, but the fact is that this team has become the best team and most coveted by all players in my country, all players in my country want to play for that team because there they will have a good salary and good working conditions, and the government of my country kept saying that teams cannot have owners because that would make these teams launder money, and that it would be against sovereignty and injustice against other teams, but what it shocked me and even made me angry and that it is not possible for soccer to be competitive without money, a soccer team is a business that needs investment to be profitable

so I don't understand why they complain about bayern, they are an organized team and in germany they should change laws to allow all clubs to have owners, only then would they be competitive in the bundesliga, german teams are very lucky that they can buy good players for a price low and sell for a very high price, with that they manage to make a profit, if they could not buy cheap players and sell for a high price many teams would be in a bad financial situation

Sven Ulreich was one of the best goalkeepers in the bundesliga during that year and maybe now his performance has decreased, but if there is no replacement for Manuel Neuer, of course, giving Sven Ulreich a chance is very good, of course he will give everything for Bayern Munich. So there's nothing wrong with giving this important role to Sven Ulreich rather than having to wait for a new goalkeeper to replace Manuel Neuer this season.
As you said, his heyday was last year when his performance was still good and it was not easy to break through the defense of a goalkeeper like Sven Ulreich. You have to look at it in terms of the age he has, the older he is, the less performance he will have, while the opponents he faces are strikers at a young age with very good strength, so naturally the goalkeeper has a little difficulty keeping his goal from being penetrated easily. If Bayern Munich want to have a replacement for Sven Ulreich, candidate must be of a young age in order to have a good response and perfect strength.
But at least even though he's not young anymore, there's no doubt about his experience as a goalkeeper, there's some truth to it if his quality might decrease but if it's only a temporary option it seems there's nothing wrong with it. Indeed, at this time there are many young strikers who have started to grow and that indeed also requires a young goalkeeper with the ability to quickly reflex, alertness, accuracy in reading the direction of the ball, maybe Bayern Munich is looking for candidates for goalkeepers like that to be able to navigate the busy schedule this season.

That must be a big question but don't you aware that even almost 10 clubs in EPL were spending from what they have earned? That proves that if the money can come from the owner's wallet. I think that discussing about that seems still make sense for now. It's caused by once people were thinking about bundesliga just like a private liga for Bayern. The domination from bayern can't be replaced by another team. The big money has become the main reason why bayern is still sitting at first place. You can see how hard another team is to survive or make a profit.
I don't understand the reason why the statement " You can see how hard another team to survive or make a profit" should even come in here. Borussia Dortmund is also a wealthy club in Germany, but they are in no way close to Bayern Munich in terms of achievement, this is more so because Dortmund cannot buy the requirements needed to earn an achievement. So many wealthy club in Germany or even Europe as a whole, are bent on making more wealth than winning trophies but Bayern prioritize club achievement over the wealth itself. It is wrong to say that Bayern buy their achievement . Bayern Munich earns their achievement, they don't buy it.

Bayern Munich now need a new goalkeeper who will be able to perform the task of protecting their goal bar. Because one of the most important roles in every team is a goalkeeper. Adding a capable goalkeeper to Bayern Munich's squad at the moment would give their team a full boost.
Munich still has Sven Ulreich. and his past form wasn't bad either, especially before the arrival of Neuer. he was Munich's main goalkeeper in the 2017-2018 season. at the moment he is waiting very long and patiently even though he is on the bench. there's nothing wrong with the squad trusting Sven Ulreich. I think he deserves to be played.

Well, I don't see it as difficult for them to find a good goalkeeper, they had said over there that they were considering Dibu Martinez, but I think that this type of goalkeeper is not in the German style, I think they want someone much more similar to the one there was, with An attitude like that, but it's difficult, because I could say that the goalkeeper who covered for the Croatian team is one of the best in the world, but can they go for him? It won't be very difficult to get him out of where he is, Bayern need solid defense and goalkeeping, but before that I think they need a striker to help Muller, because he can't do all the work alone.

Neuer’s serious skiing injury and Bayern’s fevered search to replace him

Quote
Alas, it was very different for Hasan Salihamidzic in 2022.

Bayern Munich’s sporting director has been busier than in any winter break since taking that job in July 2017, as the perennial German champions deal with a raft of World Cup-related problems not of their making.

While Senegal forward Sadio Mane is expected to recover from the November knee injury that forced him to miss the World Cup in time for Bayern’s Champions League last-16 rendezvous with Paris Saint-Germain next month, defender Lucas Hernandez (ACL tear) won’t be back until 2023-24, unfortunately.

Salihamidzic has brought in Netherlands international Daley Blind (a free agent after Ajax agreed to release him) to provide cover for Hernandez both on the left and in the centre of the Bayern back line but the 32-year-old might also be needed on the right, where a) Benjamin Pavard, dropped to the bench by France coach Didier Deschamps during the World Cup, has struggled for form and b) another key player is set to miss a big chunk of this season.

Of course the team don't depend on him completely but Mane's absence would be felt especially in the Champions League. Because there is a possibility that we might not see him in the first leg against PSG. This would affect their attacking line and scoring potential badly. They will need to be productive against a team like PSG to have a chance for next stage.

Because PSG have a superb trio of Mbappe, Messi and Neymar. Bayern Munich will need to be extra productive in scoring to keep up with them.

This will take a while to be reported in several media and of course Blind seems to have come at the right time.
He is already in Munich and from what i have readed he joined the team and also making the training with them soon.
For sure Blind will fit the gap from Hernandez and he played very well in the World Cup.
Will take some time for when Hernández will can play again , and hopefully he will stay in Munich as i readed maybe Chelsea have an eye on him.
Hernandez's knee injury definitely takes quite a long time because, reflecting on several players who have experienced this, it takes at least 3 months or more for him to be able to return to pasture and play, which of course is also not a short time.
Blend is already at Bayern and obviously that's a good thing especially in the last few news he has also had a medical and of course this is a good thing it's just a matter of waiting to see how he is included in the squad and just playing now.

It is strange that in Germany they will only start again on January 20 with the resumption of the competition. Actually understandable somewhere because the World Cup has been and players need rest. But in other countries in Europe they are already starting again or have already started playing football last week. Right away we have the squatter RB Leipzig - Bayern Munich scheduled for January 20. The gap between both teams is 6 points. If Leipzig win, they might be able to find the connection. Although I don't think there is a team that can keep Bayern away from the championship with their current squad.
All the leagues must not run equal calendar. Resuming by 20th of January is not bad besides the Bundles league had the second most featured players in the  world cup and so the need all the rest they can get before they resume. RB Leipzig vs Bayern will be am interesting match because they both clubs will start with fresh motivation and improved strategy.

To be able to prevent this from happening, they can think of making some changes in financial fair-play rules maybe. They can limit the amount teams are allowed to spend to the level they earn. They can punish the teams that still continue to push their luck in that case also. But this punishment must be disincentive enough to help teams get used to this formula. Otherwise they won't be able to get ahead of this high debt problems for big teams. They need to be more strict with the rules.

Teams that have rich owners have an insane amount of money and they don't want to stop bringing new players by spending a lot of money. There have been even debatable situations like some of these teams broke some rules in financial fair-play but weren't punished fairly.

This really got me thinking. We know that Bayern Munich can spend a lot of money almost whenever they want. So that made me think about how much money they exactly have. We mean that the Bundesliga title consistently for 10 years has certainly made them a really good amount of money. And another reason why they have such good money management is that they do not give any player any type of money which that certain player does not deserve. We have all seen what happened with Barcelona. I blame the wage management of Barcelona for that. And Bayern Munich is never going to face that situation because they are very careful about the salary of a player.

It is definitely true, that FC Bayern Munich is by far the richest and strongest club in the german Bundesliga and this obviously is a huge advantage for them because they are basically the only club of the Bundesliga that really is an absolute top club in the football world. So they are the only german club that really has a chance to sign the absolute top players in the world and they have proved that again this summer with the signing of Mane and De Ligt.
We should never forget though, that Bayern did not become rich and strong because they were lucky or because some sheikh or oligarch bought them, they got rich and powerful because the club was managed extremely well in the last 4 decades or so. I think this is pretty unique in the world of football.

FC Barcelona has more than 1,3 Billion € of debts, Real Madrid also has huge debts and the same is true for most english and italian clubs.

That means that Bayern Munich is extraordinary in managing their finances in the team so that Bayern Munich does not appear to be having financial difficulties because every expense and income is always well managed. Apart from that, the players owned by Bayern Munich also can play very well in the Bundesliga, and, likely, this will also be seen in the Champions League this season.
According to pro soccer update, on football's latest top 20 global rich list, I have seen clubs like Borussia Dortmund, Chelsea, Everton, Juventus, inter Milan Westham and so many other  European clubs, who are still struggling today with unstable teams and outdated training facilities. this is one of the deficiencies Ronaldo complained openly about at Manchester United before he left. It's a very good thing to have wealth and also a different thing to manage wealth. Bayern Munich is one of the European clubs that is best known for the productive utility of wealth.
