Leverkusen's problems are much more complex now that they have seen their results and their move to change coaches has not even come to fruition to date.
Xabi still can't answer the current challenge even though maybe for their debut it can still be said to be sweet but after that they are really helpless.
At the moment they will probably only apply a defensive scheme in the match because this is the most likely considering if they follow the path of Union it will be very difficult because their defense is quite bad.

Bayern Munich has dominated the German Bundesliga for a long time now no doubt but I think the performance of Union Berlin is been underestimated even as they have maintained good form and a winning streak of their matches since the beginning of the season. PS, I don't think Bayern Munich will be winners of the League this season so long as Berlin is still very informed and still winning their games so they are still the League leaders and if the League ends today they will be crowned Champions. For the team's selections, Frankfurt may have lost in their game in the Europa League but they stand a better chance of winning from away against Augsburg and Freiburg will surely be winners against Cologne at home because they wouldn't want to go lose their position in the League to Dortmund who is behind them.

That is basically because both teams are not top level teams, but they are a bit better than being mediocre teams neither. So they are at always stuck in the "not good enough to be second, not bad enough to be out of Europe competitions" levels and they fight each other the closest.

There is another team there which is Frankfurt to me, these three are quite close to each other. I am not saying that one or the other can't win, of course they can but knowing which one will win is near impossible because these teams are way too close to each other and the result will always be unknown because of this and who to wager will be totally just based on flipping a coin.

But seeing from last season they are actually a dark horse club, so it's not really a right to say they are a top-level team, especially since they've always been in a pretty good ranking and have never been out of the top 10.
The difference this season is that their performances are inversely related as Union is getting better but Leverkusen is the opposite.
They've struggled a lot this season and at the moment they're even in the relegation zone which makes it seem like it's difficult for them to put in a great game even though they will be playing at home.

Freiburg will fight Koln. in terms of quality, Freiburg should be able to get 3 additional points this weekend. they want to defend their position from the shadow of Dortmund who currently only has a difference of 2 points.
