90 million euros is a really huge sum for de Ligt now. I know that Juventus aren't willing to sell him unless some team go up to these levels to sign him. On the other hand I'm curious how much money Bayern Munich have to spend for transfers this summer at the moment. Maybe they aren't thinking of making many transfers this summer so they aren't refraining from paying this much for de Ligt. It is important for them to bring one centre-back too. Because as I said before they had better have a more reliable defense with one more strong centre-back beside Upamecano.

I think for money issues for big clubs like Bayern Munich which last season was in the public spotlight because of the superiority of very good players, I am sure that many investors came in to start attracting De Ligt to Bayern. about a transfer of a player as expensive as de ligt spread so quickly that it was heard by some investors for bayern munchen.

if an agreement is reached, De Ligt will set a new record as the most expensive defender in the world. if Munich dares to make an offer of that magnitude, of course, they have a lot of money to spend in the transfer market this season.
Munich is a giant German club, it is very feasible if their squad consists of many expensive star players. but an agreement to buy De Ligt has not been reached. maybe Juventus still need De Ligt for this season.

I don't think, Bayern Munich has such amount of money to purchase only one player in this season because their manager has promised the fans that he will give the team massive victory in all the matches in next season. I believe, Bayern Munich will definitely perform well, if their coach can introduce more tactics into the team in this season to prepare them very well ahead of next season competitions. I don't think, Juventus coach will agree to release mane at this moment because they will like to use him to achieve many titles from different competitions before they can release him to any team that willing to afford the money to have him in their team.

I have checked Transfermarkt and haven't seen even a rumour related to Bayern Munich interestingly. However some other news sources are still claiming that they are serious about this deal. If they have really offered a huge amount like 90 million euros I think Juventus wouldn't refuse it. Because it has been said like they would be okay for an offer around that amount. I wonder if Chelsea are going to try to interfere with the deal with an offer. By the way there might be an opportunity for Chelsea to sign Upamecano if Bayern sign de Ligt.

I think he was one of Chelsea's primary targets. They aren't having the best of transfer season as most of their primary targets are getting picked by other teams. Not much ins to improve the Chelsea squad and they've had some top departures. At least they have signed Sterling and will be looking to sign Ake back.

There is no doubt right now De Light is main point of talk in transfer window, but interest from Bayern Munich is surely wired news or may be its tactics for creating hype about this player because we all know Chelsea and Manchester United both are front-runners for this transfer, but Barcelona is not having their desired money, so it's trying to create some competition environment for rising price of this player or may be this tactic is having something related to Robert Lewandowski's transfer.

Right now, pointing out all this just rumors because nothing is sure but in next few days things could be clear, and we will have all better updates about this interest because with current situation no club is interested in this player Barcelona needs to change contracts few points for having to settle this all.

For me this is happening first time in last few years that Borussia Dortmund is investing more than they have from a transfer, and now they are doing some interesting transfers which are going to help their strength with this all now they are more challenging for Bayern Munich because in last season they were near title race but at the end lost due to some injuries and poor results now we can expect tough race even Bayern is also doing good decisions and bringing few quality players.

Even they are still in their way of having youths in their team and after few years sell them for big amount because they can't stop this all which is helping strongly for their financial strength but now fighting for title is also very impressive.
