I think if Lewandowski doesn't leave Bayern Munich, the club won't have to spend money to sign the Liverpool striker. The arrival of Sadio Mane is expected to replace the position left by Lewandowski, it's a good move because Bayern Munich know they will be left by Lewandowski that's why they signed Sadio Mane. Yes, this is still a issue, we will really see a change in Bayern Munich's formation in the summer

Apparently, Barcelona cannot buy Lewandowski for financial reasons and there are no other strong offers for him on the market. Bayern are in talks to buy Mane but they are offering ridiculous money for him - 25 million (while they want to get 40+ for Lewandowski). Maybe this is a hint to Lewandowski that there are more interesting opportunities in the market than him? In any case, if Lewandowski doesn't find a club that pays the money Bayern want for him, Bayern's management will be stronger in this trade war and he will have to play for them on the old terms.

Dortmund are a very similar team to Ajax actually. Both of these teams like to help promising players to reach their potential by giving them many opportunities. Erling Haaland was one of those players for Dortmund. He wasn't known much before he came to Dortmund. But after he started to show his big talent in a very impressive way, big teams were racing with each other to sign him and Manchester City have already done that. I expect Dortmund to maintain their main feature for many more years too.
Have similar between  Ajax Amsterdam and Dortmund because both team try and give chance for young reach potential level and become super star and get big talent before have higher values and sell to other club, but Dortmund have little different with Ajax Amsterdam almost all their player selling to other league from Primer League, La Liga until Serie A. Dortmund only have destination selling player to Bayern Munich and mean actually helped Bayern get trophy easily with Dortmund working progress.

bayer leverkusen has today completed its first major transfer for the new season. namely Adam Hlozek moves from sparta prague to the bundesliga and signs a 5-year contract in leverkusen

Quote
"Adam Hlozek is a player, who can be dangerous as a supporting striker, as central-forward but also on the wing," Leverkusen sporting director Simon Rolfes said in a club statement. "His flexibility, power and effectiveness in the attack will make us more flexible."

I think that it is an amazing signing for Bayer Leverkusen. I see him as one of the wonderkids now and I have known him since I started to play Football Manager 2022.  Grin  He is only 19 years old and he has a big potential develop himself a lot in the future. His last season performance was quite good actually as he got 12 goals and 15 assists in total. Leverkusen had better consider themselves lucky for signing him for only 13 million euros. As you said, he can play in multiple positions which is another impressive feature of him.

It is really good to see that teams are going for younger players and they are trying to make them well and ready for future challenges and experiences. I believe that if the club are able to nurture him properly he will be really hard to deal with for the opponents. I also agree that he will add a lot more flexibility to the team. I hope that Bayern Leverkusen will be able to score more goals right now.

Even having Erling Haaland wasn't enough for Dortmund to reach a championship in the Bundesliga and their job will be even more difficult in the absence of him. Dortmund are going to have only Moukoko and Malen after Haaland's departure. Moukoko is only 17 now and I assume that Dortmund wouldn't like to put Moukoko in their starting eleven. Malen would be their first choice. He is a capable striker actually and he is young now too (23). But I'm doubtful about if he can do as good job as Haaland did so far. When we consider all this, maybe they might be in search of a striker like Haaland this summer.
But to create potential easy players, Borussia Dortmund does not need to be in doubt. It's just that they never take advantage of their advantages in that, we know several times they give birth to very good players but in the end they always sell those players for profit. I think if they can take advantage of what they can do it's not impossible that they will be better than Bayern Munich.

God is great
Dortmund's goal has never been to win a Bundesliga title. They make talented star players and make money by selling them. This is their business.  By selling Haaland, I don't think Dortmund will suffer a loss. Since they have no hope of winning the title, being in the top 4 of the points table is enough for them. And in addition to Haaland there are enough talented players in their squad.
I can agree with that actually. Because if Dortmund had really wanted to win the title, they would have prepared themselves in some way to be able to achieve it. For example, they aren't still finding a solution for their defense problem. It is like an open wound for them for a very long time. The last season in the Bundesliga was like a nightmare for them in terms of their defense. They were conceding very simple goals from even unexpected teams. They lost so many points just because of that. We will see if they will take an action focused on this problem this summer.

Dortmund's defense was weak the previous season. And their attack was very strong until Haaland was injured. We all know the problems of the Dortmund team. If Dortmund Management's goal had been to win the title, they would not have decided to sell Haaland this season. They tried to strengthen their midfield and defense a bit and fought for the title against Bayern Munich. Their main scorer is not in the Haaland team, it is doubtful whether we will be able to see Dortmund in the top 4 next season.

At some point last season Dortmund performance  was  not stable,  they were finding it very difficult to win some of their matches.  I just next season should be better for Dortmund to be in a good position on the stand. Dortmund is financially capable of having of getting talented players, Dortmund needs more of young players.

Barcelona can not afford to pay high salary for Lewandowski because their finance is not good.
They can not afford to give Lewandowski a tactic that he like and familiar with. They will give Lewandowski a striker position if he comes but tactic is different.

With Lewandowski, he receives lot of offers from big and rich clubs so Barcelona will not a first priority in Lewandowski's offer list.
Lewandowski is not achievable for Barcelona, Barcelona vice-president Eduard Romeu said that now, due to the rules of La Liga, it is impossible to sign a contract with Lewandowski, this will only be possible if, the salary and transfer amount of Lewandowski are will be reduced by 3 times. You understand that he does not need to agree to this when there are many other interesting, more profitable offers.

Robert Lewandowski and Mane will be a great attacking force for Bayern Munich if Robert Lewandowski actually ends up staying in Munich.

Lewandowski himself reportedly wants to leave Munich. and I think it doesn't matter if Munich will get a replacement.
Lewandowski is a good player, he would do well in any team and any other European league competition. we know Lewandowski's quality is very good.

Exactly ,and i guess we will see it happen that they give Lewandowski away and get Mane.
The problem for Barcelona is that they maybe not can afford Lewandowski if they keep Frenkie de Jong.
In my opinion the whole Lewandowski thing will be not get to an good end i guess.
if lewandowski can be persuaded and kept at bayern then the duet mane and lewandowski will be great thing...
i read on the news that mueller is struggling to persuade lewandowski to stay at bayern because the two of them are already very well matched on the pitch. currently lewandowski is 34 years old, i think it would be wise if he retires at bayern (the team he has been with for a long time) instead of retiring at barca.

Robert Lewandowski and Mane will be a great attacking force for Bayern Munich if Robert Lewandowski actually ends up staying in Munich.

Right now I feel like Robert Lewandowski is indecisive about what he wants to do and I honestly believe that it will be better for him if he stays. He doesn't have too much competition in Bayern Munich and even if he does not perform there are other players in the team who can win the match at any given time. With the addition of Mane, the team is only going to be stronger.

I don’t understand why you’ll feel that he shouldn’t switch, because he’s reaching that point where he can make one last switch and whichever league he decides to join I’m sure that he’ll be an instant success there. Lastly I can’t wait to see him perform well in another league, because I’m confident that he’ll perform to the same high standards that he has currently set while play for Bayern.

The problem is that the Barcelona can not afford Lewandowski, so they are backing down from recruiting the 33-year-old baller, while Thomas Muller has expressed hope that Robert Lewandowski still stay this summer, he said that he hopes that the man who has been his attacking partner for years to stay, Muller surely 1 of the players of Bayern Munich who expressed great lost if Lewandowski leaves the Team, but surely it is still Robert Lewandowski's Decision if he would leave of stay,

Agree with what you said, after all in this case Lewandowski changed clubs to seek new experiences not to cut wages and the difficulty in getting his salary every week lol.

At the moment it is clear that there are still many clubs that want his services even though he is getting old but given his current productivity I have no doubt that there are a lot of big teams that will be in the hunt.

Dortmund looks team care with business only depending on Haaland transfer values to Manchester City, actually every season always have star and potential player sell by Dortmund. Last season Jadon Sancho become star and potential player sell by Dortmund to Manchester United, then this season chance for get much money by selling Haaland to Manchester City. Not any bigger feedback with Dortmund after much money getting from their selling player to get new player. Actually try give chance for young player and hope could get top performance and have higher values again later.

Dortmund is very lucky to have a talented player in the squad almost every season. And Dortmund management makes a lot of money selling them. But still, they do not provide adequate facilities for the young players of the team. Dortmund should focus more on young players and provide them with adequate facilities. As a result, they will be able to make more money in the future by selling these players.

Dortmund lack of stable form to win Bundesliga. Sometimes, they score a lot of goals and has a long win run but sometimes they have issues with attacking and sometimes their defense are simply under performed. In general, they lose more points than Bayern Muchen in Bundesliga. Haaland is only a piece in their team and only Haaland can not cause to success or failure of Dortmund in the competition with Bayern Muchen.

Moukoko has a good growth for his career so far but I believe in future, when he gets mature more and has more ambition for his career as well as his price on transfer market is in hundred of million dollars, Dortmund will sell him as they did with their star players.

regardless of what Barcelona have to do to get Lewandowski from Bayern, I think it will be a bit of an advantage for Bayern because now Lewandowski is 34 years old which means he probably only has 2-3 years left to be able to give his best performance and if Lewandowski leaves it can If replaced by Sadio Mane then Bayern will get a very big advantage in the long term.

I think with what Lewandowski has done in the Bundesliga it is only right that he looks for adventure in another league. he has given a lot of great things while playing in the Bundesliga.

A great addition in my opinion Adam Hlozek the 19 years old is a Czech Football star, and already racking up 56 goals and 40 assists at a young age, that is why many teams are aiming for him but Bayer Leverkusen surely gained a formidable player at the very young age, surely he could still become a great asset throughout the years on the Bundesliga, now I really want Leipzig to get their very own player just like that, but unfortunately for now there are new arrivals,

The 2020-2021 year was a joke, Haaland scored so many goals, and the ywere scoring as a team so much and yet still couldn't win some games and it ended like 3-3 because they lacked defense. That is something that they needed to work on and to be fair it was better this year compared to last year but they still did not reached to the level they should.

This year Haaland missed many games and they still managed to make it work, plus their youngster Moukoko is getting like 18 soon, which means that maybe he could replace Haaland, he is seen as a superstar upcoming, and with him scoring some good amount of goals, they could spend that money directly into defense to get better.

Mbappe said that playing at Real Madrid was a childhood dream for him and we all know where he is now (and how much money he could get in order to be "persuaded" to stay at PSG  Grin ), so I would not pay special attention to the words - it's all part of the bargaining.
And the money is the adulthood dream of everybody Tongue
I like how he said that money isn't everything and not the main reason to stay!

Yes, after the auction that Mbappe arranged, it would be more honest to remain silent than to return to this issue. Apparently he has bad image advisers  Grin

At the moment, Lewandowski must either work for a year in Bavaria or pay a penalty for breaking the contract, the rest does not matter.
By the way, I like how Bayern are trying to get 40+ million for Lewandowski and buy Mane for 25  Grin
That would be a great deal and I am expecting it to happen from weeks. Lewandowski might keep his form for 2-3 years max but Mane is younger and he can keep good performance for years and that's what Bayern is looking for to guarantee its dominance in the league.

The deal is likely to take place, but obviously not at the price that Bavaria wants to achieve. I think a lot of clubs are willing to pay more than 25 million for Mane.
As for Mane, this is also a decision for literally 3 years, no more.
