The most interesting match today is Dortmund against Wolfsburg. And if there is to be a decision in the championship next week, Dortmund must not win today. Don't forget, on 23 April FC Bayern will play against Dortmund and I think that will be the best game of the season. If everything goes well for Bayern, they can celebrate the championship that evening.
Dortmund seem to impressing the fans in their previous games but I feel they might encounter a little challenge with Wolfsburg, although they have not been impressive in their last 5 games, managing to win just two.
Dortmund have a stellar record of winning their games with Wolfsburg, but with their unpredictable behavior, will today be different??

I think it would be very difficult for Hertha Berlin to beat Augsburg today, it seems that the key to survival in the relegation battle for Augsburg this season is to gain as many points as possible whenever they had the chance to play matches at their home stadium, I guess Augsburg should be able to beat Hertha Berlin today.
i see it exactly the same way as you do. especially since the club and the players of augsburg know the fight against relegation and know what it's all about in this crucial phase and how to approach the important games. on the other hand, hertha has players in the squad who actually have higher ambitions and perhaps don't really perceive the fight against relegation and can't accept it - everyone looks out for themselves and thus doesn't form a strong unit in the club

If we look at the strengths of these two teams, Borussia Dortmund should have won the game a little easier. I will always ignore their every match because I don't think they're playing like they used to, rather they just spent the rest of the games in the league

Leipzig are going to be prepared much better for the Leverkusen game I think. Because they have eliminated Atalanta from the Europa League. And it must have boosted their morale a great deal. The Leverkusen game is still a very difficult one for Leipzig of course as it is even an away game. But it is one of their biggest chance to move one place up in the standings also. In case they defeat Leverkusen, they are two points ahead of Leverkusen in the third position.
Leverkusen isn't kidding either, their last matches were all drawn until their last encounter. Leverkusen has everything it takes to beat Leipzig, they are both in a tight spot right now. Leverkusen is struggling with 8 points to catch up with Dortmund, while Leipzig only needs a single match to be a win to make it to the top 3. Freiburg has been encroaching gradually like a snail, which is why both of them are uncomfortable staying there. If they both draw, nothing spoiled they can still face their other opponents to search for goals.
I was really shocked to see that Bayern Munich actually did not win in the Champions League. Everyone thought the match is going to be easy for Bayern Munich but it was proved to be otherwise. but I think that is not going to affect them too much when they are playing in Bundesliga and they will eventually end up winning the league title. They have a really good lead and they are not going to just throw that away.
We just have to accept the fact that they are getting older and older. I mean they are definitely still great, but that doesn't mean that they didn't get worse. Since they are a team with give or take same players year in and year out, and since we all know their strategy nowadays, this causes a problem for them, plus a 30 year old Lewa vs 34 year old Lewa will obviously not be the same.These days age is still a bit questionable, I mean if you ask me Benzema could be on his prime right now and having his very best season, even when he was 25 he wasn't that great. So I have to say things could change for Bayern but I am not entirely sure if that would be for Bayern.

It will be interesting to see if they will take this confidence with them into the final spurt of the Bundesliga. They will play against Union Berlin who would like to reach place 6. Frankfurt is 5 points away from place 6. An important game.
Both teams made a huge step in europe and this probobly their historic result so far. Leipzig now needs to focus on bundesliga because Freiburg are just 3 points away and they really need the win in the next win to keep that 4th place that leads into champions league
They only need 2 more wins to secure the title. The season has pretty much ended already for Bayern, the remaining games in the Bundesliga can be seen as test games for them. They are eliminated from the national cup and now as well from the Champions League. I think they are already planning now for the year to come.
That's right, currently entering the 30th game out of 34 and Bayern only need a minimum of 2 wins to lock up the Bundesliga title this season. Bayern's opponents in the next 2 matches are Bielefield and Dortmund, I'm sure only Dortmund will provide strong resistance to Bayern.

Yeah very good performance from them especially Nkunku who is doing the heavy part mostly for Leipzig. I still think that Leipzig players will be not 100% fit or will be worn out after their Europa match so I think Bayer might pull an upset here. I will call it risky to bet. Bayer are also not a bad team, just going through rough patch and we all know it's gonna end at some point.
After today's Leipzig match, which they confidently won against Atalanta away, I changed my mind about BTTS
Now this coefficient seems to me to be too small compensation for the risk. If this was a home match for Leipzig or they had at least one extra day to rest, then now the odds of 2.44 for Leipzig to win would completely suit me.From the 1st game, Atlanta can win that if it's not because of 1 mistake of their player Davide Zappacosta's own goal but with the 2nd game Christopher Nkunku muscle and makes a goal and a penalty kick, that make a win for the Leipzig, and with this kind of wild win for the Leipzig many I think are shifting their though on how good Leipzig can get on the next season if they keep Nkunku to their team, next match for Leipzig will be against Leverkusen with 2 days prior this match Leipzig could rest and get ready for Leverkusen.

So, I'm sure next season the Bundesliga will have a tougher competition, because the big teams "maybe" will lose key players.
I dont think thats the reason why its maybe will be a tougher competition next season that a few teams will losing players.Because they already getting new players at least a few teams will be and there are some very good young players that maybe coming into the German League next season.
I guess it will be a crazy next season as there are a few smaller teams that catching up with the bigger clubs .

It looks like an unlucky draw and final defeat of Bayern in Champions League but think wider, it is systematic fall of Bayern. Let's see how many key players left the club latest years? Thiago Alcantara, David Alaba, Mat Hummels and Bayern failed to replace those players. Now, they are facing with failure of Lewandowski contract renew. Ageing is another big issue in Bayern because Mueller is getting older and some other players too. They must sign contracts with some new and younger players like Haaland. Will they successfully make it with Dortmund and Haaland?With an acquisition like this, I personally really believe that Dortmund will remain in that place, because currently in the Bundesliga there is no team that is so stable. Bayern have problems but Dortmund at least are not stronger than Bayern. They played pretty well with dominance in almost 90 minutes they played but their mistakes were still pretty much the same as in the previous games they played.They are too focused on attack so they forget their defense area so that when Villarreal get a chance to counterattack then indeed the Bayern players have a little difficulty in anticipating it because almost most of their players are in the attacking area.
Well this is really beyond expectations
Erling Haaland's performance, is surely important for the upcoming match, and I have included Haaland in the decrease in performance, that is why I think if he is not productive then the probability of winning decreases as well, did you see the latest injury report for the Dortmund it has gotten even worst, so likely Leverkusen of Leipzig will likely to overtake them, In my opinion, their defense is not that good and with this current injuries that they have this is the issue, so defensive wise they had a hole in their defense,
It's understandable why this can happen, Haaland this season has not been very good because he has had a lot of injuries now.He missed some important matches because he couldn't do much there because of his condition.
But this is still a pretty good thing in my opinion because at least from this Dortmund knows that relying too much on Haaland is like being a ticking time bomb there because when it exploded it was over and indeed it happened when Haaland was injured, Dortmund had a lot of trouble there.
