Recent picks and this is the result,

RB Leipzig VS Mainz - SCORE 4 - 1 - LOST

Hoffenheim VS Augsburg - SCORE 3 - 1 - WIN

Eintracht Frankfurt VS Dortmund - SCORE 2 - 3 - WIN

Again Christopher Nkunku and Andre Silva prove their worth on the Leipzig team, I really thought because of their issue's with players that unable to play they will be having a difficult time with the defense, but the game was tremendously one-sided, they totally crash Mainz and I surely regret not betting for one of my favorite team,

Augsburg sure has scored first but the quick response of Hoffenheim clearly made them 2 goals to lead the game, and that is the last time Augsburg has made a goal, clearly, pretty much Hoffenheim has dominated this match.

Frankturf has shocked me in the 1st half getting a good 2 goals, but again Dortmund didn't let them reign even though Haaland had a missed chance and an assist of Erling Haaland have made Thorgan Hazard their first goal, then Frankfurt didn't make any goal anymore.

It was a great match, even though I have lost with the 1st bet, Leipzig has won the game even though the handicap of not enough players.

I don't know other people but I'm contented with the results of this week. Because finally Dortmund didn't make a mistake and won against Eintracht Frankfurt by 3-2 away. But honestly it was a very difficult game for Dortmund at the same time. Their comeback from 2-0 to 2-3 was just fabulous when we consider that Frankfurt are one of the strong teams of the current season. This should hopefully motivate Dortmund to continue to win for more weeks.

I am very happy that Dortmund managed to win. This proves that they are a very good team that believes in themselves. Many teams would surely give up or end up trying to make up for the losses and thought a draw was a good result. Now everyone knows that Dortmund is always dangerous to the end!

VfL Bochum played a balanced game against Wolfsburg today. I literally thought Wolfsburg were going to win or draw the game. But, Bochum actually scored a goal in the 2nd half, and probably won the game. Wolfsburg performance this season is very bad, and if they don't improve. They might however end this season in the relegation zone. They are even at the 14th position currently and are just 4 points from the relegation zone. I knew Wolfsburg to be a strong team in Bundesliga, and can remember they ended last season in the 4th position. I just don't understand what really happened to them this season.

vfl wolfsburg concedes the sixth defeat in the bundesliga in a row and ends this 18 matchday now on the 14 table position ... vfl bochum climbs by this 1-0 victory to the 11th place in the table. if this continues in wolfsburg, the next trainer sacking is imminent... Roll Eyes
bayern munich still has a comfortable lead of 6 points over borussia dortmund

Kohfeld is still claiming that he is absolutely convinced Wolfsburg will turn things around, but those who have now watched a couple of games of Wolfsburg can clearly see they have massive issues. The worst game was against Lille, holy... They were so bad I couldn't even believe I am watching a team from the first Bundesliga. The next game is against Hertha, the pressure is real...

Are we talking about the same team that used to be one of the fewer teams to annoy Bayern for the first place? and used to be in the top spots? and took the 4th spot for CL in the previous season?
It is incredible what's happening there! 14th in ranking. 8 successive defeats in officials games since mid-November.
If they will keep up good work, they will sit soon with Fürth in the relegation zone.

From now on, the thing that I will be curious about the most is whether Dortmund will be able to continue to melt the gap between them and Bayern Munich. It has decreased to six from nine this week. Dortmund must continue to play by putting a very big effort in each one of their league games left. If they succeed in maintaining a winning streak, then they might make it. In the other case, Bayern Munich would still win the title.

I really thought that they maybe will win there match today against Bochum , little bit disappointed that they lost .
Dont know if its really a Coach thing , as they have showed when he was coming that they can win and playing good.
Well, there is always also luck and Wolfsburg didn't have much of that in the last games. Unfortunately for the coach it is common practice to blame him first. It's difficult to guess whats going on club internally, maybe they give him another week, but if Wolfsburg doesn't score a win soon his time will be over very soon.

At least i got my bet right on the game Hertha Berlin vs Cologne .
For Bayern Munich i hope that this lead will be not hold to long and that Dortmund will get closer to them.

What is going on in the Frankfurt - Dortmund game right now? I saw that Dortmund were playing better some time ago. But in a very short time, Frankfurt brought the score to 2-0. This must be a big shock for Dortmund and it is doubtful whether they can fix things from now on. A 2-0 score is still not counted as very comfortable. Even if Dortmund score one goal, it would be enough for them to increase their hopes. They should at least draw with Frankfurt on the week Bayern Munich lost.
I am not viewing the match. But from commentary and statistics so far, it shows that Dortmund is dominating. How come the two goals, what was really wrong?
Could be a defensive defect that was detected by the opposition?
I believe the second have will not be very interesting.
Atleast both clubs have something to prove.
Frankfurt has to prove that their goals weren't undeserved by defending the goals or scoring more. Then, Haaland and his people has to prove that the goals were mistakes by equalising or willing the match. I think I am now interested in the match, let me watch.

I hope that you watched the game.  Cheesy  Because you should have watched especially the last twenty-minute period in the game. While people were starting to think that Dortmund would lose the game, they turned the game around just incredibly. I was shocked and happy at the same time. And the other surprising thing was that Haaland didn't score a goal but got an assist. Dortmund really deserved the win after this big comeback.

I did get wrong about the Bayern Munich - Gladbach game as I predicted Bayern Munich to win this one comfortably. It was very surprising for me to see that Gladbach turned the game around and won by a 2-1 result. This is really a hard-to-do thing against a too powerful team like Bayern Munich. On the other hand, Bayern Munich got so many players missing due to covid-19 also which must have been effective in this. But at least, I didn't get wrong about Dortmund. Maybe it was a very tough one but they still got a spectacular win.

Tillmann played, Roca is out of shape, some of the players just have been in quarantine and were not able to reasonably exercise. Then Wanner came on, and Schrobenhauser. Doesn't exactly sound like a decent Bayern Munich as we know it.

Nevertheless, the first 11 should have had a chance to win that game. But it also goes to show that teams like Gladbach shouldn't be underestimated.

Lewandowski already has so many trophies that he hardly pays attention to new ones. Maybe he'll pay it once if he gets the Ballon d'Or, who knows  Grin I am amazed at its performance. If he played for Bavaria as much as Müller, then he would be on a par with Ronaldo now. And Muller remains a mystery to me, in my opinion Bavaria could have long replaced him with a stronger player.
He deserved Ballon d'Or and he could get it next year if he continues like that. Messi is doing miserably and CR7 is not shining as usual. Mbappe and Haaland aren't better than him. Benzema is quite good but they will not vote for him for several reasons.
Muller is a second striker in Bayern and he scored 5 goals and made 16 assists in 18 games. As long as the machine is working as intended, they will continue with their strategy without much change. He is 32 now so yeah he will eventually leave the club at some point, he has another 1 year and a half in his contract.
on the other hand something like this is possible but there will always be controversy that occurs like some time ago Cheesy
If you look at the performance of Lewa, there are actually players whose performance does not decrease at the club level and even tends to continue to pass their success.
but it's a shame to be a strong candidate for the Ballon d'or several times and always lose.

Missed to watch the match between Bayern and Gladbach. As many has predicted here Bayern has lost the match against Gladbach whose recent performance was not up to the mark. Since the best players were not part in Bayern team yesterday, this has happened many say. However, this loss will not keep away Bayern's best performance. Hope the best players come back and move forward with usual best performance and snatch the trophy.

What an insane comeback by Dortmund! After I saw that Frankfurt got ahead by 2-0, I started thinking like Dortmund would draw with them in all likelihood. When there were twenty minutes to go, I lost most of my hopes for Dortmund. But magically, they made an amazing comeback by scoring three consecutive goals. And they really managed to defeat Frankfurt by 3-2. This is the dedication and determination that I want to see from Dortmund. Now, they are 6 points behind Bayern Munich.

Hell, I missed this match because I thought everything was more or less clear here. I will have to wait for good analyzes of this game to appear on YouTube and look at dangerous moments + goals. I'm surprised that Haaland played the whole match but didn't score a single goal. Formally, Borussia has come close to Bavaria today, but unfortunately only formally.

The Haaland detail surprised me too. He made an assist at least which can be considered as a contribution too.  Grin  I would have expected him to score not to fall behind Lewandowski in the top scorers standings. But the most important thing here is still getting this very valuable win of course. It is really not easy to make this kind of comebacks. Congrats to Dortmund and I hope to see the new victories coming by this one also. Only in this way they can catch up with Bayern Munich.

Not your keys, not your coins!
Lewandowski is one of those players (like Cristiano Ronaldo and Zé Roberto) that is a 100% professional. He has an additional traing routine that he does at home in addition to the already hard training at Bayern Munich. His wife was a very good karateka and she is also totally into fitness and healthy food. I think this kind of lifestyle is the reason why Lewandowski and Cristiano Ronaldo are in way better shape then professional football players usually are in their age and therefore i think that Lewandowski can still perform on the highest level for a few more years.
I don't know though if he stays that long at Bayern Munich, this weeks there were rumors going around again that he wants to force a move to England or Spain after this season.
Ze Roberto is not too famous but his case is very interesting and abnormal. Because he is a Brazilian player and we know that players from Brazil as well as Latin American nations are talented but they are not good at profession. It's rare to see a Brazilian player who is talented and disciplined with training, and lifestyle.

20 years ago, we have Cafu, Roberto Carlos and Ze Roberto. Recent years, we have Daniel Alves who just return to Europe and Barcelona at 38 years old. He still plays very well at his age at top level in La Liga.

Lewandowski belong to top strikers in history and he has very good discipline so far in his career. You forgot to mention about another one, Ibrahimovic. Messi, Ronaldo, Ibrahimovic and Lewandowski are best scorers in last 10 years. They are all very professional.

If he doesn't get injured, I'm sure he'll play for a few more years. It is possible that when his form drops and he starts scoring fewer goals, he will start thinking of retirement, but even then I doubt that he will want to give up what he loves too soon. I also think that for a long time, and maybe even never, a club will be found that will be able to convince Bayern Munich to sell Lewandowski.
