Does the current composition of players feel lacking in achieving the ambition of winning the Bundesliga title?
I don't think there's anything wrong with Dortmund's first-team squad. the rotation of players in the team when playing matches that have a short time lag may be still less balanced. the main players on the team with the players who are the reserves still lack the same experience. because sometimes we see Dortmund playing very well, but also sometimes mediocre.
Dortmund is a very good team and they play with good tactic and energy but they just don't have enough stability to win enough matches to win title. In Bundesliga, things are more difficult for Dortmund because they have to beat Bayern which I know are the Beast in Bundesliga.

Dortmund don't have to beat other clubs but also have to beat Bayern in long run, in a whole season. And with their unstability, it is impossible mission. Haaland likely has his last moments in Dortmund and with his departure, Dortmund will lose about 50% of their strength so next season, Bayern will dominate Bundesliga again.

Dortmund only can fight at their best and dream about Bundesliga title in this season. If they can not touch it, they will have to wait for next 2 to 3 seasons, if they can get another good striker as replacement for Haaland.

I don't know how many seasons we will wait for the presence of a strong competitor in the Bundesliga, even though Dortmund is a competitor for Bayern Munich but they are not strong enough to stop Bayern Munich all this time, at the beginning of every season Dortmund continue to put pressure on Bayern Munich, but slowly they are instead suffered a setback and away from the championship competition, I think now dormund have money, a good squad and even have a goal-scoring Haalaand but somehow they always fail to stoping bayern munchen...!

I hope that we don't wait for many more years for Dortmund or some other team to end Bayern Munich's dominance once and for all. Especially Dortmund can make it happen if they really fight for it. But even it wouldn't be enough for them. Because I don't think that they can compete with Bayern Munich for the title and achieve it by their current lineup. They need to make some important changes in their lineup and strengthen it. In this way, I can really believe that they can achieve the Bundesliga title.

maybe, this team's problem is related to the quality of players who are indeed not balanced between the main and reserve squads. because seeing Dortmund's appearance at the start of the season was quite good actually.

But it is obvious that Dortmund won't be able to keep him after the end of this season. Dortmund need him definitely. But it won't be easy for them to keep a great striker like him here for a longer time.

The poker has already begun. According to several media reports, Dortmund seems to be near about a commitment of Karim Adeyemi of Salzburg. Apparently, it is only about the amount of the transfer fee. Adeyemi is certainly talented enough to replace Haaland. For the transfer fee of Haaland, Dortmund could then probably make a second striker transfer.

I also read yesterday that Dortmund is willing to double Haalands salary if he agrees to stay in Dortmund for another year or two after this season, but i strongly doubt that this makes him stay because i think he does not see a lot of perspective at the moment the way that Dortmund is playing. If they are really doubling the salary of Haaland then i would guess that would the other players in the squad also extremely unhappy Haaland would then get around 16 Million € per year which is more than any other player at Dortmund. It's better two have a squad of good and happy players then a squad of one superstar and the rest of the team feels neglected.

Haaland leaving Dortmund could be a better choice to make seeing how he is the brain behind Dortmund success he is too young to over labour himself he deserves a better club either in the Spanish league or English league where he can play more as a team. As it stands the bundles league trophy is out of Dortmunds agenda all the just need now is enjoy their matches and forget the trophy as it's Bayern Munich's again

No need to leave, when we look at Haaland getting injured several months ago, Dortmund's performance is bad, there is no executor on the front, which makes them lose and draw every match, even champion league too, They need him, That's why he labeling with a high price

He shouldn't waste his time at Dortmund also. They don't even achieve a proper title while having him too. Then, what is the meaning in staying here for Haaland? He deserves to experience a Champions League title for example.

due to the new rising corona infection numbers, the dfb decided at the beginning of the week to continue the second half of the season at the beginning of january without spectators and thus with ghost matches in the bundesliga Undecided Tongue

The match without an audience isn't something interesting to watch and too much echo in the stadium when the players call out each other.

That was somehow to be foreseen and also to be expected that this would come again.
Some teams had already played without fans for the past 2 weeks.
Lets see maybe the situation will get a bit better at the start of the second half of the season , but i guess it will be not.
As long as they dont decide that nobody plays all is good.

It wasn't the dfb that decided that. It was decided by the government: "major events takes place without spectators". And soccer games are major events.
But I found it not uninteresting to hear what the coaches and players say during a match at the TV broadcasts.  You don't get to hear that otherwise.

I'm really tired of witnessing Bayern Munich becoming the Bundesliga champions like all the time. They were the champions of the last nine seasons. Before these championships, Dortmund won the title two times in a row. Then, Lewandowski was playing at Dortmund too. But now, Dortmund can't do anything against Bayern Munich's dominating every single season. And this makes the Bundesliga much less interesting than the other big European leagues honestly.

Indeed, the lack of the Bundesliga is that Bayern is too domination, and has always been the champion in the Bundesliga. Other teams in
the Bundesliga are having a hard time breaking Bayern's dominance, when in fact this season I really hope that Dortmund, which has
Erling Haaland, can provide resistance against Bayern. It turned out that Dortmund's appearance was inconsistent, not only was Dortmund
defeated by Bayern, but Dortmund also often lose points against weak teams. Even though the Bundesliga still has 17 rounds to go,
but the difference in points Bayern and Dortmund is very far. And I doubt Dortmund can catch up with Bayern's points, therefore it is very
likely that this season Bayern will win the Bundesliga trophy again. That is one of the reasons why the Bundesliga is less attractive to football
lovers around the world, because the champion is predictable.

It's quite unfortunate that the world is not yet rid of this deadly disease.
Well the world of soccer is not left out.
This decision is very much better than cancelling or postponing the matches, which will later stack at the end of the tunnel.
I wish all the leagues will take this bold step.

Dortmund which is currently a lot of points behind bayern munchen seems to be very difficult to stop bayern munchen dominance in the league, I think now dortmund will only spend the rest of the game to secure their position as runners up in order to qualify for the champions league next season, this season will being the 10th season bayern munchen dominated and got the bundesliga trophy, if you look at every season bayern munchen changes coaches but as if it doesn't really affect them and even whoever coaches bayern munchen, they are still candidates for the bundesliga champions.
I would guess that most bundesliga teams are fine with being second at this point. Not that they wouldn't want to be champions but they are really not looking into championship as a possible thing, something they would be happy about but that is about it. So, I am guessing that there is a good chance we get to see these Dortmund level teams (which is very few, like leipzig which is not doing well this year) to just focus on being second every year, which is "good enough" and financially not that bad.

The sad part about Bundesliga is that Bayern buys all the great players other bundesliga teams have in order to build their roster, which is a smart way but I am sure costs a lot of money. I really felt worried for a second that Bayern would sell Lewa for like 50 million during last summer and try to buy Haaland, which I honestly believe would make the league even more unfair.

There is a good interval before the next week matches. Bayern Munich are already very far away from the second-placed team which are Borussia Dortmund. There is a point difference like nine points between them now. Dortmund are struggling to keep up with them. They need to find a way out in this free time. Otherwise, it seems like Bayer Munich are reaching another easy championship.

easy league again for bayern this season i think. they were now on their own and nothing stood in their way at this point.
other teams like dortmund and leipzig which for several seasons have always hindered them are now far behind.
in the middle of the season they can already become champions with quite a lot of points and I think it will be very difficult for other teams to catch them

Personally, I think Haaland should be leave Dortmund now. And looking for better opportunities. Real Madrid or Barcelona may be waiting for him. Real Madrid will now look for a replacement for Benzema. Haaland is perfectly suited as a substitute for a regular scorer like Benzema. I think Haaland would be more suitable for the Real Madrid team than Mbappe. But everything depends on Haaland's decision. For this we have to wait till January.

I also believe that he should be leaving Dortmund at the earliest opportunity. Because obviously, there is no future for him here. He is just wasting his time at Dortmund without having big titles. They can't even win the Bundesliga title for example. I don't even talk about the Champions League. Erling Haaland is a very special young striker. He deserves to play at much bigger clubs already now. I hope too that he leaves in January and joins a bigger team that he can achieve big titles with. But it feels like this transfer will happen in next summer.

Borussia should stop worrying about the championship (this competition has already been lost) and start playing for fun. Plus, since they have the strength in reserve, they can try to win the Europa League + German Cup (from which they knocked out Bayern Munich and now there are only adequate rivals). If they end the season with two cups it would be a great achievement.

Bayern is still too strong for now. even Dortmund, which at the beginning of the season looked pretty good, finally couldn't consistently maintain their points. we can see the difference in points between Munich and Dortmund, it looks impossible to overtake.
the solution is the consistency of Dortmund's performance which must be maintained. because until now Munich is very good at securing full points. Dortmund must improve the consistency in their performance next season if they want to become a strong competitor for Munich.
I don't think Borussia Dortmund will be able to compete with Bayern Munich for the championship next season. With a high degree of probability, they can sell Haaland if again their price is not too high. But since Dortmund is focused on making money on the transfer market, I think they will sell him. Thus, Borussia squad will weaken, and they will still not be able to compete with Bayern.

But every season what dortmund is experiencing is the same problem which is consistency, and what I'm surprised is we never see if dortmund can do that, I don't think if next season dortmund will be consistent throughout the season and maybe as usual we just will see them consistent at the start of the season and still in the end they will settle for runners up.
