It all depends on the strategy that the coach uses, and of course on the authority of the coach, because for the strategy to work, the coach needs the players to be able to do everything they are told. A good example is Bayern with Tuchel, when the players did not agree with the coach and because of this there was a conflict in the team, which led to obvious results. Why this happened, perhaps Tuchel’s authority was not enough for Bayern players.
Harmony between the coach and the players is one of the keys to a team's success, An approach with good communication with players can also increase player motivation in achieving the coaches' hopes and goals for their players. The coach is responsible for leading the team and the players also have the responsibility to carry out the strategy that the coach has planned, the coach and the players must have the same thoughts to achieve success. What is happening within Bayern Munich is internal conflict, such as a lack of harmonious relationships between coaches and players, which results in mutual distrust.

Tuchel's presence seems to be unwelcome to most of the Bayern Munich players, the effect is that negative results have been achieved very often throughout this season which has caused them to fail to maintain their dominance in the Bundesliga. Bayern Munich players really hope for a coach who is able to develop a sense of unity and collaboration between players to increase their self-confidence when playing. Bayern Munich must bring in a coach who can help improve the players' ability to get back on track to compete for the championship after having difficulty competing with Bayer Leverkusen this season.

Therefore, experience and the right strategy will show you what kind of coach you are. I don't know if Bayern Munich players have an internal conflict with Tuchel. Of course there are many factors regarding Munich's failure to win the Bundesliga this season, but if we talk specifically about the coach, this kind of failure is probably because Tuchel cannot maximize the potential of every player in Munich. Or because Tuchel's strategy apparently doesn't suit the Munich players' playing style.
In general view, the coach is the person most responsible for the team's performance in the season they are in.
There could be internal conflict within the Bayern Munich team. Perhaps Bayern Munich players don't like Tuchel that much so they don't play as expected. If true, this situation is often experienced by several big teams and situations like this are no longer a secret.

Regarding Tuchel's strategy in dealing with Bayern Munich, I don't really follow their matches in the Bundesliga, but in matches outside the Bundesliga such as in the Champions League, I noticed that Kimmich's position was not appropriate to play as RB.
In my own opinion, I think Tuchel should be held responsible for everything that has gone wrong with this Bayern Munich side, I don't think they were as bad as this before he took over as coach, he failed to take responsibility as a coach by winning the players to himself and getting their full loyalty, at least that's what every smart coach would do when given such opportunity. On the other hand, Tuchel came and introduced an entirely different kind of tactics which these Bayern Munich players ain't used to and have refused to get used to, this and many more are responsible for the decline Bayern Munich have experienced both in the German bundesliga and other completions.

I didn't expect that Leverkusen still had a chance to win two more trophies. Europa League Cup and DFB-Pokal. This means that the chance of winning the treble winner is not impossible for Xabi this season. Their Europa League will play West Ham leg 2 and are already 2 goals ahead in the quarter-finals. Their DFB-Pokal final will be on May 26 against Kaiserslautern. If they want to win 3 championship titles, it is Xavi's perfect record. After that, maybe many Leverkusen players will get offers from big clubs.
The chance for Bayer Leverkusen to lift the Bundesliga trophy is very clear because they have few games to  Play to lift the trophy, but for Bayer Leverkusen to lift Europa league trophy, it will be difficult because there are some talented teams that are in the same level and they will not allow Bayer Leverkusen to have  their way to lift Europa league trophy.

West Ham will not allow Bayer Leverkusen to cross this stage, and they have the capacity to beat Bayer Leverkusen to block their opportunity not to lift Europa league trophy.

I think if Roma can maintain the advantage gained in the first game with Milan and reach the semi-finals, then Bayer’s chances of winning the Europa League will increase significantly since a much weaker team is coming out on the other side of the “pyramid”.
By the way, if Bayer doesn’t lose in the next game with West Ham, they will break Juventus’ record (for the top 5 leagues in Europe) - 43 games without defeat. This record lasted 12 years and Bayer has now repeated it.
The match to be played in England could end Bayer Leverkusen's dream. West Ham is a team that wins important home matches, and if they win this match, they will at least prevent Leverkusen from breaking the record, and if they win by at least 2 goals, they will take the match to overtime. That's why I think West Ham are preparing very well for this match. Bayer Leverkusen may be living a fairytale, but if they're not careful in this match, West Ham could give them a hard time.

West Ham are actually in 9th place in the Premier League standings and have a negative goal difference (minus 6). Sometimes even against Karabakh there are difficult games, but I wouldn’t count heavily on West Ham. Bookmakers estimate a team's odds as follows:

3.75 - 3.95 - 1.90

As you can see, even away and with a goal reserve of +2 after the first game, Bayer remains the clear favorite.

Why you can be so sure Liverpool will be eliminated? don't forget Liverpool once destroyed Manchester United by scoring 7 goals without any conceded.

With the yesterday result where PSG can comeback against Barcelona in away, Liverpool has a chance to catch up 3 goals. Perhaps Atalanta make stupid mistake and they get red card or Liverpool bribed the referee in order to stay in their side, who knows.

Football has always been an unpredictable game. Both result of yesterday's game was no one expectation and PSG pull a surprise come back against Barcelona while Dortmund did the same against Athletico due to their own error. To be honest, three goals are too huge to overcome but this is football where impossible is very possible to happen. This is not the first time something like this happens because Liverpool once did a come back against Barcelona in Champions league previous years with a scoreline of this nature. Atalanta is not above Liverpool in any way and it was some tactics errors from both the couch and the players that led to that heavy defeat in the first leg.

In general view, the coach is the person most responsible for the team's performance in the season they are in.

Yeah, players are found of this very attitude when they are tired of the couch and want to get rid of him. I could remember similar thing happened at Chelsea and the whole situation changed when the new couch arrived. Playing players in a wrong position has become a norms of almost all the couches in the top league and they will expect players to perform magic in a position they are not comfortable playing. I just hope Bayern maintain balance tonight and not get eliminated in the UCL since they have lost their domestic league title for the first time after a long time of championship.

I think. Bayer Leverkusen can win the triple cup this year. I wonder what Xabi will do in the Champions League next year. Of course, not only that, he will also need to keep an excellent player like Wirtz and make the team better. Bayer Leverkusen ended a taboo. They equalized Bayern Munich. They can also win the UEL.
Yes from all indications, they stand a chance to win the UEFA Europa League this season since Liverpool that is suppose to give them tough time is on its way out after they suffered defeat against Atalanta. Now only Milan, Roma, and other teams are as strong as Leverkusen in the Europa league.

Alonso did well in the Bundesliga, and he has agreed to stay another year in Leverkusen; I think he can also perform well in the champions leagues even though inexperience will affect their performance in some aspect.
Yes, that is if Liverpool is really eliminated in the UEL, but if in the end Liverpool is not eliminated and is able to counterattack against Atalanta later then Bayer Leverkusen still has strong rivals and will be an obstacle for Leverkusen to get the treble winner, especially the prestigious UEL trophy, I know Liverpool's chances It's not big to qualify, but we also don't know what will happen in the match. Surprises can always happen at any time and we can't predict them.

Thankfully, if Xabi is willing to stay at Bayer Leverkusen for another year, it means he is still a strong competitor for Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga in winning another title and will make his first debut in the UCL. I hope Xabi can do well like this season, he has performed well in all competitions. It will be very exciting to watch Bayer Leverkusen if they are able to win the UCL title and give a surprise beating Man City and Real Madrid.

This depends on the quality of the player, but in case of. world class players the best about them is that you don't have to tell them anything and yet whatever they do often times turns out to be the perfect thing.

I remember when coaches of Ronaldo and Messi said that they never tell them what to do and I understand why. If a coach realizes that a player is so good instinctively that any clear match plan would restrict the player to enfold the fully quality, then a good coach has to realize that as well and let the player do his thing. It is a very important aspect of great coaching for sure.

Some players are specifically advised to not hold their positions and go after whatever they think could turn into a danger zone. See Muller from Bayern Munich, this guy is sometimes to be found everywhere and that made him so successful in the past. For some reason he was always in the right place. That might have decreased because he isn't as fit anymore and endurance is not the same, but some players really benefit from not being restricted by a strategic plan. This doesn't mean they don't follow an overall concept, but they need certain degrees of freedom to be their own best on the pitch.

One of the Milan or Roma teams will be eliminated. With Liverpool also eliminated, it seems like it will be an easier championship for Bayer Leverkusen. The winner of the Marseille - Benfica match is waiting for his opponent for a nightmare. Whoever passes in that match will play against a very difficult opponent. The dream continues for Bayer Leverkusen.

In my opinion, Leverkusen's journey this season is indeed very extraordinary, only by relying on modest players they can win the Bundesliga, besides that the Europa League will of course be their target this season, because as you said, we no longer see a strong competitor for Leverkusen if later in the second leg Liverpool and Milan are not able to make a comeback and must be eliminated sooner than the Europa League,  So far we see if 3 teams that have the potential to win the Europa League are Milan, Liverpool and Leverkusen but of the three teams it is Leverkusen who is now in a safe position to advance to the semifinals.
They have shown their best game this season and it is clear that Leverkusen must be able to continue their best game at the next level because in the domestic league they have shown their prowess and finally managed to win the title in the Bundesliga while breaking Munich's dominance in the Bundesliga for several seasons, apart from this in Of course, in the domestic league, Leverkusen must rise to the next level, namely winning the UEL title this season because if they succeed it will make this team have to rise to an even higher level.

If Leverkusen is able to be a treble winner this season by winning the Bundesliga title, DFB and UEL trophies, of course that will make them a team that will be highlighted by many football fans. Leverkusen must move up to the highest level, namely the UCL, where they will definitely play there next season. At least moving to the next level in the highest competition in Europe, Leverkusen can show their best game and Xabi Alonso has the opportunity to show his abilities as a head coach. If he can qualify for the important UCL round that would be good. Their path should be smooth to win the UEL this season if Liverpool and Milan fail.

Well there is a big possibility of Bayern Leverkusen also wining the Europa because Liverpool that was one of the favourite has gone weak lately to the extent of losing 3-0 against Atalanta, though at first I was thinking that the reason why they did not perform well on that match was because of their target on the premier League trophy but it seems their performance on the premier League has also been very poor and if they are not lucky they could possibly end this season without wining the premier League or the Europa, so they have one more chance on their next match against Atalanta so if they manage to win they will qualify to another round but if they don't they will be kicked out.

Currently Leverkusen has ended their title fast after waiting almost 120 years, Leverkusen's ability to win the trophy this season is certainly a topic that may continue to be discussed even until the season has ended later, currently Leverkusen won the trophy sooner before the season ended and even they have a chance to end the season without defeat if they continue to be able to be consistent in the remaining 5 matches,  In addition to the Bundesliga, of course, Leverkusen still have the opportunity to add to their trophy count after reaching the DFB Pokal final and also the quarterfinals of the Europa League.

Yes, there's a big possibility that Bayern Leverkusen can win a treble this season with what they have achieved this season. Bayern Leverkusen is already in the final of this season's DFB Cup, and they are also halfway to qualifying for the semi-final of the Europa League Cup. A team's performance depends a lot on a manager. Which player should be played at which time, which player will do well in which position, who will play in the strike position, who will perform the duty of finisher, who should be taken off the field and which player should be dropped, all this depends on a manager. The best example of this would be PSG, PSG once had 3 of the best stars in the world playing together but never saw the best performance from PSG due to the lack of a competent manager. If an experienced manager were to take charge of this team instead of all the managers who used to work for PSG, first they would strengthen the defense, then they would strengthen the midfield, then they would think about the attacking line, but all the other managers could not think like this. You talked about good players, if there is no good manager in the club then how will good players come to the club.

One of the major reason why Bayern Munich current performance been like this is changing coach that you just mentioned. if a team is changing manager all the time it will affect the club performance, because all the coaches are going to come with their skill of playing and they all have different skills and tactics of how they manage their players.  so if the players have already used to the first strategy that they are playing with the main coach, then definitely if another manager come with different method the players will get affected and that is what affect them.
This is one of the factors in Munich's poor performance this season. A change of coach will have an impact on the team's performance. Sometimes some coaches can make a team better, like De Rossi with AS Roma. But it could also be worse if you can't adapt to every composition in the team. I think Tuchel is a good coach. I think Munich also didn't expect Leverkusen's performance this season. Everyone also thinks that Munich will compete with Dortmund again this season. But Xabi was surprisingly able to make Leverkusen the best team in the Bundesliga. I am sure that next season Muenhcen will perform better.
Changing players is not necessarily a bad thing for a club, but when a team changes a manager it has a big impact on several areas of the team. Bayern Munich brought in six quality players in the previous transfer window but the problem is that they are not playing at their best due to the change of manager. When a manager is replaced by a new manager club, the new manager will not match the old manager's playing strategy, resulting in two different strategies that will affect the players. Bayern Munich needs to hire a quality manager who can take charge of Bayern Munich in the long term.

I don't believe changing coaches is the best choice for Munich next season.  In my opinion, the best thing to do now is to buy some new players in the team to make the club more stronger, and the only Harry Kane I see that is doing well in the team, and he came to the team to win trophies with Bayern Munich, because when he was in Tottenham, he didn't get any trophies with the team, and now he came to Bayern Munich this season and still failed to win the title, because if Leverkusen just win their next game now, they will definitely give them the le But the season is not ended, as they are still in the Champions League. and nothing is impossible Bayern can win the UCL because they just draw the fast leg against arsenal and they get the opportunity to face them at home, and the fans will motivate them in the pitch and he can make them win since arsenal as miss lose there chances in the first leg. now is Munich turned to show who is the best in the competition.

When Leverkusen succeeded in lifting the Bundesliga title this season, other teams such as Stuttgart started to stick closely to Bayern Munich in the top flight. Now both teams have the same collection of 63 points and Stuttgart managed to secure this after beating Frankfurt last week. It will be fierce competition for these two teams to fight for the number 2 finish in the standings and I think Bayern Munich should not be embarrassed again after failing to defend their title this season.

Stuttgart are certainly very confident of being able to overtake Bayern Munich at the end of the season and they are still very consistent by not losing in the last 11 matches. It seems that Stuttgart is still not finished and they proved it with a brilliant performance and perhaps it could be said to be better than Bayern Munich. It would be very surprising if Stuttgart, which was almost relegated last season, could overtake Bayern Munich and it would again create bad sentiment from the public if Bayern Munich really couldn't maintain second place.
Bayern Munich not only lost from Leverkusen who have now officially become champions of the Bundesliga, now even Bayern Munich may lose second place if they lose points again in the remaining matches of the season, Stuttgart's performance is indeed very fantastic because indeed they can be contenders for the Champions League zone this season, I think Stuttgart is like Leverkusen which is indeed capable this season without many star players in the squad They, besides that both teams from the bottom of last season turned out to be able to surprise in the Bundesliga, I think at the moment Bayern Munich have a competition to maintain the second rank that they should focus on besides the Champions League, however of course it would be a shame for Bayern Munich to end the season under second place.

Stuttgart, which last season was saved through the relegation play-off route, certainly puts very strong pressure on Bayern Munich when, so having the same points with Bayern Munich this season shows that the performance of Stuttgart is quite extraordinary and even now they are only differentiated on goal difference, I think if next season we will see some surprise teams in the Champions League like Leverkusen,  Stuttgart and also Leipzig and obviously quite interesting to see how much they are capable of competing in the Champions League.
If we look closely, that's how it is and even though Bayern Munich has a better star squad, that doesn't guarantee they can win the title easily. On the other hand, as you said, the two bottom teams last season managed to squeeze Bayern Munich in the standings and everything will get worse if Bayern Munich is humiliated again by Stuttgart.

I don't think it's appropriate for Bayern Munich's misfortune to continue and this is all the result of the club management being too hasty in dealing with the problems that exist at the club. So everything can't be controlled well and Bayern Munich doesn't seem like a big team in general this season. When the season ends, I hope Bayern Munich will have enough time to reorganize the performance of all parties to make this team successful again and don't make any mistakes that have fatal consequences again.

This moment is a historic moment for the majority of the supporter in Leverkusen City, unlike Bayern Munich which has often and become a commonplace as Bundesliga champions, what Bayer Leverkusen has achieved is an achievement that has been eagerly awaited after 120 years. It's only fitting that the celebrations can be so lively that before the match is over the fans have already gathered near the pitch.

One thing is certain after all this, I'm sure that Bayer Leverkusen will not win this title again in the next few years, it's like a curse for teams that unexpectedly win the league title.
Bayern Leverkusen fans are happy because they finally won the Bundesliga title after waiting for so many years. With what Xabi Alonso did at Bayer Leverkusen this season, I believe he will be honored with a statue at Bayern Leverkusen for helping Bayern Leverkusen lift their first Bundesliga title this season. Since Bayern Leverkusen has secured the Bundesliga title, their main focus will be on the Europa League.

Apart from UEL, they also have the opportunity to get the DFP Pokal, so it's still possible for Xabi Alonso to make another record at Bayer Leverkusen. In UEL they will face an English team (West Ham United), it seems difficult for them to go to the semi-finals, but before the results come out, we never know what will actually happen. In the DFB Pokal final they will face Kaiserlautern, it's a team from 2. Bundesliga and it will not be difficult for them to get an easy win with a large number of goals too. Do you think Xabi Alonso can make a treble this season?

I believe Liverpool is the only club that will make the Europa League final more difficult for Leverkusen, now that they were already down with three goals in their first leg. I think Leverkusen has a better chance than any other club, they will make it to the semifinals because they won the first leg, and no matter how much pressure West Ham puts on them in their second leg, I believe they will not be able to eliminate Leverkusen in the quarterfinals. If Xabi Alonso wins the treble cup this season, the club will never forget his achievements. I saw a tweet from Fabrizio, Leverkusen's CEO, stating that they will need to sell one big player each year to make budget for new signings. I hope they keep Wirtz on their squad next season, maybe selling him will have an impact on their games.

I can't wait to watch how Xabi Alonso does in the next Champions League, I want to see how they compete with the top clubs from other leagues, especially after seeing how they make the Bundesliga difficult for Bayern Munich this season. Let's see what Xabi and his team can do next season.
