Bayern Munich lost against Heidenheim, that was unbelievable because I didn't expect it. I keep wondering how Bayern Munich lost in the second half, when in the first half they were leading with two goals. In the second half, Heidenheim scored two goals in two minutes. This is very disappointing outcome from Bayern Munich, this is not the Bayern Munich we have known in previous years. They have only gotten 60 points since the start of the season, giving them 16 points behind Leverkusen, the title race between Leverkusen and Bayern Munich is now over. I think if Leverkusen wins the next one or two games, they will win the Bundesliga title.
I did not think Bayern Munich was just focused on their Champions League games at this time. Bayern Munich has completely lost their consistency this season, they were unable to continue winning their games. Look at who they lost to, Heidenheim who were in 11th place in the standings before secured three points against Bayern Munich. The only chance I have for Bayern's next Champions League game is that no matter how bad they play in the Bundesliga league, they used to perform well in Champions League games.
I can’t understand why Bayern played two such different halves. In the first half they gave Heidenheim no chance, only one shot on the Bayern goal, and scored two goals, but the second half was completely different. Maybe Bayern decided that they had already won the match, or were they deliberately saving their energy for the match with Arsenal? After all, in two days they will have to play the first game of the Champions League quarterfinals in London, but what in this case prevented them from simply playing to maintain the score, and play well in defense. By the way, it is Bayern's defense that now causes the most concern before the upcoming games.
It's very clear and obvious that this Bayern Munich side have actually slow down on their quest for the league title, acknowledging to the fact that it's actually over, since Bayern Leverkusen is running away with the title and by the look of things, their main focus now is in the uefa champions league, but the manner at which they collapse in the second half in their encounter between Heidenhain is really disturbing especially for their fans, because the match between them and arsenal is not going to be easy at all, considering the form arsenal is right now, but if they can up their game especially at the Emirates stadium, I believe they have all it takes to come out victorious since they are more experienced then arsenal, because experience is really an important player in the champions league, that's why arsenal struggled against fc Porto, because they lack the experience needed at this stage of the competition, so in as much as Bayern Munich is not at the top of their game this season, I am positive that arsenal wouldn't be able to put them away easily as most football fan expect.
