Munich have no chance of winning the Bundesliga title this season. Even so, Munich have one of the strongest squads in the Bundesliga. Compared to the teams in the Bundesliga, Munich is still the strongest.

I'm not sure if that's a wise move for Xabi Alonso to move to another team and especially another league right now. Xabi Alonso had perfect performance since he started working in Leverkusen and the Bundesliga but can't be sure if he can also have this good performance in the other teams. There is the chance for this coach to have poor performance in the other teams need this way we can say Xabi Alonso was a good coach but only in Leverkusen, not the other teams. now we are talking about another league and there you can see many different things compared to the Bundesliga which is not good for a coach like Xabi Alonso.
Also, Liverpool is currently in a good situation and any coach who starts working there will be under pressure because the fans expect him to have the good performance they saw before from Klopp.

Bayern Munich are behind while Bayer Leverkusen maintains the lead, always hitting on the their opponents harder because they're aiming to maintain such good run ups. There are elite teams coming for Xabi Alonso but he turned them down because he wants to focused. Xabi Alonso is the best coach in the European football, he achieved quite alot this season and have become one of the best thing to ever happen to Bayer Leverkusen in decades. He's not leaving because he's keen on building something he started, he's victorious in matches.

Xabi Alonso is probably the hottest manager out there. He's contract with Leverkusen runs till 2026, but apparently, according to Sport Bild, he has a release clause for three specific clubs: Liverpool, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich. If that's true, I don't think he'll resist taking the offer from any of the three.
I wouldn't be surprised to see Alonso in Liverpool, as probably that would be more of an upgrade. And no one really knows what is Klopp up to, he might take a short break, or he might join Bayern or (more likely) Barcelona.

I think it is not going to be a bad idea for him to go to England. If he chooses Bayern Munich, it is going to be a safe choice. I guess a lot of people would want him to make safe choices, especially at this stage of his managerial career. But I would certainly like to see him make bold choices. Maybe it is not going to be a bad idea for him to test how it is to be a manager of a big club Bayern Munich. But I believe people are not going to like that idea. And you definitely get more popularity if he goes to a big English Premier League club and brings in good results. That is going to solidify himself as a great coach. But at the end of the day the choice is his to make.

If Alonso decides to accept Bayern Munich's offer, I think it would be a great opportunity for him to coach. He already knows how the Bundesliga works, so he won't have to learn everything from scratch. This experience will make his coaching journey much smoother and less stressful. While Liverpool might also be a good option, I personally think it would be better for Alonso to stay in the Bundesliga for a bit longer before considering a move to another league. Switching to a new league means he'll have to learn all over again, and that can be challenging.Plus, I believe Alonso will receive many more offers at the end of this season, which might lead to confusion. So, it's important for him to carefully consider his options and make the best decision for his coaching career.

For sure Bayern Munich is always the favorite in every game and not only in the game against Dortmund.
Even Dortmund was not really playing good the last Weeks and this season i guess its possible that they maybe get a point out of this macth and maybe win.
This means not that it will be easy and they also need a bit of luck also but it can be happen , and i would love to see that.

The English league competition will be much more difficult and if Alonso fails it will mean his career will not develop. I prefer that he train a club in Spain or stay in the Bundesliga because he has just built his career, so making the wrong decision could have an effect on him. Precisely because he hasn't been tested enough, he has to really look at opportunities at clubs that are profitable for him. Becoming a Premier League coach is not as easy as being a coach in other leagues because there it would be so easy for management to terminate the contract even though the time has not yet arrived.

I would have preferred that he join Liverpool FC, where he previously played and has a successful career. I just feel he'd be able to understand the club better since he has played there before and he seems like a man who doesn't easily cave under pressure. See the record he's setting at Leverkusen and if the season ends like this, he would have managed to go unbeaten since the bundesliga season started.
