The reason why Bayern Munich failed to win a single trophy last season wasn't because they weren't scoring a lot of goals rather because they were conceding a lot of goals. Harry Kane was the top scorer in any of top five leagues in Europe and no player in Europe top leagues scored more goals than he managed in all competitions last season but that wasn't enough for them to win a trophy. Bayern Munich's problem of last season was in the defense line and if they must return back to their place of dominating German football, they must strengthen the defense line of the club.
Vincent Kompany was recently appointed as the club manager and for a young manager like the Belgian, winning he hearts of the club fans will be a difficult task for him because some of fans is the German club are already doubtful if he'll succeed at the club. I'll want to see Bayern Munich return to winning trophies next season and irrespective of the fact that Vincent Kompany is not too experienced, I think he also have the ability to surprise his doubters by succeeding at the club

One thing we must understand from the worries of Munich fans, namely, although in the composition of Munich players currently have professional players like Kane and some other reliable players, will not guarantee anything and even Kompany has never had a good experience since becoming a coach except successful bring Burnley promoted to EPL.

Bayern Munich appointed Kompany as manager next season after receiving 3 rejections from their other target managers. In my opinion, the management and club officials were ready for all the risks when they decided to choose Kompany. Even though expectations for the former Burnley manager are relatively low, the fact is that Kompany has world class players in his squad, which should make his job easier. It is natural for Bayern Munich fans to feel anxious, because Kompany reputation has not really been tested before. I think Kompany is very aware of this, and Kompany certainly realizes that it will not be easy to rebuild Bayern Munich dominance which was broken by Leverkusen last season.

They became basically the German Ajax with the way they are going. They got a lot of young players back in the day, and sold many of them and instead of using all those profits to build a team that would dominate the league, they are keeping the team sustainable over long period of time. If they make 100 million profit, and then use all that profit to get some players, then with one bad transfer that doesn't produce good results, they would be back to zero.

But if they sell a player for 100, and buy a 25 million one, they can do that 4 more times, and if one of them goes for good, then they would be fine. So all in all, I think it is quite important to keep the business going the way they have been so far, it's the best way.

A manager that is signed into such a big club should know that he has a very big task ahead of him that when not delivered well, his time of agreement in the contract won’t be complete before his contract is terminated. In fact, he has to be at his best in his first season or he will be served a sacking letter in the soonest. I wish him all the best and I don’t think he won’t be able to manage the team well. After all, he is a coach and he has the best players he can ever think of, so he should employ the right strategy to make the best for himself and the team. Kompany should be encouraged and not discouraged that he cannot handle such a big club. For the club to have signed him, they have seen some potentials in him and I am very sure he can deliver as well.

Next season, Leverkusen will not only be a strong challenger for winning the Bundesliga title, at least Dortmund and RB Leipizig are improving their squad with the arrival of several newcomers who they are preparing for the upcoming season. so, I assume the Bundesliga season 24/25 will be a much more competitive season. Leverkusen, who replaced Bayern Munich's dominance last season, will maximize their performance when facing the new competition. at the very least, Xabi Alonso is targeting to defend the trophy they won with hard work last season. however, Bayer must be ready to face other rivals besides Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich. the reason is, Dortmund and Leipzig are allegedly aiming for the trophy. even though this is just speculation, it is a fact that both Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund are managed by young coaches. this could indicate that the competitive season that will be held could provide a much competitive league. with speculation that either Kompany or Nuri Sahin could take their team to fame. this will be a special attraction, whether these two young coaches are able to assume the position of coach for their respective squads. or, Leverkusen and RB Leipizig will compete fiercely.

Well, we still can't describe it. at the very least, there is speculation that Bayern Munich will take the League title again. Likewise with Dortmund, when their rival is handled by a young coach, at the same time Dortmund is also coached by a young coach. another indication is that the initial steps that Dortmund took to bring in several new arrivals were the right steps. although in reality, Dortmund usually only targets to finish in the top four of the Bundesliga. Uniquely, Bayern Munich's situation is not yet known with their new coach. Likewise with Leverkusen, whether Alonso is able to bring his team to consistency like the previous season. we don't know, so it's interesting.

But one more thing that is the main factor is the right manager to handle Bayern Munich because after all, if Bayern Munich makes a mistake or is wrong in choosing a manager then it will be difficult for Bayern Munich to stop Bayer Leverkusen's dominance. Indeed,  next season there may be many changes that will occur but still, I personally believe that Bayer Leverkusen still has good abilities to dominate the Bundesliga next season. Moreover,other teams such as Dortmund, Leipzig and maybe several other teams also seem to have good strength to be able to compete  strongly in the race for the title next season. Therefore,the Bayern Munich manager really has to be able to manage Bayern Munich well because if not, ofcourse Bayern Munich will be left behind or lose in the title race.

According from Skysport, Bayer Munich have reached an agreement deal with Premier League teams Crystal Palace for signing young players Michael Olise and paying above 60 million euro as fees transfer including add on bonuses. Recently, Michael Olise linked with Chelsea before but he denied that offer for joining with Bayern Munich next season.

Actually Waldemar Anton almost moved to Leverkusen because since this winter Leverkusen was make Waldemar Anton as their main target this summer but unfortunately Waldemar Anton is more likely to interested to joining Dortmund rather than Leverkusen but Dortmund hasn't stopping yet to bought new defender because after succeed to buy Waldemar Anton Dortmund also targetting Fenerbahce player Ferdi Kadioglu

Some players do disrespect their coaches sometimes and would even not want to follow their instructions and this is usually faced mostly by young Coaches but then in the long run they later get along and work together, I believe that the disciplinary measures the coaches take sometimes is the best to getting some players come in terms with the fact that they have to respect their coach, such as keeping them on the bench and not having enough play time, even their careers will be endangered because they will not have that opportunity to display the potentials they have got so they can get both personal awards a d even that which the teams will get which in turn gives them recognition and also the opportunity to be seen by other teams and make them potentially prospect during transfer windows.

In the bundesliga, there have been only a very few cases of such so I believe that kompany may not be having such challenge often enough, it will be rather cooperation because Bayern Munich has got a whole lot they want to achieve and getting a player to be in his best character will most likely be the last thing they would want to turn their attention towards, I believe kompany is going to get all of the attention and cooperation he will need to be able deliver the team this season, I believe they will be able to compete in the Bundesliga well but may be slightly challenged in the champions league because kompany isn't experienced in the champions league.

Yes, Serhou Guirassy was a player who has actually contributed a lot to the team. And that’s why various clubs are actually very interested in him.  He has scored 28 goals from 28 matches. So obviously teams are going to be interested in him. That is a very good statistic. By the way, he is 28 years old. So he has still some good amount of time left to give his service to whatever club he goes to. So I think the club, whichever it is, will be able to get him, is going to get a good service from him. Also remember, he has performed like that with Stuttgart. Imagine what will happen if he is able to play with a better club and with better midfield players.

I was thinking about what Bayern Munich needed to improve to be stronger next season... I assume it is obviously the defending. They conceded 45 goals in the Bundesliga last season which is huge for a title challenger. 

They don't need any transfer for the attacking line. They were the most productive team of the season by 94 goals you know. The only thing they can do is to find someone for Choupo-Moting's place as he is leaving. They were looking for a centre-back as far as I know. Jonathan Tah is a target for them currently. He would be a great addition honestly. I don't think Upamecano is performing well. He tends to make simple mistakes a lot. Tah might be a good replacement for him. 

I hope that he can cope with the team fast and also improve their performance so that they can pick form once again. This is because a lot will be expected fro Kompany by the fans and if he does not make a difference in the beginning as expected by the fans, they might start complaining.

I hope that Kompany enjoy his coaching job in Munich and that he works hand in hand with the players in order for them to achieve success at the end of the season.

I have had enough of the doubters trashing Kompany. Munich did not choose him at random. They're a top-notch organization, the best of the best, and they know talent when they see it. Some nobody would not be hired by them. So he had a difficult Burnley season. So what? Everybody stumbles sometimes. But this man understands the game inside and out. The resources of Bayern Munich are now behind him. Potentially enormous.

A little competition is good for everyone. Perhaps this kindles something under Xavi Alonso. Folks there may be a genuine rivalry developing here. That excites me. Let us thus give the man a chance. Let him coach. Let him prove himself. The constant negativity is getting old.

Given that last season's Bundesliga competition coach Thomas Tuchel spell at Bayer Munich and kind of seem he was using that last season to experiment and get to know his/these players, I believe this season that Bayer Munich is actually going to step up his games ,hopefully he has used that time to get a better understanding of  these as to who where and what game to use / play each of the the players.

Even I am expecting Bayern to regain their full form and be able to win the Bundesliga next season, it is noticeable that their last season's performance was not good. But honestly, it was not that bad. The truth is that Bayern didn't meet people's expectations compared to how they have been performing over the long term.

I believe that last season's Bayern Munich performance was just an anomaly. I don't think they had one or two major problems that they were facing. Their key players were not suffering from injuries. So, I just view that last season as a surprise for everyone, and such things do occur in football sometimes. An unexpected team will just be in form and win the league trophy. I think that is what happened this season.

As Bayern Munich has signed a new head coach, I believe they will aim to do better work, like trying their best to win the Bundesliga. With this great squad, Bayern may achieve great success next season.

Alonso and Leverkusen have managed to surprise all of us this season with their ability and consistency in winning the Bundesliga trophy, but we also can't deny that Leverkusen journey this season in winning the Bundesliga is due to the deterioration of Dortmund and Bayern Munich performance, next season of course all teams have the same chance to win the Bundesliga including Leverkusen,  But I don't think Leverkusen journey in defending the Bundesliga trophy next season will be as easy as this season, because indeed some strong teams such as Dortmund and Bayern Munich are currently trying to improve the quality of their squad.

Leverkusen have shown a strong mentality in the Bundesliga but they are not able to show the same mentality when playing in European competitions, there is still a lot that Alonso must improve next season in order to be able to compete in the Champions League including improving their mentality and of course improving the quality of the current squad by bringing in several new players.

If what you mean is Leverkusen, of course the team still has a chance to win the Bundesliga championship again next season because Munich still needs to make greater improvements to be able to prevent Leverkusen next season. But for other championships such as the Champions League, I think it will be difficult for Leverkusen to be unbeatable by other teams because those in the Champions League are on average the strongest teams in all leagues and are also giants from various other leagues.

Seriously Guirassy is that player you will definitely need to get into your team, man has a huge influence in every match. His huge body physics helps him protect the ball better against defenders and also helps him to bully the defenders. Guirassy is one name I was definitely sure that we will have his transfer saga throughout this Summer transfer because clubs will come at him. But the low turnout of clubs coming to him is still what baffles me because I was sure he would have more suitors even outside the league. His buy out clause of less than 40M is also why I think he should be rounded by many clubs.

That aside I think Dortmund are getting a good player but I don’t get excited when they sign player because they either fail to use them properly or the players do not reach their expectations. They have bought the leagues best strikers over the last two seasons and yet are struggling to win the league. They had the Red Hot Antoine Modest, Sabstian Haller and also Nicklaus Fulkrug but still struggled to get into the champions league positions
