For two seasons, Bayern Munich has struggled in the Bundesliga, and if not for Borussia Dortmund's failure to win their last match in the Bundesliga last season, Bayern Munich would have gone two seasons without winning the Bundesliga title. Bayern Munich needs to be patient with their coach to see if the coach can start winning matches in his second year with the club. I don’t know why a lot of people have no hope on Kompany as the new coach of Bayern Munich. If he was a great player at Manchester City, he would be a great coach with Bayern Munich very soon. He has signed a long contract and I feel with time he’ll get to perfect his managing skills and be better than before. Expectations shouldn’t be that high for him from his first season, but I don’t think he won’t improve with them from the way he was at Burnley. I know he would have knows the big task that awaits him, so he won’t be that relaxed but will put extra effort to reach the demands of the club. In his first few matches he will showcase to us what he’s capable of doing in the next season.

Although the expectation for Kompany in the first season is the championship, they do not have very high expectations as a team. If they equalize Bayer Leverkusen and win the championship next year, Kompany will stay in Bayern Munich for a few more years. Sending Pep from the team was the biggest mistake for Bayern. He could still be in charge of them and we could be talking about Bayern instead of Manchester City.

Bayern Munich's mistakes are obvious and those mistakes may be why their team performance is so poor right now. I also don't know who was key or what was key to seeing Benjamin Sesko stay with the club, I have known him from the Austria League Competition when he played with Salzburg.

With his top qualities, I was beginning to think either of Manchester United, Arsenal or Chelsea would make moves for him because I thought he was going to bring some big impacts with his qualities.
Maybe not to arsenal but to one of these clubs.
Maybe Arsenal should break the bank to sign up a player like Victor Oshime but they're taking too much delays with achieving that this season.

I appreciate your doubts regarding Bayern Munich future with Vincent Kompany but here we have to try to have positive thoughts regarding Vincent Kompany who will be able to make a good contribution to Bayern Munich performance, although it is a little difficult to accept positive thoughts like this but we can take another example of Xabi, who previously didn't have much experience as a coach, but in fact he was able to bring Leverkusen up to a stronger level.

Not sure with Bayern Munich have better performance for next season after appointing lack experience manager Vincent Kompany, I doubt he can bring back Bayern dominance in domestic league after eleven consecutive season destroy by Bayern Leverkusen keep appointing by Xabi Alonso and defend almost all key players in this season. Bayern Munich lack opportunities under Vincent Kompany become favorite winner for Bundesliga next season, I still make Bayern Leverkusen if success hold on all their important player for next season become the bundesliga winner.
Close opportunity with Bayern Munich will be the winner because Vincent Kompany not compete become top teams manager after his failure with Burnley in this season and make his team relegated.

I also hope that Vincent Kompany can bring Bayern Munich to a convincing performance, because he is also risking his reputation as a coach. If he fails to bring Bayern Munich to a good performance with the luxurious squad he has, then it will make his reputation as a coach decline and maybe it will make it difficult for him to get a big team again. It's quite reasonable if the reason isn't salary but that's just my speculation so what's going on inside is still being covered up. What is clear is that Benjamin Sesko has signed a new contract until 2029 and I think it is a long-term contract. However, there is another agreement where Benjamin Sesko could leave sooner between 2025 and 2026. I don't know for sure what happens but I think if there is a better offer he could leave Leipzig in that year.

Benjamin Sesko's focus now is on his development plans with Leipzig and perhaps that is what made him reject offers from several elite clubs. There were Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United interested in him but that's over for now. Maybe if it's not the English league, he wants to try another league first like La Liga or Serie A in the future.

Kompany's decision to accept the offer to coach Munich is certainly a big challenge and he must be ready to shoulder that heavy burden. I also have the same feeling that Kompany will not be able to make a real difference to the German giants and I predict his fate will not last long and perhaps he will be one of the first coaches to be fired. I think it's natural that some people are pessimistic about his performance because he didn't have a good report card when he managed the previous team.

I don’t think the increment in salary is the main reason why he decided to stay at Leipzig despite the interest from different elite clubs. If it was the salary i think he will get a much better offer from these bigger clubs but clearly his decision was not based on money.

Sesko performed so well last season and that’s what draw the attention of numerous clubs and he believes he still need time to grow and fully develop into a a world class striker that’s why he didn’t rush to join any club this summer, it’s a good decision because we have seen a lot of players go on to join bigger teams after a one season wonderful display and end up being flops because they didn’t wait to nurture themselves well. It’s good decision by Sesko but sometimes missing an opportunity like this can be costly especially when you don’t match or surpass your previous performance no team will want to sign you anymore.

I don't know why Bayern Munich management appointed Vincent Kompany as coach. The Munich management could have hired a more experienced coach than Vincent Kompany. A team like Bayern Munich needs an experienced coach.

However, perhaps the Munich management wants to run an experiment with Vincent Kompany. Since Vincent Kompany has less experience. So he will try his best to make the Bayern Munich team more stable. And if he can succeed, Munich will once again be able to dominate the Bundesliga next season.
