These matches comes with different results. Shocking to watch some competitive club decline in performance. Bayern Munich remained the main club that have maintain consistent strength and we've enjoyed good moments of Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga. They have proven their dominance against their opponents, winning the challenges that confronts them. Union Berlin fighting for a spot to escape the relegation zone this season, they will put in everything they got because none of them would wear on a happy face to watch their team getting relegated.

Yes, Tuchel has been good but he’s not suit the taste of the board. In Tuchel’s Bayern we don’t see the massive number of goals from the team and they also concede more in this era and the board aren’t confident on him continuing. Xabi will be a great coach for them and yes, he’ll be a long term project and might probably hand them their next UCL title because undoubtedly the man’s good and he’s intelligent and has impressed the football world with his performance at Leverkusen.

Maybe it is just me but for some reason I feel like these type of games are easier to win. I mean I know that Leipzig is a good team but so does Leverkusen, they know they are going to play against a big club that has a chance to beat them, so they will not be really doing anything marginal all that much, and I am sensing that there is a potential that we could maybe see them play a little differently.

I hope that they could make it work somehow and they could get a lot better, which I think should not really be an issue for them in the end. I believe that Leverkusen has a higher chance of losing points to a team that is much worse, because they will underestimate their opponent, and have a higher chance to win when it is a team like Leipzig.

For the time being they are not a pretty strong team. 14 points after 16 games and one game they have to play against Bayern Munich, which I doubt they have a chance to win. But the 14 points is not an accident anymore. Accidents are more likely when a team is looking bad after maybe seven or eight games, but after 16 games I think this result is revealing some fundamental problems. It could be quality, it could be a challenge they can't cope with like I outlined (Bundesliga + DFB Pokal + Champions League). But I still believe that they have a good chance to stay in the 1. Bundesliga.

Firstly, it was rumoured that he's gonna take over from Carlo Ancelotti at Real Madrid during the summer but after the Italian manager extended his contract at Real Madrid, the news about Xabi Alonso becoming Real Madrid boss have somehow reduced. Now it's been reported that Bayern Munich management wants him to take over from Thomas Tuchel immediately the current contract of the German manager is exhausted.

I think it'll be a difficult decision to take from the Spaniard Xabi Alonso because he's been too loved at Leverkusen to leave them and join another local rival but as a big European club, I expect Bayern Munich management to convince and sign Alonso to the club.

It is going to be a sad thing if Bayern Munich actually gets Xabi as the new coach. I think Xabi should look to go to Real Madrid. But the problem is we all know that the Real Madrid coach is staying for another year. So Xabi is not going to Real Madrid in my opinion. And I think that is the chance which Bayern Munich is trying to take with him. Now I am pretty sure that if Bayern Munich actually gets him, it is going to be a disaster for other clubs in the Bundesliga. Because he is already doing really well with his club which is not very powerful in terms of squad. And imagine what he will do if he goes to Bayern Munich as the coach.
