Three consecutive defeats for a club like Bayern Munich is a very poor record, and I think this would really affect them so bad it would hinder their chances of winning the league, thereby giving Leverkusen an upperhand to widen the gap more, to be honest it's very disappointing given that they strengthend several areas of their squad this in the previous summer and should be doing very well. It all boils down to the coach, I think Thomas Tuchel is incapable of handling this team and the earlier the board recognises that the better for them.
The poor results achieved by Bayern Munich in their last three matches in all competitions made club officials immediately hold an impromptu meeting to discuss Tuchel future as head coach. Three consecutive defeats is an abnormal situation for a club like Bayern Munich, which has always won the Bundesliga for 11 consecutive seasons. It is very natural that Tuchel's position is increasingly threatened after the downturn experienced by Munich.

Being in second place with a difference of eight points from Leverkusen means this team is in danger of not being able to continue its dominance that has been held for the last 11 seasons. The eight point difference is very large if measured by Leverkusen's very consistent performance, it is very difficult to expect Leverkusen to slip up because since the season started they have never suffered defeat.
At this point, I think the future of tuchel needs to be look into because you can't tell me that a team as sophisticated with stars as Bayern Munich will be performing so badly as this.

Secondly, at this point I feel like Leverkusen is running away with the title because their consistency right now and the ability to put away other teams can't be match by any other team in the league, so as it stands, between Leverkusen and Bayern,  Bayern are even more likely to drop more point than this Leverkusen team that is in the form of their life.

Bayern Munich's three consecutive defeats in the last five matches were truly very disappointing and Tuchel must take full responsibility for the bad results obtained by his team. Bayern Munich surprisingly lost to a much more unstable team and person will be quite understanding when they have to lose to Leverkusen who are in a positive trend. But it was very disappointing to lose to a team that was not much better than them and that team was even in the middle of the standings.

Bayern Munich's next three matches will be against much more stable teams as they will face RB Leipzig, Freibrug and Lazio in the Champions League. Tuchel will definitely be busy in the next three matches because if they suffer another defeat it could make it even more difficult for them to catch Leverkusen and fail to qualify for the next round of the Champions League.

They've got upcoming fixtures against tougher teams and if they couldn't win the easy games I wonder how they'll survive those 3 especially the league match against Leipzig and the UCL game with Lazio. Left for me, i don't see Bayern lifting this season's trophy, they might have been lucky last season but there's no hope for them lately and I give credit to Leverkusen's Xabi Alonso for mounting pressure on Tuchel which caused a decline in Bayern's form.

so i don't think a 5-point lead is much. there are still 36 points up for grabs this season. there could still be one or two surprises in the last 12 matchdays.
however, leverkusen haven't had a coach as good as xabi alonso in the last 20 years. xabi is a successful guy who always wants to win.
and that could really be the way to success this year. but you know bayern munich.
i only believe in the championship for leverkusen when hrádecký or wirtz are holding the championship trophy aloft  Wink

I assume a gap of 8 points is really great for Leverkusen now.  Grin  Because Bayern Munch lost another game very interestingly. I was expecting like the Bochum game would be the one in which Bayern Munich would explode and get a huge win. But instead they couldn't even collect one point. Upamecano got another red card by the way and left his team vulnerable. He has risked his place in the starting eleven a lot.

Bayern Munich president stated how terrible he felt after this loss. Because from now on Leverkusen should just do a horrible work in the upcoming weeks to mess things up. Otherwise they should finally be able to put an end to this title streak of Bayern Munich.
Bayern Munich continues to show poor performance in all competitions. Bayern Munich failed to defeat Lazio in the UCL and also lost to Bochum in the league. With the 3-2 defeat at Bochum, Bayern Leverkusen is leading Bayern Munich with 8 points at the top of the Bundesliga table.
Your statement is outrageous against Bayern Munich as if they are that poor. I only see a temporary setback for them which I believe they will dust off soon. The club do not show so much poor performance in all competitions as you make it look, but in the Champions League and Bundesliga, and it's still a few defeats they conceded in counting, it's not as bad as many other clubs even though they are disappointing, to say a few. This is so discouraging to be candid, but let me still believe that they only had setbacks in those games. At home, this has further given Bayern Leverkusen the due advantage over them which might be a dash of hope for Kane this season. With 8 points clear of Bayern Munich, Leverkusen is seriously getting closer to lifting the cup this season. I must say that the club deserve it even though clubs like Bayern and Dortmund did not live up to expectations this season to be a better contender.
For a club like Bochum to win against Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga even when Bayern Munich needs points to get close to Bayern Leverkusen at the top of the Bundesliga table and Bochum scored 3 goals against Bayern Munich, it means Bayern Munich is in poor form. The problem with Bayern Munich this season is not temporary, which is why you see Bayern Leverkusen leading Bayern Munich by 8 points in the Bundesliga table.

It's true that their chances of becoming champions will be more difficult after they lost again this week. Leverkusen are very strong and very difficult for other teams to beat.
Talking about them in the Champions League, I doubt they'll be able to turn things around after their 1-0 first-leg loss to Lazio. Although they will be playing at home, but with their situation like this, that doubt will arise. But I still give them a pretty big chance to be able to turn things around in the second leg later.

From what I've noticed, Bayern's problem at the moment is their midfield, Kimmich and Goretzka don't seem to be playing freely and optimally as if they are being held back by something, this is what makes them not creative when their opponents attack.
If Bayern wants to change coach again then I agree with their decision, Tuchel can't maximize the talents that Bayern has, regarding Harry Kane's performance, I think he is still trying to adapt, Bayern is a team that has greater pressure than Tottenham and usually players Any professional needs a season to adjust.

If you ask me I will say Tuchel biggest mistake is to try to change or twerk that midfield for Bayern Munich. Yes coaches will have there problems with some players in the squad and would want to make a statement by dropping such player and using his options but one thing Tuchel fails to understand is once you over stretch the situation it will back fire. The issue Tuchel had with Joshua Kimmich is one of the big problems that the Bayern Munich team is facing currently. There midfield combinations is just not right or yet to blend with each other and this has caused them problems many times this season.

As for Harry Kane I think I am baffled by people blaming him to be the cause which he is not. This isn’t about him getting use to the league and settling down because personally I think he has actually gel with the team if you look at the number of goals he has got currently. The entire team is in crisis and nothing an Harry Kane can do about that, it is a phase in every winning club side and nothing more

Well, that will be the question of all of us because we know the management of Bayern Munich is quite critical they do not tolerate anyone who plays poorly or not optimal, Sadio Mane is one example that was released to Saudi Pro League and at the end of the season we will see more players to be released. From my observations the weaknesses of Bayern Munich are in defense and attack lines even though there is Harry Kane there, but unfortunately the performance is not optimal or maybe Harry Kane is still in a difficult situation.
I think that when more and more great players are released and moved, Bayern Munich's strength will disappear. Thomas Tuchel must immediately consider this policy, and of course he must immediately improve the performance of Bayern Munich's players. Harry Kane's performance can still be improved. by working as a team and establishing good communication with teammates. As far as I know, victory will be easy to achieve when the players have good communication and teamwork.

Next two opponents for Leverkusen are Mainz and Darmstadt. Both are on relegated ranks and struggling, so these matches should not be a problem for Leverkusen to continute the streak. Bayern however has to play against Leipzig next match day that have a rising form. I wouldn't be surprised if Leverkusen have an 11-point lead after the next matchday. I don't see much hope for Bayern in the league at the moment.
For the next few matches, Leverkusen doesn't seem to be experiencing any major problems. because they only face lower clubs who are currently in the relegation zone. Although this is not to be underestimated, the point is that regarding its winning statistics, Leverkusen certainly has more opportunities to add more points. If in the past this was the same as Bayern Munich, now it doesn't seem like that. Because Bayern Munich's current performance has really dropped completely.

In fact, the results of the match with Bochum were very shocking. I'm sure not only the audience, but also the players themselves, Tuchel, and also the management of Bayern Munich, they were also very shocked by the result. It's really embarrassing and disappointing.

Lately, Bayern Munich seems to have lost focus on the game, and in fact they have really wasted the various chances they had, not only against Bochum but also in other defeats. Many people question Tuchel's current tactics which have caused Bayern Munich to continuously lose, but this is truly unexpected because Tuchel was initially able to lead Bayern very well with his tactics which were always right. However, lately, it seems like there is a lack of solidity with the team.

If it continues like this, it's true, Bayern Munich won't get any titles this season.

With Bayer about to set the record for the unbeaten streak, I think we can already start predicting who will win the league, and so far the scales are tipping in Bayern's favour. The fact that they have lost three matches in a row says a lot, apparently the championship series is coming to an end, as sad as it may sound
The series of competitive runs comes to an end because we have seen the top clubs prominent for title. The Champions are mainly clubs that fights for incredible winning results. Bayer Leverkusen are taking the trophy home, they don't need the permission of Bayern Munich because they have stood and proved themselves worthy of the Bundesliga title this season. Bayer Leverkusen boss, Xabi Alonso is currently making more solid plans to continue in the streak unbeaten race for his side, the won the top clubs but they also aim to win the league without recording any defeats, will it be possible?

True Tuchel position as a coach is completely not safe after the recent bad results 3 consecutive defeats are bad results that Bayer Munich never got before this means that Tuchel's ability is completely questioned even though Bayern Munich has a complete squad at this time. Based on history Tuchel managed to win several prestigious tournaments but why lately he seemed to have difficulty improving the team's performance, I think there is a problem with their team whether internal problems or other problems.
I guess that too that its not really a problem with Tuchel as we have seen that they started also good into the season with Tuchel.
As you have written , i think there maybe is problem in the team that has to be solved internal and not in public.
But with the current performance owned by Bayern regardless of whether it is an internal problem or not, Tuchel will certainly be one of the people responsible for Bayern's current slump.
In terms of the composition of the players, there must be a slight reshuffle carried out in order to make them stronger but on the other hand Tuchel's leadership in coaching must also be questioned because in 1 season + the end of last season we must be aware that the decline in Bayern's performance has still been very pronounced since the Tuchel era began so that when this season Bayern cannot maintain their dominance and lose the trophy that has been defended for the last 11 seasons then surely Tuchel must be responsible and he could have been fired because of this.
This is an unwritten rule where every club that experiences a decline in performance then surely the coach will be the target of dismissal and this has always happened in every league to date.

To be honest it is getting humiliating for Bayern. At this point they are feeling like they have been a terrible team all along, whereas it's actually just a few games they have been bad. The point difference is 8 now and I am pretty sure that Leverkusen already got the title with this, we are ending February, there are very few games left, and I doubt Leverkusen would drop 8 points until the endo f the season so even if Bayern wins 100% all the games left, they may probably still not be crowned champions.

12 games left, needs 3 losses, 8 points loss at least, and Bayern will wait for Leverkusen to lose that, but I highly doubt Leverkusen would lose 8 points in 12 games. They are playing with 2.62 so far, and that would mean 30-31 more points. Bayern would need 3.1 points per game to catch that, which isn't possible.

Bayern Leverkusen are now 8 points clear and are still unbeaten this season, while Bayern Munich have already lost 4 times, i really think Bayern Leverkusen can win the bundesliga now; they have to continue the way they have been playing this season and i don't think Bayern Munich can stop them anymore.

I can't believe Tuchel's side lost to Bochum, that loss must have destroyed their confidence and even though they always find a way to win the bundesliga, just like they won it in the final game of last season when we all thought Dortmund would, however, i don't think they will do it this season, Leverkusen look more determined than ever to be champions.

Well, let's just confirm match after match that the Bundesliga will present. because, there are still 12 matches remaining until the end of this competition. It cannot be denied that currently Leverkusen is closer to the Bundeliga trophy than rivals Bayern Munich. 8 points ahead, putting Leverkusen in a fairly safe position. however, there are still 12 games remaining until the 2023-24 season ends. If Xabi Alonso's team suffers a setback at the end of this season, it is not impossible that Bayern will be able to take the opportunity to compete fiercely and even shift the position that Leverkusen currently occupies.

However, it is not an easy matter, especially now that Leverkusen is in a positive trend without defeats in various competitions. what is certain is that Leverkusen is one step away from winning the Bundesliga trophy this season. If this happens, then Bayern Munich's current dominance can be broken by a team that was not initially superior. Talking about the match against Bochum, the fact is that Bayern Munich lost that match and this was an advantage for Leverkusen. Let's just make sure, every remaining match that will be presented by the Bundesliga. If Leverkusen continues to progress consistently then eventually Bayern Munich's dominance will be broken, and Thomas Tuchel's position with Munich will be on the verge of being fired.

Thomas Tuchel was suppose to be the messiah for Bayern Munich after he was signed last season as the new manager of the club. He was appointed as the new head coach following the sack of Nagelsmann which the players claim he’s too harsh with his coaching styles, having troubles with his players and claiming that he knows it all. His sack was mainly caused because of the constant misunderstanding they have with Manuel Neuer. Despite all of this, they won the Bundesliga last season and hoping to win another this season. With the consecutive defeats that Bayern Munich are facing, it makes it difficult for them to battle for the Bundesliga title with Bayern Leverkusen.

The point gaps between them keeps increasing and makes it harder for them to catch up. Losing three consecutive matches including two Bundesliga games and one champions league games doesn’t relate well with what is expected of the head coach. Tuchel needs to top up his coaching style or strategy to meet up with the demands of the club or his job will be at stake which he can lose any moment. He still have some time to make things work for him, I hope he is able to see the lapses and make some adjustments to that before it gets too late for him.

Upamecano received a red card again. He received a direct red card in the Champions League match against Lazio, and in this match, he received a red card from a double yellow and left his teammates alone. It looks like he will be suspended for a long time.
Bochum beat Bayern München, which means it's the end of the road for Bayern München. They are now far away from the championship. Bayer Leverkusen increased its point difference to 8 points. With 12 matches remaining, the point difference is over 2 matches and Leverkusen remains undefeated. Bayern München's years-long streak is about to end. All praise goes to Xabi Alonso. How many matches have they been undefeated, it's been a crazy season for them.

It's possible. Let's face it, Bayern were already on the verge of ending their championship run last season, maybe this season their winless streak will really come to an end. Regardless, they still look more or less good in terms of play, unless you consider their last three defeats.

I think Tuchel still has a chance to continue playing in the Champions League we don't yet know how far he will take Bayern Munich, what is clear is that in the second leg they have to win, if they fail then Tuchel will really be finished.

IMO, except Tuchel wins the league and champions league, this is the last season at Bayern Munich. We can all agree that will not happen. He's 8 points behind a very in-form Bayer Leverkusen and not consistent enough to even draw Lazio in the UCL. It's looking more likely that Bayern will finish the season without a trophy for the first time in forever. It's funny because we knew a season would come when a a team that's not Bayern Munich would win the trophy, but we just did not think about how it would affect the coach who would be here by this time.

I doubt Bayern would sack Tuchel before the end of the season. Things are not going to be that bad. They would not want to make the mistake they did last season where they fired Nagelsmann mid-season and hired Tuchel. Now they would want to take their time to look for a quality coach to handle the team. I have a feeling they'll go after Klopp.

Leverkusen is now increasingly comfortable leading the standings after its greatest competitor Bayern stumbled again yesterday, I was surprised and everyone else felt the same way.

Bayern Leverkusen plays very good football and even though they play good football, any team can be defeated, but Bayern Leverkusen is still undefeated. This is a huge success. Bayern Munich's defeat and Bayern Leverkusen's 3 points increased the difference to 8. This gap is huge and difficult to close. Let's see if Bayern Munich will leave the race or will we see different things when Bayern Leverkusen suffers its first defeat? Maybe they will become champions without being defeated and write a story that will be difficult to achieve again.

The Bochum match created a shock effect for Munich. I didn't think Bochum would win, but they did it. Indeed, the Bundesliga is writing very different stories this season.

Tuchel is probably going to be sacked soon. He failed  with Munich. If you can't perform well in the Champions League, then the Munich management will look for a new coach.

I think Tuchel will definitely no longer be coach at Bayern Munich next season. I am sure they have been looking for a new coach in the background for some time. If he can come to Bayern Munich in the next few days, then he will certainly be introduced after the game against Leipzig. But what option would Bayern Munich have if the desired coach will arrive in summer? In any case continuing with Tuchel is very risky. Bayern Munich are on a path to not winning a title this season.

I think Tuchel still has a chance to continue playing in the Champions League we don't yet know how far he will take Bayern Munich, what is clear is that in the second leg they have to win, if they fail then Tuchel will really be finished. Maybe I'm the first person here to say that Bayern Munich has lost the Bundesliga title race they had no way to catch Leverkusen who continued to be consistent and never lose, can anyone tell me what is the right scenario for Bayern Munich to take over the standings? so far I haven't found anything except something that doesn't make sense.

This league still has 12 matches remaining and Bayern Munich is 8 points behind meaning they hope Leverkusen loses 3 times in the next 12 matches or in another scenario they hope Leverkusen will draw in the next 8-9 matches and Bayern Munich won all remaining games, obviously that doesn't make sense for me. The impossible thing is that Leverkusen gets points deducted suddenly as happened in Serie A and the Premier League because of Fair Play rules.

It is impossible to expect Leverkusen to draw up to 8 times, especially since there are approximately 12 matches left in the competition. At least we already know that Leverkusen's potential to become champions this season is above 90%. Munich must be logical, they must let Leverkusen dominate this season. That could be their motivation for next season, or perhaps finding a replacement for Tuchel. Moreover, there are many unpleasant issues regarding the relationship between players and internal staff in Munich. If this issue is proven, it may be one of the factors why Munich is playing poorly this season under Tuchel's guidance.
