Well, if Bayern Munich management won't be patience, surely they will fire Tuchel. I can aggree if Bayern management wants to change the coach, they want a better achievement for the next season. However, I still consider they will keep Tuchel as Bayern coach until the end of the contract if Bayern gets difficulty to find out the replacement of Tuchel.

There are a number of players that can really be as impactful as him even though it just would take a while to settle in but he's still an impactful legend in himself. Most of these players also have built in skills set and they're good at their position and performance on the field of play. It's even pretty much advisable that they play the captain role as it's believed that their understand certainly all nooks and crannies of the team they're in.
