Thomas Tuchel fielded his strongest squad in this match, including his mainstay striker who has been very fierce in front of the opponent's goal, but the home team still had difficulty dismantling Union Berlin defense until the first half ended. A team doing well will give credit to the coach, doing bad also will send same criticism to the head of the club who is the coach. Tuchel will have to check whether they are not doing something right.

They closed down the seven points difference between Leverkusen,  we are all sure to say that they're not winning if they lose control this way. Many games ahead.

The problem is that there seems to be a bad trend going on in Bayern Munich's game and the sign of decline is not only that the team they are facing is a weak team but how they only scored one goal in two matches and Harry Kane didn't score in these two matches, it must be a lot who wonders what is going on at Bayern Munich at the moment.
There were 10 shots on target but only one was a goal, and controlling more than 70% of ball possession was certainly not a bad performance, but their way of having difficulty maximizing these many opportunities meant that the results were not very encouraging even though they managed to get 3 points.
Bayern Munich will face Augsburg this Saturday and Bayer Leverkusen will face Borussia Mönchengladbach, and my prediction is that nothing will change in the point difference between the two teams because both Bayern and Bayer will have the opportunity to get full points in these matches.

Nothing is impossible as long as Leverkusen is able to maintain consistency and Bayern Munich still makes mistakes repeatedly. I believe Leverkusen's chances of winning the cup are very big and at the same time breaking Bayern Munich's dominance.
But this speculation will not be that easy because Bayern Munich as the biggest club in the Bundesliga will continue to try to improve its performance and we could be surprised as the competition at the end of the season is closed by Bayern Munich who have won the title.
Most fans of Bundesliga clubs will hope that Leverkusen can break Bayern Munich's dominance to see a new history in the Bundesliga because for most supporters of Bundesliga clubs they feel very bored of seeing Bayern Munich's dominance in the past being the leader in the Bundesliga and I actually also hope that Munich's dominance can end. and replaced by Leverkusen.

If you win with a score of 1-0 or 5-0, you will still get 3 points. Even though many expect there to be lots of goals in that match, I think in a situation where Bayern Munich must get as many points as possible to maintain their chances of winning the title, any number of wins is not a problem for them. So the results they got in this match were enough to make them chase Leverkusen for points.

But I think that a lot of people are now observing a small trend, a negative trend that Bayern Munich is fighting against. They don't care since they won the match and now they can focus on the next one, but still everyone noticed that Bayern Munich has problems scoring goals at the moment. Harry Kane was celebrated for so many goals and he was on the right track to break some records for the most goals in a Bundesliga season, but now it doesn't seem like it will happen. No goal against Werder Bremen and now only one goal against Union Berlin and both teams aren't really the strongest Bundesliga teams!

in this case, Bayern Munich actually really had so many chances to attacks. But, they missed most of the attacks so much. I don't think that the defense of Berlin was that strong so that could against all attacks by Bayern Munich easily. In this case, exactly, 1 goal was actually less than what we expect if we see how Bayern Munich attacks and its offensive. But, whatever it is, the final thing that we consider again is about the victory. As long as they could win the match, it has been okay enough, at least, not wasting their time to lose the match as the previous one. So, the result of this match can make a decrease on the point difference with Leverkusen, the one that is on the first standing.

 

The only positive aspect about this game is that Bayern was able to win and get the full points, but other than that I doubt that they are proud of their performance. If they didn't win this game, I would have loved to see Thomas Tuchel freak out in front of a camera But they did at least win the game. It's a bit weird how Bayern lost their dominance in recent weeks. Kane is again without a goal, which is crazy given how many chances they produced in this game again. Are they having some struggles in this important phase of the season?

From the extraordinary performance of Bayern Munich in the game, I see no hope for Union Berlin because the game was fully controlled by Bayern Munich. It is already in the record that Union Berlin has never had a victory against Bayern Munich unless in 2021, as you mentioned, which was even a draw.

I will say Union Berlin were truly beating by Bayern Munich in today's game, even though with their defensive formation, I know since the commencement of the game, the Union Berlin have zero chances of winning because it came so hard for them to even have the confidence and chance to have a sort on target, which is such a sympathetic event for Union Berlin. It was very tough for them. Some will say they did nothing in the game, but I will say they really tried because if it is another team, I don’t think the goal will be only one but almost 10, so to me, Union Berlin really tried their best in defence and also made a small effort in striking, so I can say they just gave up the match because they have zero chance of winning.

Well bayern munich did absolutely well ,I know a lot of people was expecting more than one goal.mostly for those gamblers I know pretty well that they must have given bayern munich to score like 2 to 3 goals most person's can also player over 2 that's there will be like 3 goals in that match reason is because the team in question is not that hard for bayern munich to win even with goals because they are popularly known as a wicker team that can not be compered  with bayern munich either.

Well,the score is not that bad,for the fact that they won with just one goal doesn't change any thing, the 3points have been added I will say is a victory for them.

Sometimes a big team that is accustomed to a landslide victory at home will surprise us when they play only win with a score of 1-0 with a weak team like Berlin Union which is currently in bad condition. Although in this match Tuchel lowered the full troops including Kane. However, but Bayern Munich still had difficulty dismantling the Berlin Union defense that was so solid. But even though Bayern Munich won with a small number of goals, they still got three points. : D

And this victory is important for them to continue to reduce the distance of points from Leverkusuen. Because this victory makes Bayern Munich still ranked second in the standings with 44 points, four points behind Bayer Leverkusen in first place. Meanwhile, the defeat of the Union Berlin made them decline in 15th place with 14 points.

Football today is a very much unpredictable sport. Days back, Bayern Munich lost to Werder Bremen in their Bundesliga game. No matter the caliber of players Bayern Munich played, they still didn't have to loose a match soo petty as that. But currently anything happens and it has to be accepted that way. It was really a shameful loss as everyone put their confidence in Munich to come out victorious.

 Munich are a better team and should themselves be confident of the their win. While hoping to see Kane score a number of goals, it's still hopeful that their subsequent game would be made successful to some extent for Munich but we just have to watch out for the game. They shouldn't take their chances with their competitors. They are really eager to be outshine them and win the trophy.

No matter how Bayern try,they can never meet up points with a consistent Leverkusen,who are ready to fight it hard with any team that comes their way,and maintain a stable record they are already keeping in the German Bundesliga this season.They have played the first half of the season games unbeaten,and are topping the table,that  is to prove that they really want the league this season than Bayern do.If Bayern really wanted the league,they won't lose to smaller teams just the way they did.Now they will be adding more pressures on themselves in other to be able to meet up points with Leverkusen.

But it is still surprising how much Bayern Munich is struggling at the moment. Playing at home in the Allianz Arena and then only winning with a single goal is definitely not very satisfying for them. They got the three points, but they are not looking as good right now. Bayer Leverkusen is sensing a chance now, I am sure about that. Hopefully they won't lose steam anytime soon and can keep winning their games. They are in great shape and it is time for a title for them.

Although it would have been great to see Bayern Munich lose against a team which is definitely not done anything enough this season. On Normal day, Bayern Munich would have easily put past five them but they also look like a club having an internal problem or maybe the festival holding hangover hasn’t left them. Nonetheless it’s a hard fought win for Bayern Munich even though they dominated the game and should have found it easy. This win might keep their hopes still alive and give them more momentum to carry on this second half of the season even thought I don’t wish them to win it again I think the tittle will still go down to the wire with them

Just one goal is enough for Bayern Munich to get full points in this match. thus, now the difference in points with Leverkusen is only 4 points. referring to this match, Bayern Munich actually had quite a lot of opportunities. recorded, they had 22 total shots, 10 shots on target, 4 shots blocked, 2 big chances and one shot hit the goal post. Bayern should have scored 2 goals in this match. unfortunately, Harry Kane's goal was disallowed. Likewise with ball possession, Bayern almost completely controlled the game with 72%. Based on player performance statistics, overall the squad under Thomas Tuchel played impressively. It's just that Union Berlin really played defensively.

Well, if the Union Berlin goalkeeper doesn't play brilliantly, maybe Baryern Munich will score a lot of goals in this match. In terms of play, it can be seen that Bayern Munich were able to dominate the course of today match, in fact they to be able to record many good attacks in this match which allowed Bayern Munich to freely continue to pressure Union Berlin. Union Berlin dropped further decline their ranking after suffering another defeat in today match. Even though union berlin managed to close the season in the top 4 in the previous season, this season they are in quite poor performance because it is very difficult for them to play better in every match. It would be surprising if Union Berlin were unable to improve their quality in the remainder of this season because as a strong team last season they should be able to end their bad streak quickly.

However, the game ended with a minimal victory. Today, Union did not pose any threat to Bayern (although we must remember that random goals sometimes happen) but the final score is extremely unconvincing. Maybe Bayern can improve in case of a stronger opponent, but so far it looks like they are having problems converting scoring chances (which is quite strange since Kane is in place).

In the end, it's the result that counts, not the statistics. Bayern actually lead in all respects, but as long as it's only 1-0, everything is open, also because Union are slowly putting more pressure on them. Bayern is very susceptible to mistakes in defense and therefore everything is still open, unless Bayern finally uses one of its chances and scores the second goal.
