I don’t really know, but I think Premier League is tougher than any other competition currently. I don’t know if there will be any other league that will be tougher the way Premier League always is. So players playing in the premier league competition have already concurred with the tough league, so any other completion will be easy for them to play since they will even meet teams that are not strong like the teams they may meet in the premier league competition. However, there are some other teams that you will see that are strong and perform well in the premier league, but when they come to other competitions, they don’t really do well, so I think when a player that is in the premier league meets with those teams, everything becomes easy for them.
The Bundesliga, I think, is not as tough as the Premier League, and that’s why players from there find it difficult to adapt to the competition. You know, we have different players with different patterns of playing excellent games in the Premier League competition, whereas most of the players from the Bundesliga find it difficult to adapt for the first time until they continue playing there, and that’s when they later get used to it. And I think that’s what happened with Halaand too. The first time he came, he was finding it difficult because the play was different from the one he used to. He came and met players who could do more than he could.
The performance of smaller teams this season will continually shock everyone because one wouldn't have believed if told before now that Newcastle would be in the Champions league, and say more and more of the recent performances of Fulham and others. These teas have taken advantage of the situation the wild teams have found themselves, in terms of competitions being played which causes less resting times, plus the team's defaults in their physical structure and player's efforts in converting goal chances to victories.
A whole lot has changed in football, The EPL which was tough has become even tougher, La Liga just started getting competitive. It's amazing that the smaller teams are making wave and causing football to be more fun than it used to be.
Gone are the days that football in these leagues were one team focused, now all teams have to be watched closely because no one knows where his defeat would lie.
