It's a great news from Germany Ministry. They accept and use bitcoin as their transactions. But all the transactions in bitcoin don't have a tax.
It will problem for some government because the tax problem. Now no rules do transactions in bitcoin will paid tax.
So some of people want do transactions free of tax, they can use bitcoin for the transactions.

Germany seems to have a favorable view of cryptocurrency. My understanding is that in Germany, if you buy something with Bitcoins, you don’t pay taxes on that sell of Bitcoins. In the US, any transaction with Bitcoins is treated like a sell of an asset and is taxable.

Also in Germany, if you hold Bitcoins for over a year and then sell, you don’t pay any capital gain taxes. You only pay taxes if you sell short term which is under 1 year.

Really great for bitcoin, specially if we consider that Germany pays a very important role in the decisions made by the European Union, so if Germany made that decision, I'm sure many other will follow, so Bitcoin will probably have the doors open in Europe in terms of regulation. If we actually look at it, top world countries are accepting bitcoin well (Japan, Switzerland, now Germany), so things are going well. The United States are decent, but still have a long way to go, and need to change the way they are trying to tax BTC.

Another good news indeed, if this adoption can be forecast and be seen by most countries who still not believing or still against bitcoin, then they will realize
the real usage of bitcoin, as we knew that those countries who already been into this chain gather great results, japan already been very vocal for accepting
bitcoin and if Germany will start to make a big noise about using the chain in their daily transactions, then new momentum will be created, hope those who still in doubt about this investment should change mind and think bigger.

That is really a great news for the bitcoin users. I was sure from the beginning that countries will take the positive steps for the sake of bitcoin as the rules of the countries depends on the benefits of the people which is pretty obvious in the use of bitcoin. These types of steps will not only benefit the users of bitcoin but along with that these countries governments will also get more benefits as their people will not face unemployment and will not become a burden on the state.

This thing should be adopted or copied by other countries. It will add strength to bitcoin as it will be more popular to many German. Because of this, countries might copied what Germany did to bitcoin. Also, specifying that there would be no tax will make it popular to other people.

wow this is a good news for the bitcoin system. The people now are already educated and trying to embrace the system like what happen to germany. If this is being done in germany so meaning it could be also done to other country as well. Imaginr germany is one of the organized and established country. And I guess that germany has already having some plan on how to incorporate bitcoin in their system of government. They have seen it already the advantage of the system since bitcoin as what I have read a reply of the other member is a revolutionary form towards currency. It is a matter of time that having this bitcoin being applied in germany will be followed by other countries as we since germany is one of the influencial country in the world.

I think it's very good news. It's a big step for the normalization of bitcoin, and therefore, for the rest of cryptocurrencies. I also think that it's important that it's an economic power like Germany that has taken this step. I hope that other countries in the Eurozone follow suit and that the situation of bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general is normalized.

Most UK countries are recognising bitcoin as legal, in fact, similar news related to this has been declared as early as 2013.
If you will check this link, https://www.cnbc.com/id/100971898, it says that bitcoin was recognised in Germany as "unit of account" and that's way back August of 2013.
It's a good move and I believe this will impact other country's overview towards blockchain technology. Currently, Thailand had banned bitcoin and US is still investigating it's legitimacy. I hope this news would change their mind.

Its a great way to legalize bitcoin in their country. Since Germany is a well developed country, I think the effect of bitcoin in their place will be good because the people in their country will have a better life and also the poor people will have the capability to earn their own money and get out of poverty.

This even made the news better, no taxation for crypto's is giving a big idea on how the market is big but good thing that their gov't won't push people to be taxed there.
