i dont have 25 sim cards 
It is really impossible for someone have 25 sim cards as in my country only 5 sim cards are allowed per person and that are used for ourselves. You have to ask lesser number of accounts from multiple persons it will be beneficial and you will get your offer completed sooner.I think this task is impossible just for your country. But this job is really can be done. But the price bounty is very low considering all the requirements and the changing of sim cards simultaneously is really hard especially if you are using 1 cellphone. It may destroy the cellphone sim card slot and 0.0035btc is not enough to repair. So goodluck to OP

The rate is too low for that work. And youre asking for 25 numbers? Email and vpn is easy to provide but 25 phone numbers no. I can do it if im gonna borrow my neighbors numbers.hope they will give it. Good luck on youre task.

With the use of VPN you can just simply changed your ip to 25 different IP's. And to op, I agree that your rate is too low so who ever is that really in need for bitcoins will desperately land to your offer but if you will make some increased to the payment then many here will accept your offer.

Just saying, you're either going to have to raise the asking price a lot as very few people even have that many sim cards, or you're going to have to lower the amount of numbers needed to maybe one or five. Good luck though. I don't see why you're asking for 25 at once, though- that's an awfully difficult task.
