You don't actually get 1 BTC, You get 1 BTC in demo money, I don't see you saying it is in anyway withdraw-able -even if the site does payout which is highly unlikely-
Also seen some of the "rolls" other people were showing, 99.99% and 5 negative rolls in the course of 20? around 3 people reported that, Even if you claim to be provably fair through some incomprehensible way I would not believe this is just due to normal variance.
Duh! if you want 1 BTC play money just check any casino website for the demo's... No need to register in a suspicious-looking website merely for that.
And even if you use a disposable email, username and password, you are still giving away your IP and browser/PC info - so you would need to fake these with a proxy and a user-agent switcher- I wouldn't spend that effort on that kind of website.

Yes it is but you can play this in other casinos with playmoney. This user just makes stupid wager contests and trying to fool everyone.
The chance to withdraw anything from giveaway money is slim on all casinos I've tried out (excepting Primedice where you can withdraw right away).
I think that OP wants to test (and improve) his site.
However, clarifying what are the requirements to meet for withdraw would be nice.
