regarding connection time we will look into it. during peak hours the network connection can have latency depending on your location. we are planing a move at the end of the month to more powerful servers and bigger bandwidth to support the lunch of our live dealer games.
regarding the BJ table limit we needed to be careful as we do give 20% play bonus on each deposit valid on any games without any wagering requirements. we could end up losing quite some BTC on the BJ tables so we limited our maximal exposure this way. We might increase it in the future once we have more historical data.

While 12 times the same color is unfortunate i recall myself having 18 same color event in a row in a land base casino.
