Customer did NOT include their ethereum address in the order comments like requested so we couldn't automatically process the order. We requested the address and sent the bonus tokens shortly thereafter.

Looks like you were able to dump some of your tokens on EtherDelta for a nice profit so good for you.

Yes, please go back to the page and when you are on the checkout, try clicking the "Crypto Currency" tab again next to the Credit Card payment option that's selected by default. We were testing an update and it may have caused visitors not to be able to select that option. These are the kind of kinks we are working through during this beta test phase. Click on the Overview tab on the BannerCoin.com page. It has all the details as well as a link to the white paper. https://www.bannerview.com/about/ which can be found under the company tab has information about the company and links to executive bios.

I guess people in the crypto space aren't used to navigating normal websites that have About, Contact, etc. type links.
